Brunch in the National was outstanding! Food and service. Bell, front desk and concierge staff super friendly and accommodating! Special in room gift for our anniversary- sooo thoughtful. Housekeeping accommodating to our schedule and having dog and Valet parking reasonable and quick service. Everything was wonderful! Will certainly recommend and return. I found The Benjamin by accident, but I'm so glad I did. Whenever I go to the city I usually stay at the W or another franchise hotel, but a friend suggested a boutique hotel. I thought she said The Benjamin (she didn't, but who cares... it worked out)! For starters, I arrived a 10 after taking the red-eye from San Francisco and connecting in Atlanta. I was bleary-eyed and so worried I wouldn't be able to get into a room to rest for several hours. The sweet lady at check in saw I looked like hell and upgraded my room so that I could check in immediately. If I'd gotten her name, I'd name my first born after her. The room was well appointed and I loved the pillow menu. I've stayed in lots of hotels as a consultant but that was a first. I tried the water pillow and a memory foam pillow. Made for a good night's sleep! For the minuses... each room is equipped with a Bose system. In theory it's awesome, but my neighbors played there's so loud that it interrupted my nap. When walking down the hall, all you hear is music. Also, someone on all hall was smoking pot. If that's your thing, awesome but I was annoyed by the smell drifting in my room. Lastly, I wasn't digging the queen sized bed. Not sure if that's standard but it was awfully annoying to share. I'd absolutely go back to the Benjamin! read more

I used to LOVE The Benjamin. The first time I went there, I got this AMAZING room in a corner--walked into a room with lovely classical music playing and the living area and the bedroom had this gorgeously sumptuous king sized bed. I couldn't have asked for more. Sadly, the last two times I've stayed there, it's as if it's a completely different hotel. The rooms have been average and the cleanliness has been just average too. This last time, I was told that I had a lovely terrace room, which would have probably been nice in May or June, but nothing special on a blustery and rainy October day. But, there was only one chair in the room and it was disgusting. And, the fact that there isn't a flat sheet between you and the comforter is a bit disconcerting, considering I am not entirely convinced that they change the comforter or duvet cover each time. Yes, I'm a skeptic!! I don't think I'll be staying at The Benjamin again, even though it is close to my office. read more

Everyone is right about this place being very comfortable, well appointed, with fantastically good employees. But I've stayed here now twice, it is has just about the worst Internet service of any hotel I've been in. I don't know whether the ISP is throttling the speeds, or whether there's a technical problem with the installation, but I constantly get time out errors when at this hotel, and the general download speeds are terrible. If Internet access isn't important to you, then it is a great place to stay. But if it is, then this is not a place for you. Update: After an unhelpful exchange with technical support for the broadband service The Benjamin had selected (IP3 -- and when will hotels recognize that when they outsource essential services they are outsourcing their brand), I tried switching to the wireless service inside the hotel. It had none of the failure problems that the wired service had, though it again was not impressive in performance. But this clearly indicated that there was a problem in the implementation of the wired service at the hotel. Who knows whether it will be worth it to IP3 to fix it. read more

Stayed here twice this year and both experiences have been good. The bed was very comfortable and they have a plethora of pillow choices but we didn't need to request for any since the default one was fine. Location was great having the 6, E and V trains nearby and the room definitely runs on the larger side compared to the other hotels in NYC. Amazing pillows! The room was nice and all but I was extremely disappointed to hear there is a $35 room charge they bill you at the end of your stay. This covers wifi and gym access. My boyfriend and I checked in at midnight after a birthday party, and checked out at 10am the following morning. We didn't need the gym nor wifi. I spoke with the manager who gave me a "one time exception" to take the charge off the bill. I find the charge to be ridiculous and I don't think we will be returning. read more

I'm a frequent guest at The Benjamin and usually love it. My last visit wasn't so great. The first room we were put in smelled of mildew. The second room wasn't like the usual but we thought would be ok. The water in our room had to be ran for minutes to get hot and the sink was gross. A doorman I never seen kept asking us how we were getting to the airport. He told us he had a driver that wouldn't cost as much as Uber. The driver was more than Uber and charged us extra for using a card! My friend contacted the hotel and spoke to someone that claimed to be a manager. She was nonchalant about it and nothing she said was done. read more

