When the FIFA World Cup starts, I love watching international football (soccer). For years, I was looking for the perfect place to watch the matches after my old favorite spot closed. I've been coming to The Point for more than 20 years, but I never realized what an amazing place it was to watch sports until the World Cup. The atmosphere is incredible. The sound system is fantastic, every TV is tuned to the same game with the live match audio, and no matter where you sit, you have a great view of multiple screens. It feels like you're inside the stadium, surrounded by fans who share the same passion for the beautiful game. I saw people from different backgrounds coming together, cheering, laughing, and enjoying the matches as one community. That's what sports are all about--unity and friendship. I want to thank everyone at The Point Restaurant & Bar for creating such a welcoming place for our community. Whether you're there to watch your favorite sport, enjoy a cold beer or another drink, or have a delicious meal, The Point has something for everyone. I highly recommend The Point Restaurant & Bar to anyone looking for a great place to watch sports, relax, and spend time with friends and family. Thank you again, The Point, for your outstanding service and for bringing our community together. -- Fahim Fazli See less

Today, on a Saturday at 12-ish, as a family of 4 we were able to get seated right away. Our server was attentive and offered/brought waters right away. We were seated inside which was open and spacious but loud enough to make it family friendly. The tables were far enough a part that you did not feel like you were on top of each other. Next time, we might ask to sit outside so our young boys can watch the cars drive by. We learned that the kitchen is nut free (always double check as this could change), which was amazing since our son has a severe nut allergy. He was so excited to learn this as he can be limited at other places due to cross contamination or the wrong oils. Then when the food came out and it was delicious - it sealed the deal. It is now in the top of our list of places to go. The kids cheeseburger is good size and not a smaller version as some places do. The chicken tenders were panko crusted which was so crunchy. My husband and I shared the smoked carrot and chicken tacos and we enjoyed them both. The beer was also very good with my husband and I each trying a different kind - an IPA and a Pale Ale. We are so glad we finally stopped in and so should you!

Which is why it's getting 3 stars from me. The food is fine. It didn't make me sick, and I could eat it. That's about all I can say. The service did what it was supposed to but neither warm nor necessarily speedy. If I were a local, this would be a safe place to bring friends. I don't think it's worth the time to go out of my way to come here.

LADIES WATCH YOUR PURSES HERE!…read more The bartenders and wait staff were great! Management is amateur hour. We had to move 3 different times for the VIP customer. Move 1 - I did deserve this move, I sat at a reserved table because I was tired of standing and when asked to move we did to a small tabletop with no reserve sign. Move 2 - The beautiful people arrived and we were asked to move again. (FYI - the beautiful people never used this tabletop) It's very late and knew the band was ending soon, so we went inside and found a table again with no reserve sign. Move 3 - We go out to dance and start to head back to where we were sitting and all our purses were gone! But guess who was at our table the beautiful people. I go up to ask where our purses are at and they send me to a pole, where they had moved over 10 purses. I was lucky my friend had picked up my purse, we found my other friends purse at a table all by itself! To management - 1. Don't ever touch a woman's purse, the song was maybe 3 minutes long you could have waited. 2. If you are stupid enough to move a purse, be apologetic and help us find our purses. Or offer to replace our drinks you tossed. I should not have had to ask. What if my friend needed her EpiPen? 3. Everyone in your establishment is a customer, we were buying drinks and food. Don't treat us like peasants or cattle for you to move. Oh they did have a nice drink menu, but we will never go back!

I've attended their trivia nights, and they were a blast--well organized, engaging, and a perfect activity for a group of friends. The drinks are fantastic. On my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to beta test one of their murder mystery events, and it was such a unique and entertaining experience. It added a whole new level of fun to the evening and made for a memorable night out. If they offer the murder mystery event again, I highly recommend checking it out. It's a great way to enjoy good food, drinks, and an interactive experience all in one place.
