I have been to bougie nails several times and a few weeks ago Michelle trimmed out my ingrown toenail and cut deep in my skin and it was infected and very painful. So I returned and talked to Steve who's incredible who apologized and put Ana right on me. Anna was not only an expert at fixing my toe issue, although painful, not her fault she took the time to give me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back and I will be asking for Ana. Thank you so much.

Dip nails 50 dollars. $45 plus $5 removal of gel or dip

Called and made request same day availability, good about that. Requested price for dip nails stated $45, when service collected added $5 removal fee. The regular polish pedicure $28. They do offer drinks as well. Overall nice selection of colors, pretty prompt service. I did enjoy the nail shape for my nails, this only the second time getting dip, so I would have to compare price, also noting no massage at end.

I loved my experience here! I wanted to book a salon service with promising reviews via ClassPass, and this business did not disappoint. I booked a mani-pedi with my points, and upgraded the mani to gel for $18. They offer a complimentary drink of which they have many options (water, tea, viet coffee, margs, wine, etc.). I chose a mango margarita which was really delicious! The salon itself, btw, is organized, clean, and decorated very cute. I came in on a Monday afternoon, so naturally, it wasn't crowded and I was serviced immediately by two friendly women. I'm pleased with how my nails turned out, and will return for another service!

Okay, breathhhhh in and out. This place... steven ? Stephen? And I believe his wife are owners and are the reason place is making money. Vanessa our nail tech, whom ill say is kind, respectful. But as far as the work she did. Not okay, ill submit pictures and the conversation. She had to fix her nails 2x and we were suppose to go a 3x but honestly I was really not going to go again, id be a horrible person standing there. In a span of 1 week in a half 3x 4-5 nails fell off. Again ill add photos. Clean rips just all of it lifted as if you had a press on. Again this is on a 13 yo girl with healthy nail bits, doesn't play any hand sport, unacceptable. So every fix Vanessa was apologizing and saying she doesn't want to lose a customer she will always fix and what not, problem here this shouldn't happen. You dont want to lose your time coming back every time ? This shouldn't happen. I wasnon the phone with Steven and he assured me it wouldn't happen again, it shouldn't happen. That he was going to watch her... I asked if he can do it. 2nd time ? 3rd ? He says no I cannot because she did the set she has to fix her mistake. ? Tell me why on her 2nd fix another lady is helping her !!!! Oof nope showing you all photos. Lastly place is dirty cloths are old, stained, ripped. Do better. And tools get used and pulled from heat sterilizer on god good luck that they were cleaned. In my honest opinion our money our time and how hard we work should be valued and considered in this time we live in. And when a company or a business shows you how they do business like this RUN. I want zero stars but I guess one shall do.

Recently moved to the area and wanted to check out The Boujee Nails. My sister had a Destress Pedicure and enjoyed the service she had. I came in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure. Their website is easy to navigate to book appointments in case you don't want to call. I was seated right away and was presented with a booklet of colors to choose from. Each staff member I interacted with was so friendly and kind. They also offered me a drink which was a nice touch. My nail technician was fast and efficient, making sure to be careful with the removal of skin around my nails. I had a great experience and can't wait to return in the future for a pedicure next :)

Fresh "pedicure" the polish is all over my toes, it looks cracked, no cuticle removal.

First and last time, this is how they deliver their service, no cuticle removal on toes or hands, my hands look worse than when I came, the nail polish looks different colors, has bumps and it's falling off, same for my toes, looked chipped right away when I tried to explain they told me to come back for a fix, they never fixed it, the were really rude, they didn't provide the service as promised and they refused to fix or refund even when they don't have a sign with the policy of no refund. Never coming back. Please don't go there.

5 Stars - A Hidden Gem That Truly Cares! I recently moved to Fullerton and was on the lookout for a new nail salon when I discovered Boujee Nails--and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. After a painful experience a few years ago with an aggressive pedicurist and an ingrown toenail injury, I've been extremely cautious about where I go. But from the moment I stepped into Boujee Nails, I felt completely at ease. Michelle was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and meticulous with her work. Her warm, calming presence made me feel like I was in the best hands--literally. I chose the Refresh Pedicure, and it delivered exactly what it promised. My feet felt rejuvenated, pampered, and cared for in a way I hadn't experienced in years. As if that wasn't enough, I was even treated to a free Vietnamese coffee--my absolute favorite! The soothing music playing in the background tied the whole experience together, creating a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Steve was also fantastic. Not only is he a talented nail artist, but he also went above and beyond by personally texting me the menu and options before my appointment. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare to find. Tucked away in a quaint shopping plaza, Boujee Nails is truly a hidden gem. The entire team genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I 100% recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back!