This hotel is advertised as being "quiet" and a "sleep oriented hotel". This is very inaccurate. This hotel is in the middle of the city and has the usual LOUD street noise, sirens, drilling, jack hammering sounds of New York City. The blinds are so weak and useless that as soon as the sun comes up the rooms are so bright. Their "pillow menu" is just a joke. I asked for the side sleeping pillow and was sent a standard size regular pillow. I asked for an eye mask and they sent up a cheap plastic itchy 75 cent eye mask. This whole "we cater to sleep" stuff is just a gimmick. It's a loud, regular New York hotel. The staff is friendly though. But if you're looking for a good night sleep this isn't where you will get it. read more

it was a very large room for nyc but at check in they tried to charge us more than 1.5x the amount i booked the room for. they questioned me when i said i had a receipt stating a different price and after i showed them they were confused and didn't seem to have a reason for why the price changed. the original price was the one listed on the website and the one i had made a reservation for, so if you come here be sure to keep everything they sent and make sure you know how much you should be charged for! they did fix the price though so it wasn't that bad. other than that it was very nice, spacious, staff was pleasant, and the location is really good especially if you want to spend a lot of time shopping, at central park, or at the museum of natural history. read more

After a weeklong stay in the Benjamin in a King-bed suite (checking out tomorrow), my experience was marred by poor service--the hotel put a $2000 plus $100/day hold on my credit card, which the front desk employee acknowledged was not supposed to happen. That was the full amount I had on the card (I'm a foreigner and don't ordinarily use my American card unless I'm on the East Coast), which meant I couldn't actually purchase anything with it during the end of my stay in New York. I didn't bring another card with me this time, so it's been rather difficult. I'm staying here at the expense of a terrific and generous company that I am considering joining. Rather than putting the $2000 hold on the company's expense account (the hotel was booked through their travel agency) as things should've gone, the hotel put the hold on my card. Fine, I pointed out the error--everyone makes mistakes, I was fine with that as long as they'd resolve it immediately. After going downstairs, they couldn't resolve it and asked for an extension to Monday morning (today). They assured me that the hold would be resolve this morning but after I spent $40 (cash) for a cab to catch the end of the last day of a sample sale (plus to visit a department store so that I could pick up a much-needed extra piece of luggage), I found out that I couldn't use the card after all (evening). $40 (cash) back to the hotel empty-handed... I'm not really sure what I will do tomorrow when I am slated to go to Laguardia without the extra piece of luggage. To this point, my card is probably still on hold. I've been going on fairly tiring day-long interviews and meetings through the week and this evening was the only time I could afford to actually shop and enjoy New York. Thanks, the Benjamin, for being a hotel I won't rely on in future. Also: there is oftentimes no reception for the televisions in either room in the suite. read more

My first experience for The Benjamin was through a travel site that rhymes with schmeckspedia, booking through travel sites is always hit or miss because the pictures are always the most flattering but may not be the most truthful. So I went forward in a glass errr mixed case of emotions. The really cool art deco outside on the corner was very inviting with fun colors, so far so good. The lobby is just ab fab. Wheels on fire, whoops sorry. The lobby was absolutely fabulous. Lots of marble and shiny metal surfaces. My opinion so far is still on par with my first impression. After checking in after the room key/money exchange I head up to my room and with a giddiness that's reminiscent of Christmas morning. Into the room we go and a huge king sized bed is waiting in all it's glory with a pillow menu. PILLOW MENU. Let the soak in for a sec. My wife enjoys the pillow menu because of the snore no more pillow so we make our selections and call it in. As we wait we explore our home away from home for the night. The bathroom is very bright with fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. A jar with q-tips! That was really neat. Also the clean lines in the bathroom itself was great. The shower has great water pressure and an endless supply of hot water it seemed. Our pillows arrive within 15 minutes of the call made to the front desk. So we go out and have our night on the town, yadda yadda yadda. We come back to our room which we left the AC blasting before we left so it would be very very cold which it was. Thank goodness for the duvet! We froze no more! It was a great nights sleep with the removal of my snoringness and a large king bed to ourselves we were in dreamland in no time. *Side note: Ladies, whats up with pushing your man on the edge of the bed even when it's a king sized bed? Make some room for cripes sake! End side note* We really didn't want to wake up but check out was soon approaching and sadly we had to go back to the reality of the suburbs. Our in room coffee maker was a breeze to use and brewed a kick ass cup of java. Suddenly while having our coffee the front desk called and asked if we wanted a late checkout at no extra charge. Hell yes. So we laid back in bed, drank coffee, ate some leftovers from the night out and enjoyed our extended stay if only a couple hours more. So we packed our stuff begrudgingly and made our way downstairs and checked out. Overall a really pleasant experience, all from one certain internet travel booking site. A testament to our love of The Benjamin we have been here a total of 10 times over the last two years. Also I know the 5* rating seems grandiose but we really do enjoy it on a 5 star level. read more

