Upon arrival, I was shocked by how overcrowded the restaurant was; there were about 65 tables crammed inside the venue, far beyond what felt safe or comfortable. My husband uses a wheelchair, and he could not get through because the aisles were essentially nonexistent. All the tables were placed right next to each other with no setback or space to move. During dinner, if anyone wanted to go to the restroom or simply step away, they could not leave their seat because the chairs were packed tightly against the people behind them. Once you sat down, you were literally stuck until the event was over. This setup felt unsafe, inconsiderate, and completely disrespectful to guests--especially those with disabilities. It appeared that both the restaurant and the concert organizers prioritized packing in as many tables (and as much profit) as possible, with no regard for customer safety, accessibility, or basic comfort. I will never return to this restaurant or attend another Khanh Ha concert. If you want others to treat you well, please remember the "Golden Rule": treat others as you would want to be treated yourself!

Me. I reached out instead of just making me aware - "hey things are good to go for your event someone will meet you tomorrow at this time blah blah" just example. Maybe im being bratty but that was pretty much the only thing that annoyed & stressed me out for my son's FIRST BDAY. Overall poor communication & business on her end.
