My orders has been fresh and tasty. I'd say they're pretty consistent. If you decide to stay in to eat, it's very casual and great customer service. Be mindful of the peak hours and that this is a popular spot with the high school students after school. Even during these peak times, I feel like they employees work efficiently and still get my order done in a reasonable amount of time. I've also tried the order and deliver service through Yelp & happy with that experience. I could track my order, had a friendly delivery person, and no problems. Cinnamon sugar bites are hard and gross. Fruit cups were old. The fruit was old and slimy. The bacon burrito and bacon/chorizo was decent but nothing special. The egg and cheese sandwich was at least hot and my daughter liked it. It's busy with Palma students if you go early in the morning so go later if you can. Update: I always try places twice if they are poor the first time because I get that places have off days. The first time wasn't an off day. This place is definitely not good. I think they are only open because nothing else is really around that's fast and semi-healthy. The fruit tastes like mold when is it doesn't look like it and the lettuce sandwiches have dirt on them so obviously they do not wash their produce. Gross. I like to order a turkey club but instead of mayo/mustard I ask can I do cream cheese instead of doing that they like to say " oh add cream cheese" and charge you $2 for it. I can buy a box of cream cheese for that amount. Outrageous! read more

While I used to love this place, the consistency and quality control of orders going out has drastically dropped. Today, 11/26/22 ordered 3 bird dog sandwiches. There's a piece of old looking lettuce, one edge slice of tomato and a chicken strip too small to even feed my 2 year old. For a $15 sandwich with fries you would expect a lot more. I've gotten this sandwich in the past and it's great, but the last two times have been horrible. Please know that you have regulars that do notice the difference when something is made the bagel corner way, and when something was tossed together to get an order out the door. A neighborhood favorite for sure, busy with high schoolers, groups of old dudes drinking coffee and a pretty much a constant stream of busy folk. Watching this place evolve from a little bagel shop to a full on eatery has been long. They do things well, because they do so many things here...they don't do any of them great. They fill a need, to get a bite or meet someone for coffee. It's convenient and sometimes thats all we need. For the foodie not so much but for the soccer mom or student in between classes perfect. Breakfast burritos, bagel sandwiches, fruit cocktails, salads, asada fries...this place has almost anything you can think of! And it's always delicious and freshly made! The Yankee Hot Pastrami with a side of garlic fries is my favorite. The employees are all really nice too, especially the one girl with the bright blue eyes, always super nice and helpful. The food is pretty good, their bagels are a hit with our organization; however, the service is really lacking and management or the owners need to improve this. The last 3 orders we've placed have been very wrong, which means more wrong than usual. Considering all we order are bagels (no more than 2 dozen at a time) and cream cheeses, this shouldn't be such a difficult feat. Since its Covid times I decided to check online to see if they had any type of order by phone or online and to my surprise they do. I was able to place my order online, i drove to the spot and used the exterior window to grab my order. It was easy and safe. On this visit I ordered four of the Brooklyn Bridge Bagel Sandwiches (Double Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes, Greek Peppers, Pickles & Lettuce) and three sides of Garlic Fries. The sandwich is huge, and they don't skimp on any of the ingredients from the cream cheese to the capers. The bagel itself was chewy and fresh-out-the-oven tasting.