I don't normally stay at boutique hotels, got this gem By doing a Priceline express Deal. Loved everything about this hotel from the friendly doormen who we had the pleasure of being greeted every time we exited and entered the hotel. Always offering to help with something from directions to rides to snacks and everything in between. The beds were comfortable. Loved the kitchen and the rooms were big for NY standards. Loved all the little nook and Crannies for storing packages and luggage so everything was out of the way to keep a clean room. They have both heat and A/C in the room which made it comfortable when we wanted to turn the ac on. And! The windows open about 3" allowing just enough cool air into the room. #winning The only downside about this hotel is the tiny bathroom sink. The sink is very small causing water to get everywhere on the counter when washing your face. So, don't leave stuff on the counter. They do have a wall make-up mirror in the bathroom over the counter. If you want more space ask if they have a portable mirror to use at the desk or bring your own. Other than this everything else made a perfect stay! read more

This was a tale of two experiences. We took a red eye in and arrived at 6am. They were able to give us a room. It was so cold and there lobby not particularly inviting, I honestly don't know what we would have done if they had have told us to come back in 6 hours, which they easily could have. The room was pretty decent though half the fittings were falling off in the shower and they had managed to completely screw up the hot/cold placement so turning on the shower and getting it to the right temp was all experimental and really very annoying when it is 30 degrees outside. That night, after getting home from dinner and with a beer in my hand I called about a pillow. I've always liked the pillow menu as I am not the best sleeper. 45 minutes later I had well and truly finished my beer and was ready for bed. I called the front desk asking about the pillows I'd ordered for my wife and I and I grabbed a beer from the mini bar. I had been assured they would be up very soon. Another 40 minutes later, two beers from the mini bar down and well and truly pissed off and really just wanting to go the hell to sleep I called again. It was a different person, I begged and pleaded for my pillow. Ten minutes later the guy came to the door, with one pillow, the one I had ordered for my wife, and told me they had run out of the one I ordered...... At this point I was just so disappointed and tired I had no more fight left in me. I feel like it might be a good hotel but I presonally had a pretty shitty experience. read more

It was quiet, which is especially important in NYC, and clean. The National restaurant / bar inside the hotel was also good and a convenient option. Really surprised at how funky my stay was with being a 4 star hotel. There was NO hot water ... it only got warm ... and at $389 per night, I expect more. The room service attitude was awful and overpriced. Rooms were small and bathrooms even smaller and more unimpressive. Gym was kind of funky and not very clean and at 8am one morning, a maid was in the hallway half way shouting on her radio for a long period of time. Just really unprofessional all the way around and NOT a 4 start hotel! The sleep menu was nice but literally just a choice in pillows ... the sleep menu and the front desk trying to be understanding to the lack of a hot shower brought this review up to a 2 instead of a 1. read more

I came in for 5 nights at The Benjamin. The nightly pricing ranged from $260 to $450. I went for the Breakfast package deal thinking breakfast at the room would be convenient. Bed was comfortable. Sleep pillows and the pillow menu is a nice touch. The first room I was in smelled like wet dog. I was moved to another room. The new room was fine, small but clean. The food was my biggest issue. Breakfast on day 1 was room service French Toast. The french toast was cold and tasted as if it were cooked the day before. Day 2 I figured a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, toast. The eggs arent made to order. You get a serving from a big batch of already cooked eggs. Day 3 I skipped breakfast and decided to eat an early dinner. I ordered a caesar salad. It arrived, looked tasty and very presentable but the lettuce was full of aphids. Small little grey black bugs. Pretty gross. The chef apologized and they comp'd my remaining meal items. Overall Id say the food was lousy. read more

