I've switched up the ham to their bacon which is delicious! Thick cut, crispy and tons of it! I also recommend getting an extra side of hollandaise because it's THAT good! Kids miniature chocolate chip pancakes are filling and pretty large. Dine-in they have kids cute coloring page and yummy hot coco! I had the chance to dine-in and the inside is decorated nicely and I love the light coming from all the large windows. I wish there were more booth seating available, the hard wooden chairs are not that comfy. - Small waiting area in front and outdoors - outdoor seating when it's nice out - online ordering avail for easy pickup and delivery (by 3rd party) - share parking lot but usually pretty full, overflow in Whole Foods lot avail - you can now reserve tables! Yah! Note: $10 no-show fee

The place itself was clean, neat, and not very large. We ordered the regular eggs Benedict (around $21) and the chicken and waffle eggs Benedict (around $30). Between the two, I definitely preferred the chicken and waffle Benedict. It was more savory, whereas the regular eggs Benedict also savory but came with a red sauce that was surprisingly sweet when I was expecting something more traditional and savory. Overall, I would come here for a special occasion, as the price point feels a bit high for what you get. You can definitely find a similar eggs Benedict elsewhere for cheaper. That said, I do recommend trying the green hot sauce they have. I thought it paired really well and tasted better with the dish.

Parking is easy in the expansive lot and the location is great being close to downtown Bellingham. It was around 11 on a Friday but we didn't have any trouble getting a table for 5. This may be harder on the weekends. We were waiting on one more person and they were fine accommodating that for us. I ordered a hash omelet with wheat toast and home fries. The rest of the table had a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Once ordered the food came out quickly. The tea is also bottomless! My omelet was good but a little dry. I wish that they had cooled down the onions a little more. The corned beef was excellent though. Toast could have been a little toastier. The homefries were seasoned well but a bit on the burnt side. I like my potatoes crispy like that so it didn't bother me, but my grandma would have sent them back. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well. A breakfast for 5 came out to be $100 before. Which I felt was reasonable but a little pricier compared to other breakfast locations. Would I come back? Sure! I would just want to try some other options as their menu was expansive.

The staff from the front to servers were so awesome. We called ahead and they accomodated us right away with a group of 10. They told us we would have to squeeze a bit then they extended our table after a new one opened up. The menu was not too expensive but had a lot of good choices. Here is what we had THE MAC: classic egg & cheese sandwich with choice of bacon, sausage or ham served on an english muffin - my cousin said this was delish, perfect for a simple breakfast without the hassle HALF SPOONFUL: two eggs any style, choice of bacon, sausage OR ham, home fries & silver dollar pancakes - my sister said everything was good, sausage was flavorful and not chewy, eggs cooked perfect to her choice of over medium, the only thing was pancake was a little dry but she is pancake picky so it should be fine MEAT & CHEESE OMELETTE: two eggs, choice of bacon, sausage OR ham & american cheese; served with home fries & choice of toast - my cousin got steak for his meat and he said it was perfect. Egg was of good consistency not dry and steak was cooked perfect Salmon Benedict: lox was not too salty, eggs cooked to perfection, and hollandaise....I haven't tasted better than this MAC Benedict or Corned beef hash Benedict: difference with the salmon, min was served on a toasted croissant. This was ingenious, like a sandwich with creamy sauce...soooooo ahhhmazing. Going Bananas waffle: Belgium waffle topped with caramel, bananas, and toasted pecan....can we say YUMMM!!! Steak burrito: we took his to go but it looked equally good Steak and eggs: the steak was so tender and the flavor....perfect Classic burger: my brother in law got this and added egg and bacon. The burger was cooked perfect and the egg too. Grilled cornbread: ok if you ever go here...this is a must...the best cornbread I have ever had! Side of homemade gravy: This was delish!! Side of extra crisp bacon: when we order this, we usually get a bad burnt bacon, or crispy on the ends and chewy on the inside. This bacon here....was perfect. The flavor was on point and it's like it disintegrated in my mouth after the first chew. Overall, everything was sooo good. I commend the chefs and staff for having such a great place to make our bellies and hearts happy. When we visit here again, we will definitely go back to eat and try other things. I suggest you try it out too.

It almost has a homey feel and the servers are always friendly. Their food tends to be hearty and comforting. A few dishes I have tried and enjoyed include: - The cassoulet, which is not a traditional French cassoulet at all, but it is comforting and filling. I would give it an 8/10 (ask for extra bread). - The baked brie is really good and comes in a big portion. I would give this a 10/10. - Le Jardinier is an open-face veggie sandwich. It has a lot piled on the bread, so it can get a bit soggy, but it is a good lighter option if you do not want one of their heavier dishes. 7/10. - The gratin is sooooo good. It is a super decadent mac and cheese with thin slices of prosciutto. 10/10 - Chaider (not a food item) is my favorite drink. It is a mix of chai and apple cider 10/10. - The duck house potatoes and eggs are good, but if your eggs are overcooked, the dish can be a bit dry since there is no sauce. I think an option to add hollandaise would potentially elevate this dish. 7/10. The gougeres, beignets and crêpes are also good.

The corned beef is large chunks, not small diced pieces found in most commercial and canned hash. The potatoes, peppers, and onions gave a nice texture and flavor. I had it topped with two over medium eggs which were perfectly cooked. As I was eyeing the French toast, he gave me a single piece which included their fruit infused whipped cream and was really, really good! That might be my entree next time. My friend got the crepes and her face was doing happy expressions while she was eating. My new best friend Maria kept my coffee mug full-she visited the table frequently to make sure my mug never got low nor cold. She also took care to clean the table promptly as plates were finished. Now if my kids could learn that... oh wait, this is a diner review. The ambiance is cute and chic. There was easy access to accommodate wheel chairs and they have their menu clearly marked for gluten free available and vegan options (most of the menu). The menu is on the fancier side; they will prepare whatever someone wants (e.g. if someone just wants 2 eggs and bacon, they can easily do that). The location is on Main St. so parking is hit or miss. If you are nearby and want something good, this is a good option!
