    Chocolate chip

A good little stop to satisfy your sweet tooth! Come hungry or come with family/friends because you can't buy just one cookie: the minimum purchase amount is six! As you can see - the cookies are about the size of a Chips Ahoy (but that's where the similarities stop - The Chipyard is much better) -- so they're aren't the obscene giant cookies that other establishments seem to be serving these days. There is a decent selection of types: I stuck with the chocolate chip (x4), a chocolate walnut chip and a white chocolate chip. I prefer to enjoy my cookies fresh (aka a little warm) and these were not - but that's a personal preference. Nice little stop in Faneuil Hall! 2014: 57/100

Not for me. I get that the cookies are small and not made typically round. But I honestly wish it was a bit bigger, had a softer inside, crunchier exterior and tasted a bit better. The oatmeal cookie was a bit better than the chocolate chip but still nothing that I would ever come back to. I had higher expectations and was quite disappointed.

Nice balanced soft and crispy smaller sized cookies. Had the traditional chocolate chip. You can get half dz for around $7. They were good but nothing you can't make at home with store brought cookie dough. But the convenience of warm cookies while shopping is worth the money. I waited for a few minutes while the employee held a conversation on her cellphone. Not worth a recommendation but everyone loves cookies right.

Located in Faneuil Hall Marketplace, offers a variety of bite sized cookies (chocolate chip, fudge chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, etc.). Prices are decent, although a little on the pricey side for the size of the cookies (a dozen for $11). I decided on a half dozen chocolate chip and half dozen fudge chocolate chip. They came out of the warmer, so I was expecting them to be warm, cripsy on the outside/soft on the inside, and gooey. Instead they were slightly warm and more crunchy than soft. Both weren't super sweet. Preferred the chocolate chip over the fudge chocolate chip. The cookies also came in different sizes, although they were all bite sized. Glad I got to try cookies from The Chipyard, just not sure I'll be back given there so many dessert options nearby.

Went here over the weekend and not sure what happened to this place. They used to be great. They're pretty bad now. Cookies were overdone. All of them were super crunchy - not soft like I remember. They were also small for the price. Customer service was friendly, but wouldn't return.

There's something about getting a dozen of mini cookies from the Chipyard whenever I visit Fanueil Hall. There's just so gosh darn good. They're out of this world if you can get them straight out of the oven. Crispy edges, soft middle, and the right amount of chocolate chips. $10 for a dozen, guess covid's made them raise their prices^^^. Watched the price go up over the years but as tradition and as acting quality control, I highly recommend you get some. There's also oatmeal raisin and peanut butter chocolate chip. Service was quick and they take cash and card.

The peanut-butter chocolate chip were not very peanut buttery. The chocolate chocolate chip were good, but the best of the three types we had RP were the classic chocolate chip cookies. Buttery fall apart in your hands (even the next day) and a good chocolate chip ratio.

This place has been in Quincy Market for years. For about $20 you can get 2 dozen cookies in neat little paper bags. (Theyre usually iconic bright yellow bags but I guess they had run out of those when I went by today.) I like to get them for my co-workers during lunch or for family during the holidays. For a couple bucks more you can get the cookies in pretty little tins. The cookies themselves used to be much smaller, but I'm not complaining. They're perfect little bite sized treats, not too sweet and not enough to spoil supper.

Cookies are amazing, however we went there based on the hours advertised and it was closed. Was so sad to not have some birthday cookies!

I've been drooling over the passion fruit krembo and the pear tart so I had to give them a try as well. Pear tart- absolutely perfect, so mellow and sweet and I loved the poached pear in the middle! Passionfruit krembo- honestly stronger on the coconut and meringue flavor than on the passion fruit? Tastes almost like a lemon meringue tart to me. Orange blossom latte- frankly didn't get any flavor of orange blossom in the latte, until it melted totally I could taste it a little in the coffee. The vanilla was also really light. It's a pretty unadulterated coffee (as is typical for a cold brew) and I kinda like my coffee sweet and creamy, so I was not too impressed on a first taste. But once it melted I liked it a lot more. Probably will stick with black sesame next time. Note- they serve their pastries glued with sugar (?) on a cardboard round. Im not too sure how to eat it like this so I ended up prying them off the round.

Walking into a Tatte is like warm hug, it's a positive, welcoming, and bright environment to be in. All of the cafes are so aesthetically pleasing and get a lot of natural light. This location does have some indoor seating, but is a bit more limited than some of the other locations. They do have a lot of outdoor seating though. It's also a great area to walk around if you get your coffee and or pastry to go. It of course gets busy at peak times on weekends and morning during the week. Brunch is big at Tatte, and rightfully so. I don't think it's the best place to try to work, but you can bring a computer in do some work or study, but it can also get loud when there's lots of conversations being held. I've had great interactions with the staff at this location and even when it's busy, I haven't had to wait too long to get my order. I've been loving the pumpkin spice tahini latte this fall. Looking forward to my next stop in!