Rooms no bigger than a postage stamp; miserable elevator service; huge dog barking all afternoon (room 1608, that the front desk was aware of); a closet (22"x48") that was a tiny cabinet over the refrigerator that could not accommodate the length of my suit much less coat; filthy dirty carpeting; locked soap and shampoo over four feet above tub.. The Benjamin claims to be a fine hotel. Yet, in fact, it is not up to the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in two weeks ago. The 12 by 12 room was made even smaller by a huge desk which took up one wall and the large bed. No room for a comfortable chair. It had a noisy air conditioning unit that cycled on and off all night, keeping us awake. The bathroom was maybe one and a half as big as an airplane bathroom. To Pee, I had to hold up the seat with one hand so it didn't fall down , and the toilet paper had to be tucked away and was hard to reach (other users complained). In the shower were three pump bottles fastened to the wall (tacky)for gel, shampoo and conditioner, with pumps that had to be pulled up for each stroke. Tiny amounts dribbled out. Two small elevators were available for a huge building and were slow to come and often crowded. A classic case of trying to make a silk purse from a sow's ear. read more

This is a nice hotel, one of the nicer hotels in the Manhattan area for those who don't want to spend anywhere from $500-$1,000 a night for what you'd call a decent night's sleep elsewhere. I'm not sure what rooms everyone else seemed to be getting, but my room was TINY. For the price of almost $400 a night ($330 + tax) the hotel was not what I expected. The hallways were cramped and had that old worn-in look that many other buildings in this area have. The staff were unbelievably kind, but I also paid them to be. I am what you'd call an extravagant tipper. (I've worked in so many jobs where I've gotten shit tips that I know that extra can go a long way for someone else.) The luggage hold is great for when your flight leaves late at night and you want to do some exploring instead of sitting at the airport. It's very close to the subway which is easy to take and also plenty of cabs around. No staff remembered my name at all, and the lobby was small. There were never people really out and about and those that I did see were extremely rude and pompous. The room was clean however, and the sleep menu is nice. (Turn down service with lavender bed spray, a free 12 pillow menu - I enjoyed the maternity pillow and the water pillow - and also cookies/milk/pb&j if you want it.) If I stay here again, I'll definitely have to pay at least half what I paid for it to seem worth it. The Hilton is a bit closer to shops/Central Park, and has a much nicer environment. New extremely large rooms as well. read more

I recently visited the hotel on business and stayed in one of their smaller rooms (Queen-sized beds). The room was absolutely perfect, with everything cleaned and refreshed wonderfully on a daily basis. The pillow-thing is a bit overrated - the front desk failed to mention the options when I checked in but I asked based on having read other reviews. That said, I DID love the ones I selected!! I absolutely LOVED the spa-style bath (see pix). Yes, the mini-bar is expensive, but a half-block away is a beverage store where you can buy your own 'refreshments' and bring them back to place in the fridge ;) The points at the big brand hotels in the area simply are not worth it because their quality DEFINITELY does not compare to The Benjamin. I stayed at the Doubletree Metro several weeks prior to this trip and it was TERRIBLE. Their staff were great but the condition of the hotel, combined with the daily room cleaning service was meh... Looking forward to my next stay at the Ben! read more

This hotel is in a primo location on the east side. When one walks into the lobby, the noise, the heat, the cacophony ends. The staff is amazingly helpful, courteous and efficient. The bar is perfect. The room amenities are top grade. The linens are soft, clean and comfortable. The choice of pillows extensive. The beds totally comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the rates are extremely fair given how nice the hotel is and how superb their customer service is. I will definitely come back to the Benjamin hotel during my next visit to NYC (especially if I Priceline it again and get a room for $199 for a Friday night--what a deal!). Our room was amazingly roomy for NYC, and very clean. The service/staff is top-notch and the pillow service is a fun novelty (our favorites were the water and magnetic pillows--least favorite were the buckwheat and memory foam). I probably should give the Benjamin five stars, but I'm holding out because the decor is a bit boring. The look of the lobby and rooms seems uninspired (in a "stately" kind of way), but certainly, this is not a "boutique" designer hotel, so it doesn't make that much of a difference. read more

