Coming to this cafe gave my girlfriend and I the perfect small-mountain town vibe beginning to our day. The atmosphere in here is straight out of a hallmark movie, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were surprised by the price, but the portion size and quality was explanation enough when we received our food. The staff was very kind as well! This is a must do for a day in Dahlonega :)

We were on our way home from Helen and found this awesome cafe. First of all, I love a good pun in name so I was drawn to that. Secondly, the place was so cute and decorated like a cabin so it felt very homey. They had spread of baked goods and pastries, but we went with some good ol coffee and I got homemade egg bites and a fresh side salad. The egg bites were fluffy and delicious, and just needed a pinch of salt. The salad was light and fresh, it was all the perfect amount of healthy food to start my day! The staff were so friendly and kind, I can't wait to come back when we're in GA again!

Cute coffee shop/cafe, friendly service, good food. Prices are a bit high for the area, but certainly good quality food, and drinks. Frittata was made to order so it took a bit. The cinnamon swirl roll was tasty!

When you walk in to Bare Necessities coffee, you're transported to a cozy environment where you want to linger for a while. We ordered an Iced Strawberry Fields Matcha from the Summer menu. The service was outstanding and the girls were knowledgeable. The bathroom and dining areas were very clean.

This is the cutest places ever. It feels very inviting and calming when you enter. Staff is super friendly and helpful when a choice has to be made. The pastries looked awesome. They have some gluten free breakfast options, which is always a plus. Coffee is delicious.

One of the best breakfast and lunch cafes in Georgia hands down. The place is clean, the food is delicious and the staff along with the owners care about everything that represents their establishment. A true 10 and must try. Tops on my list. Their desserts are incredible and homemade as well.

Such a cozy coffee spot. We were visiting dahlonega and wanted to find a casual breakfast spot and we ended up here! They have parking in the front and more in the back. Seating is plentiful inside with many bakery options, coffees and lattes, breakfast and lunch items! We decided to get a latte flight ($20) because we couldn't choose - we LOVED all four of them but my favorite had to be the bear! The breakfast sandwich can come with different proteins or breads and I chose the focaccia and bacon, so heavenly and BIG I honestly couldn't finish and had to take home. Such a cozy ambiance here. I will say it took about 20 minutes for the food to come out however they were busy and appeared to be making them to order. I would come again!

This was such a cute cafe! The food was really good. One of my friends got their order wrong and the staff immediately fix it and even let him keep the other order! Overall, a great experience!

I absolutely adored this place! It's a bit unassuming from the road but the inside is so cozy and welcoming. I got the avocado toast with fruit and a vanilla latte. I always appreciate a coffee shop with actual mugs. It was busy but got the good relatively quickly. I grabbed a chocolate chip cookie for the road and wish I'd have gotten a dozen- those are delicious! Make sure to get one.

Avocado, toast, pasta, salad, and bear-rito! Delicious!!!

Charming atmosphere, great service and excellent food!! Utterly delightful!!! Pictured below, avocado, toast, pasta, salad, and Bear-rito! Delicious !!

Great coffee. The flight is super cute. The atmosphere is incredible. I wish I were still in college, I would have been here every day!

Killer menus! The summer beverage specials were excellent!

So glad we stopped here on the way back home! Everything was excellent from the service to the food and beverages! Originally we ordered our food to go for the road trip home but the atmosphere was so cozy we decided to stay and eat. Highly recommend if you enjoy coffee and an awesome place to sit and drink it!

Super cute sitting area with my 12 oz iced toasted marshmallow latte with oat milk that's delicious!

Super cute place! The food was very good! My coffee was amazing. You order when you go in and they bring it to your table. Service was good. Would definitely come back here just for the coffee if nothing else!

The cafe looks like a little house on the corner, but the inside has been beautifully updated into a large open area with natural lighting gleaming through the windows. The focal point is a long beautiful counter. It reminded me of counters you would have seen in grocery stores, pharmacies, or 5 and dime stores in the early 20th century. The other things to catch my eye were bthe table game set up, merchandise from local vendors, games scattered throughout, high top tables in the back, a big comfy looking couch and local art. I got the sense that Blue Market 42 was more than just coffee, but a place to socialize, relax, and to be part of the community. Blue Market 42 serves Jittery Joe's Coffee. I really enjoyed my cortado. My husband really enjoyed the spinning tops on the table. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

The lady at the front was extremely rude, not sure if she had a bad morning or what but we walked out and went on about our Dahlonega visit. I was very shocked and disappointed in her attitude, tone and behavior. I am still trying to figure out what happened for her to act that way, I was simply looking at a tea and asked a question followed by a comment on how I loved the smell. It was an odd interaction. Hopefully, they can talk to their employees on how to interact with customers better. We ended up having a fab time in Dahlonega and will be back but not to this store.

It feels like you stepped back in time with the creaky hardwood floors and the rows and rows of glass jars filled with teas, herbs, and spices. My kind of place. You can purchase their proprietary spice blends, seasonings, and rubs as well as their loose-leaf teas and organic teas. They have 85 handcrafted seasonings that are hand-mixed in store daily. They also offer flavored sugars, sea salts, and other lines including infused honeys and artisan extra virgin olive oils. They seriously have it all, so it's a great gift shop if you're looking to buy something special for a loved one. They also offer fresh-brewed tea made to order, and let you choose any of their loose-leafs available in house. I think that's so cool to have the ability to pick your tea on the spot and have it made just for you. I chose the Super Citrus Mint Herbal Tea over ice with NO sugar or sweetener (I like it as natural as possible), and it was exactly what I was looking for. Incredibly refreshing and also great immune support. Excited to come back for more spices and tea!

We both ordered platters with scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The eggs were crunchier than the bacon. Disappointingly, the biscuit was a standard frozen foot service reheat.
