It didn't go up to the route so I contacted them because of the obnoxious cost of almost $500. If they can fix it they had a bit of an attitude in regards to fixing it. I come in and I asked her if she could bleach to my roots she ends up putting a darker color that turns my whole hair, a more red and copper texture and then tells me that I don't see no red when I did so I was like OK well, maybe I I'm wrong the next day. I noticed that my hair is turning the color that you see in the photo and then it just enhances so I go in again she bleachers doesn't leave it in long then my hair starts breaking and this is what I end up with she literally said that the color remover that she put on shifted my roots or something like that and that this is as good as it's gonna get and thatshe'll fix it. The next time I come in in October when I pay again, I get a call yesterday stating that she's cutting down on her color customer service and that she doesn't want me as a customer so she screwed up my hair didn't even fix it and this is what I have to sit with after almost $500. This is the owner Natalie very unprofessional so are the ladies there the very first time I was there she had a customer in there complaining and all she did was say nothing but bad things about her because she messed up the customers hair. I should've red flag that then I don't know what to do. My hair is screwed up and damaged $500 almost down the drain. I would never recommend this place.

I wanted the width of my face to be hidden and for my bangs to be left so I can grow them out. Instead, she added more hair to my bangs by cutting the side pieces more, exposing and adding width to my face which is exactly what I did not want. The entire side of my hair was completely cut to my nose. she went so far back. The haircut wasn't bad in retrospect, but it was completely the opposite of what I wanted. I asked for blended layers, which she did. But she did not ask me how much hair I wanted cut and ended up cutting like 3 inches off. I acted fine on the salon chair, but went home completely devastated. It took a while to grow out my hair and now I have to start back from square one, with the entire side pieces chopped off. Even worse than before. I can't even wear my hair up without big short chunks of hair falling on the sides of my face. School starts in 2 days and I'm grieving my lost hair . Edit: day later and I'm still mad. Not sure how someone could do the EXACT opposite of what I told them to do. There must be a carbon monoxide leak in the building, because how. I have school photos in a week. I have a bob in the front of my head. Save ur hair and don't come here
