The Go-To Bagel Spot in Wayland! This is hands down the best bagel shop in and around Wayland. The food is consistently delicious, and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get my order. The staff is always friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Despite being a popular spot, there's always plenty of seating inside, and they're never out of bagels, no matter when I stop by. If you're looking for a great bagel with excellent service, this is the place to go!

Jalapeño and Cheddar Bagel w/Peanut Butter but I guess I wasn't supposed to have Peanut Butter ‍‍‍

I ordered a Jalapeño and Cheddar bagel toasted w/Peanut Butter. I received a Bagel with No Peanut Butter. After the gentlemen who made it calls out when he was finished making it "Jalapeño and Cheddar Bagel with Peanut Butter!" You just got finished making it, wouldn't you realize you didn't put Peanut Butter on it. If I felt like driving back I would've went back to fix the mistake. I was the only one in there ordering so No Excuse!!! This is a tell-tale sign of what you can expect. The plain Jalapeño and Cheddar Bagel was meh, not what I wanted.

Completely disappointing. Taste just like grocery store bagels - rubbery dough with no crunch.

Friendly staff and bagels were fine. We would love to see some gluten free options. Will definitely be back!

Not just - it's missed a cleaning this morning kind of dirty - but wow, I cannot imagine the last time anyone has cleaned this room kind of dirty! So I'll spare the gory details but suffice it to say, with that as my lasting impression of Einstein Bros Bagels, they got the last $11.00 they'll ever see from me again.

King) There'll be no sitting in Einstein Brothers Bagels, because you'll find neither tables nor chairs in their sizable but barren dining room. They are still in socially distant Pandemic Mode. But what you WILL find are bagels, tons of bagel choices. Gourmet Bagels. Signature Bagels. Classic Bagels. Twenty-five different bagels. Actually, twenty-six if you count there beef-flavored Doggie Bagel (not for human consumption). We skipped the bagel/egg and bagel/deli sandwiches and went with two bagels and cream cheese. I went with a toasted Green Chile Gourmet Bagel with a schmear of Jalapeno Salsa Reduced Fat Creme Cheese. It was delicious, with a melted blanket of green chilies and cheese on top and a spicy spread of savory cream cheese in the middle. My wife ordered an Everything Bagel with Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese and she enjoyed it a lot. We didn't let the lack of in-house seating deter us, ordered our $9 lunch, and enjoyed it in our vehicle.

They only serve breakfast and lunch, and they close early (2 pm weekdays). The staff, from the hostess to the servers, were all very friendly. Nice to see smiles again in a restaurant! I loved the maple margarita. Perfect balance of sweet and salty. The food came out hot and nicely plated. Do not miss the smashed potatoes, the veggie hash, and the freshly squeezed juices. All are delicious. My omelette was jam packed with all kinds of veggies. The only negative is that it is very loud inside and can be hard to hear your own conversation. If I lived close by, I would be a regular.

I've been here for both of my sisters' graduation brunches, and we always leave happy. It's become one of our favorite spots for a celebratory brunch. For drinks, I tried their new Vanilla Bean Matcha Latte with oat milk. It was a bit thicker than I expected--possibly because of the oat milk. I can definitely see some people loving that texture, but for me it was just okay. That said, it was still a good drink, and the hint of vanilla came through nicely without overpowering the matcha. For food, we ordered a variety of dishes for the table. 1. The chicken and waffles had so much flavor, and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly--not too runny, but still soft, gooey, and delicious. The chicken was a little soggy, but it made up for it by being incredibly tender. 2. The blueberry pancake was fantastic. Their pancake portions are huge, so this time we only ordered one to share. It was delicious, though definitely on the heavier side. 3. The house burger was easily the standout dish of the meal and might be my favorite item on the menu. It's simple and classic, but packed with flavor. 4. The chicken burger, on the other hand, was disappointing. The chicken was quite dry, and I probably wouldn't order it again. I think something like pickled onions or another acidic topping could help bring some balance and moisture to the sandwich. 5. We also tried the omelet, which was very good, especially with the goat cheese. What really made the experience special was that the staff noticed we were celebrating a graduation and surprised us with complimentary donuts. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end the meal.
