Literally the best bagels around. Made fresh right there. Tons of flavor. Cream cheese is really good too. They have a drive through also which is super handy. Same building as the Sterling Ice Cream Bar. Staff are very nice and the place is very clean. Has about 6 or so tables inside or can sit outside under the tent. read more

Warm fresh yummy bagels every morning. Don't understand how a person can give this place a bad review. They must just be negative people Because certainly to food here it's not what's Bad. Absolutely love it here. I come at least once a week! The bagels are amazing: crunchy and crisp on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside, not to mention they're huge! The prices are incredible and definitely a bang for your buck. They also have day old bags of half dozen bagels for only a dollar or two, which I think is a great deal! Always make sure to grab a bag before I leave, because these bagels are still fresh the day after! The service is wonderful, they're very attentive and can remember even the longest of orders without having to ask twice (pretty cool!). They get your order out within a couple of minutes, regardless of the size of the order. I love this establishment, nothing but great experiences here. Let's start with the arrogant, condescending, rude owner and his posse of old crony friends that are always hanging out in the corner ogling women as they walk in the door. Then add the fact that it seems to be impossible to get an order correct at the drive-thru speaker, needs to be repeated several times, EVERY TIME, then the order is still wrong. Today, after exchanging pleasantries at the window about my incorrect order yet again, (I'm being extremely facetious), said owner yells out the drive-thru window these words exactly "If you want to be served by slaves you should go down the street!" Four times he screamed this at me with at least three other cars behind me and several customers inside the store, while my daughter was sitting in the front seat hearing all of this. Bottom line here...the bagels are unfortunately delicious, which is why I have put up with this ridiculous behavior in the past, but the service is notoriously horrible. Went again today. I didn't get a sandwich, but an Everything Bagel with lox spread. It may be the way they make their bagels, but the bagel looks like it's made from two tops... like both top and bottom are equally rounded and seasoned. And it was HUGE. The lox spread was amazing. Something about their spreads sit way better with me, too... like they aren't as acidic or something. Whatever they're doing, those bagels are friggin great. At the low price point Cafe Fresh Bagel is selling these enormous bagels, I don't see how they make a profit. read more

Love this place. I drive past almost every day and it's hard for me not to go every time! When I do, I call up ahead of time to order and drive straight through five minutes later. My food is always ready and correct! They are friendly and this place looks immaculate. The bagels are the best around and fillings are so generous. Excellent customer service!!! We were staying at the Chocksett Inn for our sons wedding weekend. We called about a week ahead of time to order 32 egg sandwiches for the morning after the festivities the order was taken without a problem and they kept asking what else they could do. We arrived for our pick up, everything was packaged up and ready for us including the boxes of coffee, with cups, milk, qt of cream, sweetness spoons etc. they even brought everything out to our car for us! This place is amazing! I love the bagels here. If you are lucky you can see some one taking them out of the oven and ask for one of them... You do not need it toasted it is so fresh! YUM! The egg sandwiches are amazing. You can see some one at the grill making it from scratch and when they make the sandwich it almost doubles the size of the bagel! It is incredible. The coffee is better than any other I have had in town (mind you its competition is Dunkin). This morning I had a French vanilla and it was very good. THE BEST breakfast sandwiches locally! And FRESH is accurate. They pretty much make a fresh omelet (egg, cheese, your choice of meat) and put it on whatever bagel/croissant you want (or no bread if you're doing low-carb/gluten free). The lox sandwich is also amazing and they don't skimp on the lox! Their coffee is satisfactory, that's why just 4 stars. I had never been to a Cafe Fresh besides in Framingham, but now that we live in Bolton this is the closest one, and being huge fans of the other store we had to come in! It has relatively lower prices then the one in Framingham (4.75) for a bagel sandwich may seem expensive but when you realize you get a fresh bagel, with 3 eggs, a piece of cheese and plenty of bacon or real sausage (which I recommend) it's a god damn steal! We almost always end up getting sausage egg and cheese sandwiches which keep you full well past lunch. We have been back 2 times, and will be back again if only it weren't a 15 minute drive I'd be there every day. Coffee is solid, bagels with creme cheese are also delish. I will also say that this one is much more updated and clean feeling inside then the Framingham store. Service was friednly and it is a great alternative to the same old sandwhich and burnt coffee from Dunks. read more

My friend introduced me to this place a few years ago and now I tell everyone local to go there. The bagels are very fresh and delicious (and I'm not even a huge bagel person). Their sandwiches are yummy and they're made on the spot with real eggs- chicken salad also very good. The drive up window is helpful to those of us with little ones and the staff is very friendly. Their bagels keep really well too so if you get a dozen (packed up nicely in a big paper bag) you can put extras in the freezer.
