Seriously. This is like a take out place. Plastic and paper plates. $48 and it's like a fast food joint.

Got in to the hotel late so decided to grab a bite here. Friendly server who was fully of enthusiasm and did a great job. The meal came out without much of a wait. I went for the meat loaf. Good news was the sides and taters were nicely cooked and hot. The bad news was the meat loaf was bland and cool. It was quickly replaced and the second one was much better, relatively speaking. I found the meat loaf itself was a bit dry and lacked any depth of flavour. It bit the spot and the 10% off coupon from the Front Desk made it a little better Beer was tasty and cold so all was not lost! :-) read more

I dined lunch while I attended a seminar. They were well organized and had our lunch ready as soon as we came out of the seminar room. First day I ate a chicken sandwich with fries. On my second day I ate steak tacos. Both of them tasted well. They were rather expensive for the portion. I guess that's the price at a hotel in LA. Overall the service was very punctual and it worked well with my schedule. read more

Fantastic service. After reading many Yelp reviews, my wife and I had the Chicken Marsala. Their Marsala was perfect!! Not too sweet, chicken very tender. Well prepared angel hair pasta. My wife swapped hers for penne and they nailed that as well. Finally, the service was very attentive and accurate with any substitution. For a hotel restaurant, it was extraordinary! read more

Staying nearby and met a friend at this bar/restaurant at the Embassy Suites (she was staying there). Great atmosphere, great food and even better people! Marie in the restaurant (I think that was her name) and the General Manager of the hotel were all present, which was shocking at 730pm at night on a Tuesday - clearly they take pride in the hotel, employees and its customers. Bar Tender was extremely friendly and attentive! I am in LA often for business and will 100% consider staying at the Embassy Suites next time in town solely based on this experience. read more

Ordered dinner last night form this restaurant which is part of embassy suites hotel. I ordered it to go so cannot comment on the service. I ordered chicken Fettuccine and a side of Cesar salad. The Cesar salad was good with appropriate dressing but the bread cubes where too small that by the time I got to eat it, it lost its crispness. The fettuccine was not that great. The pasta was over cooked and was chewy. The chicken in the fettuccine was ample. The portion was ample too so no complains there. Would have given 4 stars with if the pasta was not overcooked. read more

After the Embassy Suites managers reception, I wanted to get a bit to eat and not leave the hotel. The AeroBistro is part of the Embassy and even shares the same bar with the managers reception---- although don't try ordering a drink from the managers reception bartender if you're paying for drinks at AeroBistro--totally separate. I sat alone at a high top and ordered the Mussels at $19 as an entree and a side order of sauteed mushrooms for $7.00. They brought out a bowl of mussels which also came with asiago toast (or maybe it was garlic bread)--2 pieces for dipping. The menu shows a la carte and entree, but it's all a la carte since they don't come with any sides or salad. Of the 20 or so mussels (quite small) 6 never opened. Also, the sauteed mushrooms were actually 12 large mushroom caps. Not quite what I'd expected. I told the waiter who apologized and offered to comp me for dessert. The chef also came back with the 6 mussels reheated and opened. Very good service. I mentioned that as a chef, it should be pretty obvious when looking at what you're serving to see if the mussels are opened or not. It's not like cutting into a steak to see if its too rare. They comped me with a Mexican Coffee. Service was very good, but I would't recommend or order that combination again. read more

This is the restaurant, if you can call it that, inside the Embassy Suites. The food here is mediocre at best. For the price it should be upper end, if not top notch. You would figure that with such a captive audience as hotel guests the hotel would try and get you to spend your money in the hotel at their restaurant. But let me tell you that you are much better off just eating elsewhere. I hear the liquor store has a good sandwich they bring in from china. All in all I do not recommend this place to anyone, weather you stay at the hotel or not, just go someplace else to eat. read more

I didn't really have a choice to come here because my boyfriend's family didn't really want to go exploring in search of better food. We thought that since this place was right downstairs (we flew into L.A. from Hawaii at 10PM; most places were closed), it would be a quick bite so we could get a good night's rest for more traveling afterward. The wait time is downright insane. We got three pizzas and waited approximately 30~40 minutes for our food to come out. The place was nearly empty, but two other tables were also obviously irritated about how long the place took. When the pizzas came out, it was warm enough but definitely sitting out. The food is okay, but in no means drop down amazing for the price at which it was. There was another couple sitting next to us and they both order steak with some mushroom based sauce over it. When the woman asked if she could get mushrooms left out, the waiter explained that the sauce was premade. Really? Things are premade here, which 1. is unacceptable, and 2. makes the slow service even more inexcusable. Just go across the street to the restaurant within four seasons. It's open until 1AM and the food & service seems to be better there. read more

