Huge plus being open 24hrs. But expect to pay hotel prices for the options. Overall, if you're in need it will satisfy you.

I didn't even have to tell them that I'm Kristina with a K! They just knew it!

Super quick and friendly service. Located inside the Hilton, The Bistro offers an array of snacks, food, and best of all coffee. There is lots of seating, but it can get loud and crowded. My mocha latte was good and helped wake me up. They even got my name right without having to tell them! Great service and yummy coffee!

The food is absolutely delicious. The breakfast sandwich's were spot on with very crispy bacon. and perfect eggs. The service counter were great and friendly and lots of tables to eat in the Bistro. Very casual and relax, very clean and bright. Selections is extensive and reasonable.

Located inside the Hilton Hotel. Convenient, with a wide selection of snacks and beverages. They also offer a limited menu of meals. The tables are not clean, I guess that's not their priority. There is no table service.

1 stop shop for a quick or sit down meal! This is now my second time staying at this Hilton and I am always satisfied with my purchases at their small Cafe in-house. They offer some Starbucks drinks, I've had the Caramel Macchiato and it was absolutely delicious! Substituted for almond milk, they do offer alternative milks! Grabbed this coffee on my way out to the office for work and I enjoyed every sip of it as well as how quickly it was made! 5 stars. For an early, lite dinner before my return flight home, I ordered the Pastrami Reuben Panini and was pretty satisfied with my meal. You get a side of chips and there's condiments you can add. 4 stars for the sandwich because while it was tasty, I wish they'd offer a bit more for it; pickles or other veggies. For almost $20, it could be better. Nonetheless, filling for me. They have alcohol and regular drinks, a variety of options which is really nice. As well as grab and go food options. Staff is friendly, quick serving even when they have quite the foot traffic inside. Amble seating, TV in the space, nice place to just sit and enjoy your coffee or meal, or grab and go if you're on a schedule. Definitely recommend this place if you're staying at the hotel!

Chicken teriyaki and veggies over steamed rice

This location was convenient, because we were staying at the hotel. I would not base the average Yelp star rating on what we ordered. It sounds like if we had ordered pizza, that would have been the better option. Everything was over priced for the quality. The chicken Caesar salad was pre-made and in the grab and go refrigerated section. It was good, but I would pay $12-13 max for it. The Tuscan turkey sandwich came with a bag of chips, tasted good, but was small for $17. I would not recommend the chicken teriyaki with steamed veggies. It tasted like a microwaveable meal. I've had microwaveable teriyaki chicken rice bowls from Costco that tasted better than this. Do not order this entree. If you have to eat here, stick with the pizza, pre-made salads and coffee.

Exactly as advertised on Google Maps I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwhich and a Diet Coke. They give the soda in the can so I recommend asking for a cup with ice. The food arrived pretty quickly and it looked stunning. The bread was toasted and had a nice brown color. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the crust was not flaky or falling off. The tomato sauce was served in a cup to the side. Which I really loved. The cheese was melted and mixed with the chicken so you tasted the sauce, chicken and cheese with every bite. I would come here again. P.S. I am always wary of getting chicken Parmesan sandwhiches because of the sogginess. Sauce on the side allows you to add it as you need, preventing the sandwhich from becoming soggy.

I sadly never got my lemonade as they didn't give it to me and by the time we got our order I completely forgot about it. The chocolate chip was good it is topped with sea salt. The sandwiches though were not as good as I thought they were going to be. We did add in provolone cheese, but I didn't enjoy the flavoring of the apple butter and that the chicken was chunky. I'm wondering if I'd like a tuna sandwich from here instead. This place has indoor and outdoor seating- I did notice most people chose to sit outside. The customer service was alright. We would not be getting that sandwich again and possibly not visit again especially for the price.

Jackson market as a whole in terms of ambiance, variety, taste definitely overtakes bay cities but if you're just talking about comparing food quality sand which to sand which it will be a tough TIE (it's not less) than bay cities. Bay cities is loaded and so is Jackson but bay cities is a little more juicier where the inside sandwich ingredients shine more and you can definitely taste each of the ingredients eg banana peppers meats deli cheese etc. Jackson market's Italian sub had harder bread but I could see like some would argue it's more balanced. It definitely is a little less juicy and even though there were complimentary banana peppers I hardly tasted it at all as it was sprinkled far and few. If you paid for an added topping eg. Jalepenos they were definitely generous with it. Tip: DO NOT get the French baguette toasted as it'll be too hard. The market is fun because it also offers wine selections ($20-$60), not a fun cheese selection like bay cities, pasta salad, bomb tiramisu, has an entire PIZZA OVEN in the back, fun canned drinks including GUAYABA (an aloe tasting like drink), pastries, and chips/snacks. Ambiance - the patio in the back is spacious and big. They don't allow you to bring a computer to work there and the WiFi and service is pretty bad there. Parking - street parking along residential homes 2 subs ($14.99/each), 2 drinks, 1 large chip ($4.95) came out to be around $44. Overall an amazing find. The 10/10 would come back & especially try the pizza. Revolutionary in food taste ? Probably not but revolutionary in enjoyability and spot find? 1000%. Happy munching !
