I didn't even have to tell them that I'm Kristina with a K! They just knew it!

Super quick and friendly service. Located inside the Hilton, The Bistro offers an array of snacks, food, and best of all coffee. There is lots of seating, but it can get loud and crowded. My mocha latte was good and helped wake me up. They even got my name right without having to tell them! Great service and yummy coffee!

The food is absolutely delicious. The breakfast sandwich's were spot on with very crispy bacon. and perfect eggs. The service counter were great and friendly and lots of tables to eat in the Bistro. Very casual and relax, very clean and bright. Selections is extensive and reasonable.

Located inside the Hilton Hotel. Convenient, with a wide selection of snacks and beverages. They also offer a limited menu of meals. The tables are not clean, I guess that's not their priority. There is no table service.

1 stop shop for a quick or sit down meal! This is now my second time staying at this Hilton and I am always satisfied with my purchases at their small Cafe in-house. They offer some Starbucks drinks, I've had the Caramel Macchiato and it was absolutely delicious! Substituted for almond milk, they do offer alternative milks! Grabbed this coffee on my way out to the office for work and I enjoyed every sip of it as well as how quickly it was made! 5 stars. For an early, lite dinner before my return flight home, I ordered the Pastrami Reuben Panini and was pretty satisfied with my meal. You get a side of chips and there's condiments you can add. 4 stars for the sandwich because while it was tasty, I wish they'd offer a bit more for it; pickles or other veggies. For almost $20, it could be better. Nonetheless, filling for me. They have alcohol and regular drinks, a variety of options which is really nice. As well as grab and go food options. Staff is friendly, quick serving even when they have quite the foot traffic inside. Amble seating, TV in the space, nice place to just sit and enjoy your coffee or meal, or grab and go if you're on a schedule. Definitely recommend this place if you're staying at the hotel!

Chicken teriyaki and veggies over steamed rice

This location was convenient, because we were staying at the hotel. I would not base the average Yelp star rating on what we ordered. It sounds like if we had ordered pizza, that would have been the better option. Everything was over priced for the quality. The chicken Caesar salad was pre-made and in the grab and go refrigerated section. It was good, but I would pay $12-13 max for it. The Tuscan turkey sandwich came with a bag of chips, tasted good, but was small for $17. I would not recommend the chicken teriyaki with steamed veggies. It tasted like a microwaveable meal. I've had microwaveable teriyaki chicken rice bowls from Costco that tasted better than this. Do not order this entree. If you have to eat here, stick with the pizza, pre-made salads and coffee.

Definitely cool to try but not my personal favorite. - Insalata mista (5/5): a delicious, large salad that was flavorful, refreshing, and just the perfect pairing for the other dishes we ordered. My gf and I both loved this and were so glad we ordered it! - Spicy salame calabrese tartufato pizza (4.5/5): The truffle honey in this was very light but we still loved the flavors in this pizza. Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! They do have an inexpensive three wine flight, for reference!

Food: - Sicilian: THIS was the winner of the evening! The sauce, mozz, ricotta, and pesto all came together to make a really tasty bite. The edges of the crust were nice and crispy, and you can taste the toasted cheese on the edges of the crust. SO good. We both decided that this was the best flavor of the night. I've had this same pizza at several other spots in LA, but Prime Pizza really executed it well here. So well balanced in textures and flavors, and the crust was both nicely crispy on the edges and fluffy in the center! - Spicy Pep: Solid pizza, and we LOVE when pizza places use cuppy pepperoni. It was a bit spicier than expected, so be prepared to *actually* taste the heat when you order this one! It's tasty and the crust for this one was also banger, but (IMO) pales in comparison to the Sicilian. Would gladly come again for the Sicilian!

It's thick, doughy, with the perfect amount of crisp and chew, with a beautifully rich peppery sauce on top. No one I've given a slice to could even tell it was gluten free. I just can't get over how it's this good. It's so good I don't even want to know what's in it. I need this in my life. All I know is I've got a mild gluten, milk (mozz ok), and egg allergy and I've never gotten sick here. And it's consistent, every time. I need them to start a subscription service or something I'm getting seriously addicted. Oh and bring a friend or save some for later because this one doesn't come by the slice. I finally went back and tried one of their vegan pastas I hadn't tried before, and there was meat in it (pancetta). I literally am feeling sick to my stomach--I'm pescatarian + non-dairy and stopped eating meat in 2013 so I'm sure you can imagine. The customer service was amazing and the cashier who helped me, Melissa, was so apologetic and sweet (obviously wasn't her fault), but this is just another warning to anyone who is vegan and considers coming here. I also came when they were about to close and already had to wait like 15min longer than they said so there's not even anything else open this late for me to find other food. Very disappointing and I will not be coming back for good this time. If I could give separate stars for customer service, I would give them 5 stars but this was unacceptable on the cook's part. Do not risk it if you are vegan.
