I dined lunch while I attended a seminar. They were well organized and had our lunch ready as soon as we came out of the seminar room. First day I ate a chicken sandwich with fries. On my second day I ate steak tacos. Both of them tasted well. They were rather expensive for the portion. I guess that's the price at a hotel in LA. Overall the service was very punctual and it worked well with my schedule.

A fair joint in the Embassy Suites. Had the Pad Thai that was pretty good, along with the daily hotel host happy hour drinks.

Staying nearby and met a friend at this bar/restaurant at the Embassy Suites (she was staying there). Great atmosphere, great food and even better people! Marie in the restaurant (I think that was her name) and the General Manager of the hotel were all present, which was shocking at 730pm at night on a Tuesday - clearly they take pride in the hotel, employees and its customers. Bar Tender was extremely friendly and attentive! I am in LA often for business and will 100% consider staying at the Embassy Suites next time in town solely based on this experience.

Ordered dinner last night form this restaurant which is part of embassy suites hotel. I ordered it to go so cannot comment on the service. I ordered chicken Fettuccine and a side of Cesar salad. The Cesar salad was good with appropriate dressing but the bread cubes where too small that by the time I got to eat it, it lost its crispness. The fettuccine was not that great. The pasta was over cooked and was chewy. The chicken in the fettuccine was ample. The portion was ample too so no complains there. Would have given 4 stars with if the pasta was not overcooked.

Juan C is such an amazing server & bartender we have came every day of our stay . The food is outstanding . The service even better! He is always here alone in the day time and handles the whole bar and dining room to perfection! I wish I could give this place 10 stars . The menu the service the ambiance is outstanding .

Seriously. This is like a take out place. Plastic and paper plates. $48 and it's like a fast food joint.

Food was average. The service was next to absent and the wait took forever. Would recommend eating just about anywhere else.

Came here to celebrate Father's Day with my husband and my snarky teenage son, who had just turned…read more17 after spending his birthday in Hawaii at a summer youth submarine training program (because regular camp is apparently too basic). We started with cocktails. I had the Mary Sue ("Pornstar Martini") with vodka, vanilla, passionfruit, salted lime, fino sherry, and champagne foam. YUM. Dangerously good. My husband had the Rob Gentile, an elevated Old Fashioned, and was thoroughly impressed. Service was great, and the food was top-notch. Let's dive in! Meatballs with beef, pork, ricotta, potato purée, tomato sauce, Grana Padano, and arugula--WOW. Cheesy, saucy perfection. Beef Tartare with tonnato, shallot, marjoram, crispy potato, and toast. Delicious and a generous portion. I ordered Coop's Pork Shank with Lambrusco-mustard glaze, aromatic jus, and potato purée. Tender, flavorful, and that broth was incredible. It paired perfectly with the broccolini... ...which we didn't order. We spotted the table next to us enjoying it with burrata and immediately added it to our "next time" list. My son ordered the Chicken Parm with capellini. He loved the huge chicken parm portion, which successfully fed his bottomless teenage appetite, but declared the pasta "too eggy." Teenagers are basically unpaid Michelin critics. My husband ordered the Scarpinocc with braised beef cheek, brown butter, sage, and saba. He loved it, but our resident food critic chimed in with, "I don't really taste the beef." Dessert was the cinnamon bread pudding with ice cream and caramel drizzle--absolutely worth saving room for. Everything was delicious, portions were generous, and we left happy (and full enough to feed a small submarine crew). Definitely coming back!

We really wanted to like this Italian spot, but unfortunately, it just didn't live up to the…read moreexpectations. The pasta was clearly homemade, and you could tell it was fresh, but the actual flavors were very underwhelming. For a place specializing in Italian cuisine, we expected a lot more punch. What really turned us off, though, was the lack of value. For the price of the food, the service policy feels incredibly stingy. They do not give you free refills on drinks, which is ridiculous at this price point--refills should absolutely be included. To make matters worse, you do not get free bread for the table either. Overall, we did not like this restaurant. Between the underwhelming food and being nickel-and-dimed for basic things like bread and drink refills, it is definitely not worth the price tag. We won't be back

Father's Day Brunch. Excellent experience. Special two course meal with special menu offerings…read more Seriously, one course is more than enough, we had two plus appetizers! But no worries, we love leftovers! Food is always so creative and wonderful.at Tin Roof. Although we no longer live in Manhattan, still one if our favorite restaurants. Food and service are stellar! We started with cocktails, and of course prepared by our favorite bartender / cocktail specialist extraordinaire, Clark. Off Your Head (Bloody Mary) and Ophella's White Sangria. Both were very tasty! Tin Roof has an excellent cocktail program as does their Simmzy's locations. We started out with Brussel Sprouts. Definitely a hit with the whole table. Tin Roof definitely has the best around, flavorful with a nice crunch, never soggy! We all ordered a variery of starters for our first course. Several had Ceasar Salads. Several had the Watermelon and Feta Salad. One had the Bloddy Mary Deviled Eggs, and another had the Fig; Pistashio, and Cottage Cheese Toast. Everyone loved what they ordered. We were full before our next courses arrived! Our server was Malcolm. He was very attentive even though it was an extremely busy afternoon since it was Father's Day. He was very helpful explaining some of the options only offered on today's menu. They offered a Bistro Burger (five out of six of us ordered!) and I wanted to know how different this burger was from their Simmzy's Burger (my personal favorite). He was spot on, explained it was smokey in flavor and quite different with the pretzel bun. It was so.good, served with fries (best shoestring fries!), onion rings, and piled so high you had to use a fork and knife to eat it! We left beyond full! Definitely we will be back soon!
