The food here was a nice surprise, I expected the meats to be good, but they were mind blowing. The pork shoulder was the biggest surprise, super tender and it had a ton of intense pork flavor. The chateaubriand was insanely tender, but didn't contain much flavor outside of the sauce. It was still an exceptional cut of beef. I thought the small plates in general were not worth the money since they were essentially bite sized, it'd be better to just go for the bigger dishes or meats. I also enjoyed the desserts, which I wasn't expecting. The flan had a nice texture, was a good size and wasn't super sweet. The accompanying syrup for the flan was just right in terms of balancing the sweetness. The deconstructed key lime pie was very unique and is a fun dessert, but somehow didn't feel complete since it wasn't very substantial. The flavor of the lime came through in both the air and the pie filling. It was well executed and even had the graham cracker spread over it to evoke the sand castle nature in the description. I'd go back to try some of the other meats and get some iberico ham, maybe some other desserts too like the semi fredo I was hoping to order.

Visited 7/12/2025 I had an incredible dining experience at The Bazaar by José Andrés! This place absolutely lives up to the hype. I tried a selection of small plates that perfectly showcased the creativity and quality that José Andrés is known for: Oysters & Hibiscus: I loved the hibiscus foam it was so freshing on its own. Then getting that with oysters was such an unexpected but perfect pairing. I'd have this again. Croquetas de Pollo: These were warm, comforting, and incredibly creamy on the inside with a crispy exterior. I wasn't super excited about these, but they were good. Jamón Ibérico: Melt-in-your-mouth good. Omg. You really can't go wrong with this selection and they served it with just the right sides if you ask. Neptune's Pillow: This was fun and so unique, airy and crispy with fresh tuna tartare inside. Another will try again. Spanish Octopus: This was by far my favorite selection. Tender, charred just right, and full of flavor. The black bean base was a fantastic complement. The service was friendly and amazing. I made a reservation through capital one but it was for the bar downstairs. They were incredibly accommodating for two when I walked in. Ideally it will be better to book in my opinion. Overall, if you love imaginative tapas and want to treat yourself like I did, The Bazaar is worth every penny. I'll definitely be back to try even the experiences.

Our horrible server who touched our table only 3 times in 2.5 hours.

Great food, incredibly horrible service. My boyfriend and I did the ultimate tasting menu. The food was amazing and it was definitely worth the price. Our server completely ignored when us after we informed him we were non-alcoholic. Despite that, we were planning to order 4 $15-26 NA drinks. We received our first 4 courses before having to ask a food runner to get our server because we wanted to place a drink order. He came over and apologized, brought the drinks. We informed him we each wanted a glass of the N.A. Temperillo when the meat started to come out, we also told him we wanted to each add the 1oz Waygu supplement. Neither of those things happened. Our server finally came over again after we'd finished our steaks and he only did so because I made eyes at him and sort of put my hand up requesting his service. It was an awful experience. The tables were also so close together that things meant to be done or served table side, physically weren't table to be. Would not come back due to service alone, which is a shame because the food was good.

Second time, different city--still absolutely blown away. This was our second visit to Bazaar Meat, our first being in Las Vegas, and this time we experienced the New York City location. Just like Vegas, the NYC space is stunning--dramatic, beautiful, and perfectly suited for a night out. Our group of six was seated in a large booth in a dark, moody, and undeniably sexy room that set the tone for the entire evening. We opted for the tasting menu, which requires full table participation. Our sommelier came over to walk us through the wine pairing, and we initially thought it was an all-or-nothing situation. Turns out--pleasant surprise--that wasn't the case. We had a non-drinker with us, and they were served unique, thoughtful mocktail pairings that were just as fun and intentional as the wines. While I can't say I loved every drink (they're not something I'd order on their own), they were expertly paired and truly elevated each dish. Now let's talk about the food--exquisite doesn't even begin to cover it. Every course was memorable, but the caviar cones completely stole the show. I'm still dreaming about them and desperately wish I could figure out how to recreate them at home. If I'm being honest, the service in Las Vegas felt a bit more polished and experienced, but the NYC team was still attentive and engaging--and certainly nothing to complain about. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we're already planning to return in April--next time diving into selections from the regular menu. Highly recommend.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Service was spot on. Food was great and enjoyed every dish. I think timing was a bit off and the food came out really fast. The tasting menu is a great deal. Would come back and try other things in the menu for sure.

Came here for a Christmas Eve 12 course dinner. What an experience. We were blown away by the creativity of each dish. Since it was a special menu I won't go into details of each, as these are not on the regular menu. Suffice to say that I'm confident any menu item will be exquisite. Service is also exceptional. A true fine dining experience. For drinks, I particularly liked the Surfer Rob Roy.

Dinner at The Bazaar was such a fun experience -- part art, part theater, and completely delicious. The space itself is stunning -- dramatic lighting, playful décor, and that unmistakable Ritz polish. The service was friendly but not overbearing. I got the skirt steak and it was absolutely delicious. It's pricey, but worth it for a special night out -- especially if you enjoy food that's both clever and memorable. Definitely recommend making a reservation and coming hungry.

Amazing and unique tasting menu!! Would definitely recommend!! Make sure you add the Wagyu! Delicious!

The restaurant is phenomenal. The decor and service is top-notch. I enjoyed the mushroom ramen presentation the most. What an interesting dish filled with flavor and warmth. Every dish was different and by far some of the best I've ever had. Hands down, it's one of the best culinary experiences of 2024. Bravo to the team at The Bazaar for making this experience such a memorable one. Thank you.

Loved the food, but the drinks were not my favorite. I tried the sea urchin cone--delicious! Flavorful bite of Uni and sauce with a crispy cone to hold it all together. Just delicious! The potatoes, omg I don't know what they mash in this potato but it's so crispy on the outside and soft with flavored with spices on the inside. Along with the aioli, this was perfection. I can eat 3 potatoes worth of these. Unfortunately the drinks were not as good. Could be just not my preference, but the drinks very were light in flavor and sorry to say this-tasted almost like fruit infused water. I didn't like it and wouldn't order any cocktails from their menu again. But food wise, I want everything again!!

This was the weirdest and most amazing thing!! It was filled with olive juice, but it was almost like a thin gelatinous onion. I loved it!

It was dark when we entered the coffee shop but an ajar door gave way to the bar. The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good. Since we had cocktails at dinner, we only stayed for one round. Service was good, and overall I enjoyed my time at Patent Pending. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy.
