I was charged twice for the same service, and when I brought the issue to the attention of the owner, Deanne, the interaction became extremely unprofessional. I was spoken to harshly and dismissed rather than helped. This was after already waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment. What concerned me most was that my card on file was charged again for a service I had already paid for. When I followed up repeatedly regarding the duplicate charge and the promotional balance I believed I was owed, I received inconsistent explanations and was ultimately told that I was not owed anything. The core issue is that the promotional offers I purchased were not honored as advertised. I have copies of the original email promotions and receipts documenting my purchases, yet the terms of the promotions were later disputed. I was also sent an invoice indicating a refund amount that did not match what I had actually paid, and no corresponding refund was received. At this point, I am pursuing the matter through the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state board. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatments there to consider another clinic or at the very least keep detailed records of all promotions, receipts, and communications. Based on my experience, I would not advise proceeding with this clinic.

I happened to purchase a Groupon for this business and was really looking forward to using it. And when since I knew it was going to expire within the month I decided to contact the owner through email since many people on Yelp mentioned how nice she was and to my total surprise this is what she sent to me, "Hello there. I don't understand how you still have a Groupon with an expiration date that you have. I ended my contract with Groupon over a year ago. Please advise." I responded and sent an email to her showing my Groupon and she replied and said "You can ask for a refund if you wish.... I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. They have never contacted me about this. I will give you the value of the service but you'd need to make up the difference with a cash payment of $30." I wrote back to her right away and told her how disappointed I was and no thank you, I will request a refund from Groupon in which I did. Who tells a new customer to ask for a refund and want to charge them more for a valid Groupon that they have and that hasn't expired yet? I was beyond disappointed with her response and thought it was quite rude. I would think that if a business hasn't been open for some time they would want to retain customers and invite them to their business. I will NEVER give my business to someone like this and am REALLY glad I didn't end up going. There are so many other places I can go and I happily will. I would definitely avoid this kind of business and this owner.

Linda was absolutely wonderful and my skin looked and felt amazing after the facial! Heads up, SkinSations is inside of a hair salon down a little alleyway, so it can be difficult to locate. Once you arrive she sets you up in the room and spa music plays quietly throughout. I'd imagine it would be very relaxing, but Linda and I chatted the whole time instead!
