I wanted to go on here and say they clearly are better than the customer. Ordered a thanksgiving pie and first off no instructions on re heating no note saying fully cooked. I picked it up and someone said find your bag that's it. Well the pie dough was still raw on the bottom. My wife emailed the lady there and she was so not trying to hear the concern. Blew it off as this is the first complaint in 7years. We always support local but a raw dough and at least instructions would be nice. I won't recommend it to anyone after how the customer is wrong no matter what way of customer service. read more

Super cute place! Hang out and drink coffee with a friend. Service was friendly and helpful with drink choices. I also purchased some caramels made here as well. Have not tried them but my father in law loved them! I had a very light tasting coffee drink made with white chocolate powder and marshmallow flavor. My biggest complaint is that most of the baked goods are too oily/buttery. My work offers snacks from here almost every Friday, so I've tried a lot of different treats. The muffins and scones are pretty solid. But if it's anything else, I skip it. I've been to the store front a few times, cute decor and friendly staff. I've enjoyed the coffees I've tried there. Well it has been a couple years since my last visit. Covid interrupted things. I am happy to report the quality and customer service continues. I brought in my daughters and my grandchildren for Saturday morning breakfast. We shared some pastries, latte, and breakfast burritos. The food was amazing and the service and friendly greetings added to the experience. Outside seating was nice and we enjoyed the great morning weather. We added the "Day Old Treasures" to our breakfast and they were great. The burrito was stuffed with egg, potato, and sausage. You really need to put the Whisk on your list of Breakfast spots. read more

What a charming café! We went in and had a variety of pastries and a couple of coffees. I absolutely love the lemon basil scone because it's soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. My mocha was delicious but my partner's drink had a bad shot and was missing a flavoring. Employees really seem to love their job and the inside was decorated beautifully. I wanted to like the place since it is so close to home. My husband did like the cranberry scone he received, although pricey at $4.50. It is a cute little bakery for sure. But like every other place the prices are just way out of line. I had planned to get a cupcake but when I saw the prices a just said no. The cupcakes are small, just like the size you bake at home, roughly 2" round cupcake for $4.50. Can you imagine? I am sorry but boutique bakery or not Safeway sells the same thing for about $1.00. Yes I know they are not the same but what about this bakery makes it worth 4.5 x's the price? Lastly, we were extremely put off by the cashier asking us if we wanted to leave her a tip. Wow. What can't they do here? Pastries are delicious, whether you're feeling sweet or savory. Pies that you can pre-order for the holidays are consistently delicious and so inexpensive! I'm used to this quality of handcrafted pie going for $30-40. Good news for me because it means I can order more pie for the same price. Their drinks are really good too! Special shout-out to their spicy chai which has so much flavor. Love that they have oat milk too. Have you had a chai tea latte or their chai special with ost milk yet? It is the definition of comfort. Fresh baked bread with some rosemary or orange. Oh man the roll selection! And a couple chocolates and cookies from other local bakeries. The ambience is perfectly homey yet super cute and put together. It's full without being overwhelming. I love the wall of antique teapots and China. I had a wonderful experience with Blissful Whisk. Okay .... so I'm going out on a limb just a little bit because I haven't yet tasted the cake, but based on my experience thus far, I think it's a safe bet. I went in yesterday (first time there) to pick up a cake I ordered for my husband's birthday. To start - I didn't know you needed to order custom cakes two weeks in advance! I called earlier this week and they worked with me to find a flavor that was already in their baking plan that would work. I think I was speaking with Mallory, who makes the cakes. She was very nice and helpful and she worked with me, which I appreciate so much. We found something, selected a golf theme, and ordered the cake, which was $32 for a 6-inch, which I would say is competitive with the other custom bakeries in the area. A side note ... when I say "she worked with me", that is an understatement of my appreciation. Nothing turns me off to a business more than when I am trying to spend time and money with them and they so, "Ohhhhh sorrrryyyyy nooooooo, we can't do that." I understand that there are times when something is truly not possible but ... come on ... at least TRY to give me some options and help me out! Isn't that what service businesses should be doing? I think many take the easy way out and just say "no" if something doesn't fit the needs of the business, without even trying to meet the needs of the customer. That was NOT the case here. Back to the story. I went to pick up the cake yesterday, and also got a latte and a vegan snickerdoodle for good measure. Both were delicious! I wanted to take home some turnovers, but sadly, there was a big rush that morning and they sold out. I'm sure they're fabulous! I realized that I forgot to ask for the Happy Birthday message on the cake. It was already boxed and tied with a cute bow, but when I asked if we could correct my mistake and add it, again, they were gracious and willing to get it done! Natalia was able to write the message, which had to be tiny because of the beautiful design of the cake, and it looks so cute (see pic)! I have found BLISS, the Blissful Whisk, that is! This new bakery/pastry shop is a dream. There is ample parking, nice seating and even a little kitchen to occupy the youngest guests. But the stars of this place are definitely the baked goods. There is always a nice variety of cookies, scones, croissants and other treats. Special occasion cakes and seasonal offerings are also available. The Brookies are to die for but my kryptonite is the scones with clotted cream...pure bliss! It's a bakery with the quality of a Safeway bakery. The avocado toast is quite poor quality in particular. (Tried it 3 times) I have been here over 6 times and they got my drinks order wrong every single time! Every time. It would also be nice to see the owner smile at her patrons occasionally. The oats are good. Croissants are flat and oily, the savory scones made us feel sick after eating them. The decor is amazing. read more

Went to Blissful Whisk for the first time this morning. Grabbed a delicious carrot cake muffin for my boss since it was her birthday. I was blown away by the selection of goodies as well as finding out they will have baking classes and an area that you can book for parties or meetings. So cute! Amazing little spot! Decor is very warm and shabby chic! Staff are friendly and huge verity of desserts. I love to stop by there with my son occasionally and enjoy a cup of coffee with a scone and a cookie! Today as my son and I was walking past the shop we picked up some garbage that someone dumped on the grass lawn in front of the coffee shop and came in to ask if we can throw it away, the staff was very pleasant and very kind and also showed me where I can wash my hands. Visited for the first time today. The atmosphere is so cozy and unique...the coffee was so good and the staff was engaging and welcoming. While my friend and I were chatting, the owner brought us a sample of their fresh baked Garlic Parm Flaky Rolls....beyond amazing!! It is so much more relaxing than the "other" coffee place.
