One of the guy kinda acknowledge us but proceeded to eating their sandwich and watching Tv. The other guy didn't say anything at all. The guy who kinda acknowledge us said to help ourselves to look around. We were both shocked . So we did look around. Finally, the guy (I think he's the manager) stood up and talk to us, and my husband says "I have no clue what kinda of fishing boat I should get" and he said "Just go on YouTube and what you like" lol . My husband was trying to ask for help but still insist to go to YouTube and go to the boat site to figure out what he likes for different options and they can order it for him. We are looking for some direction and customer service and what we have experienced at this place was we felt like we are a bother to them and not wanting to sell a boat. We are both so confused when we left. So, we drove to West Coast Boat center in Rocklin. We were welcomed and they took the time to show the features online to us and right there and then we bought the boat. We felt both welcome and willing to help us at least have a good conversation and effort to find what we are actually looking for even if it is online.

Very rude and will quickly hang-up on you when you call wanting answers. I bought a 2017 Odes...(First mistake) demo/floor modle with 30 something hours in February 2018. It completely broke down on us in May driving down our neighborhood 20/mph and had to be towed back home then...back to Motor World West. Prior to May it was at Motor World West 3 other times with problems. It has now been sitting in his shop since May of 2018 today..is September 27th. No calls are ever returned and when you reach one of the 3 guys who sadly work there, they tell you the parts just shipped.....and.....months later......still broken unusable UTV at Motor World West. Does not stand by his product and only cares about selling you something and making money....ODES Industries is as crappy as Motor World West....buyer beware. And if you ask for a refund, his answer is..."I WILL NOT DO THAT, AND I WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ODES PRODUCT!" Ha...

The service center here does not pay attention to detail. I brought my boat in for a basic annual…read moreservice and they managed to mess that up. They for got to check the oil filter before installing causing all the oil to drain from the engine. This error was major considering we tried turning on the boat. When we checked the engine compartment we noticed all the oil at the bottom of the engine. You can see that the oil stick has no oil. Also, when we brought the boat back they did a mediocre job cleaning up the mess leaving oiled hand prints on the upholstery. We tried contacting the owner but no call back. Go buy your boat somewhere else considering you will need to service it here if you buy it here. Not even an apology or credit for their mistake. This experience was not pleasant from the start. They act as if they don't need your business. I never had this problem at their Stockton store. The unfortunate part is that the owner was made aware of this but no response. You decide if this is the service you want after spending big money on your boat.

They assured me the boat was an easy fix and that I should drop it off 2 weeks later, on Monday May 30th, and it would be ready for pick up on that Friday, 2 days before I was to leave on my trip. I dropped the boat as planned and when I re-visited on weds was told by their technician that the boat would be ready for pick up on Friday as promised. When I returned to pick up the boat on Friday, I was told by the technician they didn't even touch the boat and I was out of luck. The technician blamed it all on the owner Todd. This is an unethical business owner and they strung me along for 3 weeks and never even looked at the boat . They all knew I had a family trip planned but literally they lied to me, strung me along and laughed when I arrived to picked up the boat. NEVER EVER bring your boat to M & M. The worst customer service and ethics I've witnessed from a local business. All they had to do when I first approached them was tell me they didn't have time and I would have made other arrangements. And than they lied again when I inquired mid week if the boat was on track. This is an unethical business. Don't get stung like I did!!
