The ramen is vegan, but we are tweaking the menu that is posted online so there may be several more options than not posted. But, we can also create something special on the fly! Thanks so much for coming in!" As it turns out, though, the curry ramen was made with chicken stock, according to our waitress. She went to talk to the chef to see if he could recommend anything. My wife and I could hear their conversation, and we clearly heard the chef say, "I got nothing for them". Really? Eating them along made me wish I didn't come. All the bones of the chicken broke as we ate them, and they were rubbery as hell. Pretty sure they were cooked from frozen, and they tasted disgusting. I got the full rack of ribs. They were OK flavor wise, but the meat was tough and had to be pulled from the bone because it wasn't soft. The "sauce" that came with it was gross. My older son ordered the pulled pork Mac and cheese. He said it was disgusting and could barely finish it. He said it tasted old and microwaved. My youngest got the kid's pasta. The sauce tasted like straight up vodka and was weirdly watery. He enjoyed his "homemade" Mac and cheese, though I'm not sure how homemade it was. Tasted like boxed Mac with shredded cheese added.