I just stayed at this hotel this last Labor Day weekend and I was extremely disappointed. The lobby area of this hotel is very nice but honestly its really small and there's no bar area, so you're not going to be sitting around in the lobby and having a drink. They have a pillow menu as mentioned in other reviews, but I never really got to experience it because they were always out of what I wanted and would suggest alternative pillows that were not what I wanted. When requesting things from room service they either never came or took so long to come that they were useless. We got such horrible service that I took out the bitch in me and us a comped dinner and breakfast. Also, I got this hotel as a winning bid on priceline, if I had payed their actual regular rate I would have been fuming, so the only reason this review isn't 1 star is because I payed significantly less than their actual room rate (high b/c of Labor day Weekend). The only good thing about this hotel is that the location is great, its right in the center of midtown near the W, and Waldorf, there's subway lines etc... The room was not bad either although we got a queen sized bed and I wanted king. In conclusion only stay here if you get it at a phenomenally low rate through priceline or someother bidding third party website. read more

I stayed here for my 4 day trip to NYC in August 2009. The service of the staff was excellent. Upon checkin, we were upgraded to a mini-suite which consisted of a fairly standard sized room with a very small kitchenette across from the bathroom. Didn't really use it much, but it was a nice touch. Furnishings were very nice, and the customized pillows were wonderful. Like most NYC hotels, the room was a bit small, but certainly adequate. Downsides includes the construction scaffolding, but it seems like about 20% of NYC has scaffolding at any given time. Also we were on the 4th floor, and there was an odor that was probably coming from the kitchen. But it wasn't unpleasant, just consistently there. I got this place on Priceline, and for what I paid, I was extremely happy. read more

Chosen by my bosses for a work trip, but it turns out they have great taste. Very comfortable, and (crucial) very, very quiet. The one-bedroom suites have a galley kitchen, which is really convenient. And the staff are LOVELY. I stayed here for two weeks straight, and was so happy to be here rather than any of the other nearby hotels. I should point out, though, that I wouldn't stay here as a tourist -- though only because I wouldn't stay anywhere in midtown as a tourist. It's so far from the fun! But for a business traveler who needs to be in midtown, The Benjamin can't be beat. read more

I have been staying here consistently over the last 15 months for about one week per month. After 15 months of disappointing service and grossly overpriced rooms (fortunately work was paying), I won't be back after my most recent experience. They overcharged me and when I brought it to their attention they made me feel like it was my fault rather than their responsibility for not properly communicating policies and associated costs. The hotel does not seem to value repeat customers the way that a Four Seasons or even a W Hotel does yet they are charging more than my corporate Four Seasons rate! The front desk staff are consistently rude (particularly the female employees) and the lobby always reeks of the restaurant (which is gross by the way). If not for location (one block from my office), I would never have returned after my first stay. The only bright spot at the Benjamin is the bellman named Mohammed -- he truly understands customer service and is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Water pressure and temperature are inconsistent at best and dangerous at worst (you have to turn the tap in the shower all the way to the highest setting to get any hot water). The room service menu leaves a lot to be desired and food is often delivered cold and soggy. The rooms are shabby and tired and in need of a serious update. Nice sheets and pillows but I've had several shabby towels (i.e., ones with rips and holes) that should be put out to pasture. As much I liked the convenience of being right across from my office, I will not be back. read more

Just finished surprise birthday weekend in NYC for my wife and extremely impressed with our room, service and attention to all the small details. Room was clean, quiet and on 17th floor. They even had a small birthday cake and signed cards in our room when arriving in room. Surprise! Their recommendation and reservation for dinner was perfect. Wish all other hotels were as attentive to helping guests have a great time. Caveat emptor. I've stayed here a few times before, and a it's preferred hotel for my company which sends them a lot of business. So, imagine my surprise when I arrived at 11 pm for a "guaranteed" late check-in, only to be told that there were no rooms available, but they'd made arrangements with their "sister" hotel down the street. I get there, the place is a dump, and they tell me the rate is the same. I'm losing two stars, but the rate is the same? The guy behind the desk tells me, well, that was the rate negotiated. NOT. I walked out and using my smartphone Pricelined a nicer hotel for less money. They (the Benjamin) had the gall to charge my credit card a cancellation fee, which I am fighting. This is how The Benjamin treats repeat customers from preferred partners. 'Nuff said. read more

The hotel was very clean and the staff polite. They went through a renovation in the last year and it looks great. My only complaint, and it's a big one- the valet damaged my new car in three separate places on three sides of my car. It's unbelievable. Busted the taillight in and everything. Of course the garage is saying the damage was already there (the car was spotless and scratch free) so we will look into what our options are. I basically paid a very hefty parking fee $65/night for my car to be damaged and for someone to blame me. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE. read more

