Basement Kings of Atlanta recently completed a semi-master bath remodel for us. The remodel consisted of demo and re-install of a new zero-entry steam shower and relocation of the steam unit itself, as well as new tile flooring throughout. I quoted 3 other company's outside of Basement Kings of Atlanta, and while Basement Kings of Atlanta was on the upper end of all the quotes, my wife and I felt the most comfortable and had the most confidence in this group. Renate McDonald was our designer and Amy Marano was our PM, and both did a fantastic job taking our vision, enhancing on that vision and placing it into our space. As with any construction job, you have some contractors that are very detailed and others that aren't so much, but Amy always made things right and was always prompt to follow-up. I interviewed probably 5 to 7 contractors and no one presented themself as professional as Basement Kings of Atlanta. I asked all the contractor will the job be done to code and are you able to pull a permit and everyone was hesitant except Basement Kings of Atlanta. I had the opportunity to go and sign my contract with them at their showroom and I was very delighted to see they were not working out of their car or garage. Also, I had the opportunity meet their owner who was very pleasant to chat with about his company and reason why I choose them. My project manager was phenomenal and he was very responsive. The design allowed us to increase our cabinet space within the same foot print. We were able to address a heating issue by adding a toe kick heater under each vanity tied to a dedicated programmable thermostat -- an excellent solution that heats the room, the floor, and takes up no space at all as it is under the vanity. The design process was flexible and allowed us to customize our design to our specs. The designer came on site multiple times to validate measurements. The PM was great to work with and came onsite everyday to manage the various team members and ensure the design as we laid out was executed properly. read more

We started this kitchen project (smaller one wall project, no major renovations) back in May. We first started with the Home Depot Design Center but every step started to get way more complicated so we started to look up independent contractors. Contractors are slammed with projects right now so many weren't interested and only Nigel and a few others said they were available. After getting some quotes, processes and plans, we thought Nigel was the most welcoming and trustworthy contractor to work with. He was very communicative and was always available to chat if we had any questions. Him and his team worked with our schedule and made the final install happen in about 4 days. The Basement Kings exceeded all expectations with our full home renovation. From basement to bathrooms, they did it all with professionalism and care. We did a complete remodel in our kitchen with The Basement Kings. Can not recommended them highly enough! The 3D rendering design gave me a great visual of what it would look like & it was exactly how it turned out. Their interior designers had great ideas that helped me turn my kitchen into an efficient space creating more room for organizing. Any hiccups that came along they way with tearing down walls were quickly resolved. They were also flexible with some last minute changes as we neared the end of the project. We hired Basement Kings of Atlanta recently to repaint a few rooms, replace some tile backsplash, power wash and re-seal the deck. The entire team was professional and courteous. We felt very comfortable with the guys using a lock box so they could come and go since the project took several days. When they completed the work, a supervisor reviewed all of the work with me before final payment. We used Basement Kings of Atlanta once before for painting in a prior home and will absolutely use them again should we require more home improvement. read more

We needed a portion of our foundation repaired and received several quotes ultimately choosing The Basement Kings to complete the job. They were prompt upon arrival of the scheduled date and did a great job!