He is always here alone in the day time and handles the whole bar and dining room to perfection! I wish I could give this place 10 stars . OK, i get it, i'm in a hotel and they have a sort of captive audience, but seriously, this place fails. The kids and i had the snacks provided by the hotel, but we wanted to eat a little something more, so we went in w/low expectations. We were seated quickly and told Guillermo would be right w/us. Guillermo was busy doing nothing (there weren't very many people in the place) and eventually made his way to our table to tell us he'd be w/us in a minute. Well, one minute stretched out to about 10. In that time, another table was seated and their server took their orders right away. Finally, Guillermo came back and took our orders. My daughter and i split 3 appetizers and my son ordered a hot dog and fries. No big deal, right?? Wrong. It took over 30 minutes to get 3 appetizers and a hot dog. Really?? Good thing we didn't order dinner or we'd be there all night. Mean while, the other table w/the good server were nearly done w/their regular dinners by the time we got our appetizers. Then let's talk about what we got. Potstickers ($11) There were 6 of them and they were glazed in a sweet sauce and then served w/more of that sauce. Too sweet. BBQ Park Sliders ($12) This presentation was extremely poor. 1st off, they were not sliders. It was a regular sandwich on ciabatta bread then cut into 3 pieces. One piece was very large, one was medium sized and one was a sliver. It was super mushy and could've used a crunch factor of some sort. I took some of my son's fries and put them in the sandwich to give it some texture, but it could've used a cole slaw or pepper slaw to improve the mouth feel. Crab cakes ($14) There were 2 very small portions. Well cooked w/a mango salsa topping that wasn't very good, although the aioli was tasty. The crab cakes were the best thing we had. My son did like his hot dog, but really, it's a hot dog. Even w/our 15% off coupon, our bill topped $40...for 3 appetizers and a hot dog. Wow, really?? If the food was superior (which it wasn't) and the service was impeccable (which it definitely wasn't) i wouldn't mind spending that kind of money. Honestly, i felt ripped off. Over all, the place lacked flavor and service and despite the fact that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we'd never eat here again. Guillermo should really think about a different profession as he didn't seem to want to be there at all. read more

The AeroBistro is housed in the Embassy Suites at LAX. There are several dining options, including take out sandwiches, bar seating with TVs to watch the game, or sit down tablemat/cloth napkin eating. It is a dimly lit, quiet, open space area that soothes the weariest business traveler's soul. For food, I have had the shrimp arrabiata and the chicken marsala. Both were tasty and there was never an issue in getting the plate split. Jacques, the waiter, always remembers my co-worker and me, and it is always service with a smile. The prices are what you'd expect at a hotel restaurant by LAX with entrees @ $20. read more

Its hotel restaurant within the Embassy Suites. While the menu is limited the meal I had there was excellent; the vegetables that came with my pasta were sauteed perfectly. Also they have Victoria beer here; which was a great surprise. We were there on 6/21/12. I would actually rate the food quality and service 4 stars and ambiance 3 stars. Our server was a friendly young woman, and she was very polite. The servers may have been a little inexperienced. I observed someone at an adjacent table asking how something was prepared and the server stumbled in her description, but the server was friendly and did a good job overall. The restaurant was not busy on a Thursday evening. My wife and I both ordered meatloaf. The plate presentation was inviting, and the portions were generous. The meat had a good flavor and a nice gravy / sauce. The vegetables were nicely cooked and everything was the right temperature. I am glad we didn't read the other two review prior to trying this restaurant, because we would have passed. The other two reviews were written in 2010, so perhaps the restaurant has changed. read more

Had to seat myself at a table. The bartender was nice enough to come and give me a menu but after that I waited almost 20 minutes and not one waiter came to even offer me water or bread. This is not a big place so you can see the whole room, I'm in plain view of everyone. I was just sitting there waiting to order and not one of them even acknowledged my presence for almost 20 minutes. I was doing work on my phone before I even realized. Food was average. The service was next to absent and the wait took forever. Would recommend eating just about anywhere else.

I understand that it's pricier since it's in the hotel... But even so, definitely overpriced. There were hardly any customers when my family went in tonight, but the service was still incredibly slow. Greetings for drink orders took forever, food took forever. We couldn't handle waiting any longer and I ended up taking the kids back to the room and my husband asked for it to be boxed up to go. I watched the servers reaction when he asked it to be boxed up and she seemed disgusted by his request. I hope it only came off differently than what it really was. Just had lunch there servers are not friendly kinda rude..i walked in no one smiled or really greeted me!! Place was dead but everything took forever to come..ate the frenchonion soup ok but too salty..and the asian potstickers..sauce is toooooooo thick and then the traditional cobb salad..that was ok but who can really mess up a salad good thing i asked for dressing on the side..server was nicer when dropping off bill smiled and winked..hahhaha not wasting my money on this rest every again..STAY AWAY!!! read more

Horrible. If you want mediocre food at a rip off price this is the place. French onion soup was terrible. Tasted like salty sludge. The chicken was very good though if it wasn't for the watery overlooked noodles. The service here is inconsistent although the staff is friendly. Definitely do not recommend this place unless changes are made. I have eaten here three times over the last few months and the third was the final straw. We stayed at the Embassy Suites north because we had a long layover at LAX. The dining option there was Aero Bistro. Aero Bistro was a welcomed change in the riggers of travel. I would recommend this place. It was a nice environment and it had good food as well. I had the meat loaf and it was very flavorful. I would go there again if I were in the L.A. area anytime soon. read more

The service seemed slow but it was a non-issue since it was already the restaurant's peak hours when we had dinner there and they only have a few waiters. Stayed here for a few days for a meeting. Food and service excellent for lunch and dinner. I are there three times. Jose and Juan and Sergio are efficient and friendly. Recommend goat cheese salad, daily soups made fresh and pizzas are great. Reasonably priced too. read more

We came in late from a trip to San Diego and were delighted with the quality of the service and the food. I had the rainbow trout and my wife had the Mahi Mahi. Both were excellent and very well presented and prepared. Our waiter, Joel, had a great sense of humor and was attentive to our needs without being a distraction. Food was adequate but my real issue was in the handling of credit cards. At no time did they mention that they were having computer problems. When I tried to pay with my card, I was told that the only options were to sign to my room (I wasn't staying there) or pay with cash. I rarely carry that much cash but, fortunately, did this time. Very pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly. The dining area very clean and comfortable. Best of all, the meals were very good. We had the Short Ribs and the Paella. After a long day of traveling, we really wanted a good meal. The presentation of the meal was eye pleasing and the taste was equally as great.
