Having a Tesla Model S, I wanted to add a sub woofer because the current sock system didn't have enough for me to enjoy it like I normally would. After showering the internet and the beast recommendations, I found that the NVX tailored a sub specifically for Tesla EVs. The trick was to find someone to install it. Being a brand new owner to the Tesla EV Ecosystem, I searched and asked. The place where I got my car wrapped offered the service so I thought to just have it installed there. Let's just say that things didn't go as planned. So I had to find another spot to see who would finish the work. I was originally going to take it the Guru spot due to their ratings but they weren't open on the weekends. I found The Beat Clinic, called and spoke to Rich and he said that they could have a look. They fit me in and I could not have been more pleased. It was done in less than two hours. As Rich and I sat in the car listening, we heard the rattling that a sub can often do. Since it was late in the day, I said I would bring it back to get sound dampening out in. After bringing it back, the crew went all in and figured it out. 98% of the rattling is gone and I am truly happy with the outcome. I will go back to get the other 3% done but for now, I'm content with the outcome. The team are really good guys who only care about getting it done right and correctly. It shows with how they put everything together. For me, the way that they cleaned up the wiring and mounted my amp in the frunk meant a lot to me. I highly recommend anyone to come down and talk to them about your audio needs and wants. Power wire was not fastened into my amp (could've fried everything) Door speakers claim to have wooden built harness to fit 6.5s. Come to find out it was just a wooden piece My EQ won't stay mounted Haven't had sub since the day I left the shop No callback from Mike (he blamed my amp for the reason my sub went out after Harry said it'll work just fine) I'll take this L, but Mike you asked me to leave a review before I left. You should've made sure I was taken care of before saying that. You didn't have no intentions on calling me back because I would've heard back by now. So Harry said come back tomorrow anytime and we'll fine tune it, to my standards. He switched out components, fine tuned it and did not let me leave till I was completely satisfied! I wouldn't go back,nice guys ,but in my case work was sloppy and they weren't completely honest. I asked did I need to buy speaker cones that prevent water from getting in them,when replacing OEM. Oh no ,I said well the OEM has them built it ,no there's one in door too. Sure enough few days later speaker sounds like garbage,I take apart and water that get in all doors from rain car wash etc,which is why there are weep holes in the door,is in the speaker. So annoying,just be honest,I paid . So then I had to replace them all and put the protective cones on,no more issues. As well had a speaker keep going in and out ,took it back ,he starts banging on the dashboard,that's not how you diagnose a issue. I found issue myself loose connection at the amp. I use to install,just don't like too anymore. But now I will ,also sloppy cuts in door for larger speakers. read more

Stopped by today to get a backup camera and SiriusXm receiver installed in my Jeep Wrangler. They took us immediately and had all done within an 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased with the service and customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for car audio and/or visual service. I found the The Beat Clinic on google, while I was searching, for a new radio to get installed on my wife's BMW. I contact the number online and a gentleman name Mikie, who answer and gave me a verbal consultation estimated price for the work I wanted to be done. The owner Harry came to my residence to do the work. During the time he was installing my new radio he asked me does your rear camera work? And I said no it stop working, but at one point it was working 2 years ago and it stop. He gone ahead and fixed that that other problem, for my wife and completed the new radio install. By far the customer service I got and had was an amazing experience.
