After another 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed the cashier remind the barista again. She eventually brought the latte to the table, dropped it off, and walked away -- no "thank you for waiting," no apology, nothing. It's a shame because the place has so much potential, but customer service can completely change the experience. Sadly, after this visit, we won't be coming back.
