I recently attended a Vietnamese concert at The Bell, and the experience was nothing short of awesome. I was thrilled to discover this haven for Vietnamese concerts, featuring both old and new singers. I got to relive my 90's nostalgia with Pham Quynh Anh, Dan Truong and Ung Hoang Phuc and enjoy by 2020 newest hits with Suni Ha Linh, Hieu Thu Hai, and Min!!! Yes they are just as awesome in person as they are on-line, everyone so friendly and down to earth. The venue serves food and drinks so its got everything you might need to enjoy a concert. Tickets are reasonably priced. There isn't an official place to buy it, you sort of just message their facebook and talk to the person in charge of it. If you're a fan of Vietnamese music or simply looking for a unique venue to attend events, The Bell is a must-visit. read more

If you plan to buy tickets for a particular concert because there will be some artists you really wanna see .... make sure to confirm with the artist's fan club group or any reliable source. This group has history of putting famous singers (from Vietnam) on their event posters and would announce last minute that they can't make it (visa problem, bla bla). If there's visa problem, they would know weeks or days in advance. The singers had to plan ahead for buying airplane tickets, booking hotels, etc. There's no way the singers would cancel last minute or the day before the concert like that. I was here supporting my cousin since his first show back in September 2021, the total of time he had been booked here was about 10 times already, big and small concerts, but everyone here pretty much knew us, the staffs were very nice to us, the audience was also not too crazy while attending, the organizers were super professional. As the show must go on, but we never had any problem here, maybe one time when my brother had a sore throat, and people already bought tickets to the show, he attended the event only to go up on stage and apologize to everyone that he could not perform that night, but he stayed until the end of the night even though he was sick and the venue already asked someone else to cover for his act. read more

Went to this place twice. First time was wonderful. The place is very nicely decorated, great band, great sound system, everyone seemed nice and professional, my favorite singer was there. It was just wonderful and we all had a great time. Lovely experience. Went back last night for Ben Tren Tang Lau night. The lead singer (Tang Duy Tan - owner of Ben Tren Tang Lau hit) was not there even though his face was shown prominently on the poster and the event's name was his hit song... no announcement was made. No apology was said. Everyone just acted like TDT was not even a part of the show. Wth? Myra Tran (another singer) ended up performing the hit song. After that, out of nowhere, Minh Tuyet (another singer whose face was not even on the poster) appeared to cover the rest of the show time. No disrespect to her but I didn't pay to see her performance. Also, the owner (?) was drunk as hell and kept coming up to the stage to hug and chat with band members while they were still playing and the singer was still singing. Very unprofessional and disrespectful toward paying customers. Not coming back. read more

Was just at a concert at the Bell and it was great!! The venue was beautiful with all the decorations and lighting. The performers were spectacular and crowd pleasing. It was so much fun that a lot of the crowd went up in front of the stage to dance as each performer sang. At our table, the servers were fast and courteous making recommendations for appetizers and drinks. The food was better than any other club venue that I have been to. The drinks are a spin off of some classics and they are perfect being tasty but not overbearing with alcohol taste. Overall the staff were all so nice and helpful. Recently my company had the opportunity to setup and deliver flowers for a wedding at The Bell. Parking and load in was easy which is always a plus, but the one thing that stood out most to us was the friendly and helpful staff. Someone was always around willing to answer questions and point us in the right direction. We also loved the moody, yet modern/clean elements in the space. Had our wedding last month at The Bell and couldn't be happier with our choice. The staffs are very friendly and try their best to accommodate to us and to our request. Shout out to Wendy since she helped us from A to Z, from the first date that we booked till our event date when she were the bartender. The drinks/cocktails were so good and received a lot of compliments from our guests. We also love that they were very honest and returned to us all the unused alcohol and deduct the corkage. The food and atmosphere were also a big compliment from our guest. We absolutely like the mixed of indoor yet rustic outdoor kinda vibe that the bell delivered. If you are looking for a restaurant that can give a traditional Vietnamese Asian wedding with 8-9 courses yet a modern/young western vibe, the Bell would definitely be place!! **********wedding couples beware*********** wedding couples; if you booked a date for your wedding. please be advised. this venue is no longer in business!!! dispute your charge with your credit card company, to get your money back! we happened to be in the area, and noticed there was another business opened instead. we tried calling and emailing to the bell for clarification (as our wedding was coming up) but there was no response. the phone number is deactivated and no longer works. hopefully they have some sort of human decency left and will refund all of those who booked weddings. read more

I wish there is ZERO star review. I purchased a few tickets for Mar,2024 event. It was cancelled due to something happened at the Venu who knows?? any way, i reached to the event coordinator who i purchased the tickets from for refund as I found out the show was cancelled on my own. He seems nice and I was told the refund will take up 2 weeks. I got it and time gone by I reached out to them again and again and they kept promised over and over again as of today 6/27/24 I have not received my refund and the business is permanently closed. NEVER WATCHING A SHOW HERE EVER AGAIN!!! They always put famous singers on the posters, and in the end, the singers are never there. If there were problems with visa they should have at least warned the customers buying tickets. I've been to a few shows and every show I've been to one, I've noticed that at least 1-2 singers missing. They never announce the missing singers, they always announce during the show. The show got cancelled; it has been 2 months, and we have not received any refund from them yet. They keep delaying with a reason saying that they have some bank issues and promising that the money will be refunded soon. We tried to contact them several times, but they keep promising again and again. If there's an issue as they said, how can they keep working, funding their business, and receiving customers' money? Besides, I personally don't think 2 months is insufficient to fix a bank issue. Instead of finding a timely solution to resolve customers' problems immediately, they choose to blame something else and delay the process of resolving it. It's extremely unprofessional. Good place for great Vietnamese music. Food prices were decent. Just saw a concert here tonight. The only suggestion I would like to leave is if you are going to check bags please check for e-cigarettes/vapers. The table next to us were vaping the entire time it was pretty ridiculous. I paid to see a show and have a good time not to inhale smokes. I finally had to tell the workers there towards the end when I just couldn't handle it anymore but prevention is key. read more