I'll begin with the the Bottom Line: If almost $400 per night doesn't break the bank, then by all means consider this hotel. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. The Benjamin is a lovely old Midtown hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor, which is the first to be renovated. Our room boasted a small kitchenette and a small walk-in closet, both of which are a luxury when traveling with children, especially in NYC. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, and pod style coffee maker, replete with dishes and cutlery. The only thing missing is a bin. I relocated the one under the desk to the space underneath the sink. I'm seriously not making a mess at the desk. The bigger problem with the kitchenette is lack of paper towels or any towel. A roll of paper towels under the sink would have been a game changer. The room itself was ample, spacious even, given its locale. Location is perfect for all the touristy doings in Midtown. We went to visit NYU and found the subway to be very convenient. As for the not so great there were a few besides the lack of paper towels (for a self-proclaimed environmentalist I am abnormally obsessed with paper towels). First, the remote didn't work. I'm traveling with kids ages 11 and 17. Enough said. Of course they had their own electronics, but not the point. It took two calls over as many days to rectify the issue. The upside: the man that fixed it was a gem. So sweet! Next not so great thing: room service. We only ordered breakfast twice, but it didn't go smoothly both times. I abhor wheat, but my kids don't, so how 'bout some jam or butter for that toast? Inquired about Nutella, but that was a no go. Who doesn't have Nutella on hand these days? I asked for plain pancakes on Day Two because Day One pancakes were soaked with compote. Okay, arrived kinda plain, no compote, but swimming in sugar-laden butter. Not plain in my book. Steak and eggs are covered in Béarnaise. On the side would have been better. Again, those pesky kids! The toilet wasn't fond of flushing. Could have been bad, but remained acceptable. I almost forgot! The Windows open all the way! This was awesome for taking photos of crowded streets; however, if I had young children there is no way I could have slept at night. One of the windows didn't latch. Someone is going to go splat. Maybe it's some NYC fire code. Overall, given the price, it was adequate, but not the kind of hotel where you feel pampered and in turn don't mind handing out your hard-earned dollars hand over fist. Room was spacious for two of us and two kids. We liked having a king bed in a separate room. The kitchenette is nice but very small. The carpet was old and definitely in need of repair and cleaning. The rest of the room was decently decorated, but it was quite dark. The air conditioner runs continuosly and it is very loud. We thought this was unusual and kept waiting for it to cycle off. It never did, even when we kept raising the thermostat. Sime like the white noise....not me. The restaurant was disappointing. Dinner menu very limited. The breakfast menu was nice but we had a lot of mistakes with our order. The eggs were seriously undercooked. They brought out new eggs, but since the practically raw ones had run all over our food, this was no help. We would stay at the hotel again, but not as a first choice. read more

Couldn't have been worse. Last minute decision to stay here, which was booked for $400 on hotel tonight app. Ratings were 90% and I do not know how. I walked into the dated hotel, which didn't look as dated on the pictures, not the end of the world. Jose was at the desk to check me in and gave me the last room left in the hotel. My fiancé was parking so I went up and left him a key downstairs. The key did not work, therefore i has to go back down to the desk to get a key, and then decided to wait on my fiancé to park since 15 minutes had already passed. We both go upstairs, where the hallways were filled with cigarette smoke, which dragged into our room as well. Stains on the carpet, desk, and comforter. We both were so grossed out we started calling other hotels. We quickly found a room and went down to tell Jose the room was not up to standard, and in fact was dirty. He told us there are not any other rooms available and to call hotel tonight for our money back. We leave, and call hotel tonight. They call Jose back at this hotel. Jose told them there was dirt tracked into the room and we were there for an hour. Jose, please tell me how we walked through your hotel on this snowy evening and somehow managed to have dirt on our shoes. And please don't forget my key that did not work, and you were right there while I was waiting to go up for 15 minutes. You won't refund my $400. Let me tell you how hard I work for my money, and that was completely undeserved. DO NOT STAY IN THIS TRAP. read more

BEWARE. We booked this hotel through one of these mystery sites; the room was # 1607. So tiny! And. The ac was so loud , the fridge compressor and not keeping anything inside cool, it was always on and made more noise while trying to sleep... We requested the fridge be repaired but it was not taken care of even after a second request 24 hours later. Lastly. Although the heat was not on. The room was very hot, the Bathroom floor especially warm; seems the main hot water pipes run underneath. Stay at San Carlos across the street. For huge room and better rate. read more