Everyone here is nice and make sure you feel comfortable but the lack of attention to detail in my tech was very unfortunate. At no point was she cleaning my hands through out process. She was painting polish over my nail filed dust. Put chrome over cuticle oil. After sitting here for an hour and a half, the last thing I want to do is sit there again to get them fixed. I was told 45 dollars on the phone for dip and then also charge a removal which they didn't tell you about. Overall not a great experience. read more

absolutely amazing!!! went in for a gel pedicure, and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they offer complimentary drinks! i got the basic pedicure, this included shaping, scrubbing the bottom of your foot, a foot/leg scrub, hot towel treatment and an actual foot/leg massage! not like other salons where they just put lotion and call it a massage, they actually massage and even cracked my ankle which felt amazing! and all of this was just the basic pedicure i can't wait to go back and try out the higher levels also glad they kept Julie from when this place was Q's nails!! read more

I had a 9:15 appointment this morning for a gel manicure. There were already people in there being worked on for pedicures. No problem. But they didn't have anyone there to work on nails. 30 minutes go by and still nothing. I finally had to ask if someone was coming and she just said "a couple minutes" lol! I had to walk out, I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes. Beware if you make an early morning appointment, there probably won't be anyone there to work on you, appt is useless. read more

I called here over a week ago for an appointment today at 10. I get there and there's only two ladies working and they both have customers and seem to have no idea about my appointment. After waiting like 10 minutes one of them called I guess Steve and he tells me to pick out what color I want. I wait another 10 minutes with no idea of when I might get my nails done. Nothing. I guess if I'd had a couple hours to waste I could have just waited but that's why I made an appointment. So after 20 minutes I called another nail salon down the street and got right in. So my first impression of this place is less than positive. If you forgot my appointment or double booked the very least you can do is acknowledge that and let me know how long I'm going to have to wait. There's a lot of competition out there so I don't need to visit a place that can't even provide me the courtesy of admitting they screwed up. read more

Came in for a regular gel manicure (color change) and this place is anything but boujee. The staff was kind but that was the only positive thing I experienced. The quality of work was horrible, my nails were uneven, bumpy and broke the same day. When I called to ask to come in and fix them they were able to accommodate me for two days later but didn't fix anything. They added another clear coat on top and were adamant that it would hold, which it didn't. I went somewhere else immediately after but still it was such a waste of time and money. The place is small, and warm. I'd look elsewhere if you want your moneys worth. read more

Yesterday I received the absolute best pedicure I've ever had from Steve. He was genuinely friendly, took his time, and the massage...amazing. I had read everyone else's Yelp reviews prior to trying this place and they kept mentioning how good the massages were. I get it now!! I'd would honestly go back even just for the calf and leg massage. Give this place a try, you will not regret it. read more

I loved the upgrade at Boujee nails in Fullerton. Michelle and Steve did my nails and I loved them. The place is very clean, massage chairs, and they did a great job taking care of my nails and feet. I came in for a pedicure and left in pain. Not only did the staff member not listen to what I told her I wanted but she cut my toes in multiple areas and they are now super tender and swollen. I've been using hydrogen peroxide multiple times a day since I went in three days ago but they hurt. I've NEVER had an issue with pedicures which leads me to believe their equipment was not sterilized as it should have been. My big toe nails are different shapes too. She barely used any lotion when massaging my legs so I left with my legs looking and feeling dry and she massaged my shin bones instead of my calf muscles - ouch! They were aggressive with the way they pushed and pulled my legs around and I was very uncomfortable the entire time - not just with the pedicure, but even the conversation that one of the staff members was having with me. They weren't rude, just weird. With how much pain my toes are in, I will NEVER return here again. 0 stars, do not recommend! read more

absolutely recommend! i went for a gel manicure and it turned out so good! it's been about 3 weeks and just now starting to lift/peel. the only reason i'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because i made an appointment and still waited about an hour :( it sounded like they got mixed up and thought a couple of walk ins had my appointment or something but they apologized. i was hoping they would've compensated me for my time i had to wait like taken $5 off my bill. but i love how my nails turned out regardless and how long they've held up!i also appreciate their cleanliness and complimentary margaritas! i'll definitely be returning :) read more

I was looking for the same treatment. However, neither me or my girls were offered any drink at all after being there for quite a while. But as soon as the other customers walked in, they were offered soda, water, etc... I didn't know they offered complimentary drinks. Then I asked the lady who was doing my nails, "Oh you guys also sell drinks?" And she said "No, they're free" then 10 seconds later... "you want something?" With that tone she had, I said "No, thanks!" I feel if they really wanted to, they would have offered with out me having to ask! I also noticed other customers who walked out before me got a cheerful " Thank you so much for coming, have a Happy New Year!" All I barely got was a "thank you". Not sure why we received this dull not welcoming treatment even though they knew it was our first time there Maybe their business is already doing very well that they don't care about us returning. I will give them another try and see what happens next time. The nails were nice, only thing is my daughter's French tip wasn't done as asked. My daughter is very shy and didn't speak up to tell the lady that she wasn't doing it like the picture she showed her. She was afraid to speak up because most staff get mad when you tell them that it's not what you asked for But the lady should have paid attention to what my daughter asked for! read more

This place is amazing! It's clean and the nail techs are very friendly. I'm really big on nail salons cleaning their equipment (nail files, clippers, etc.) This salon brings out a clean set of supplies with each person. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take their time and pay close attention to detail. One of the best things is... they offer free drinks! Choose a wine or a margarita, or a nonalcoholic beverage! If you're in Orange County, this should be your new nail spot! read more

I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! I was a bit skeptical of the longevity since it wasn't the hard gel I'm used to, but this set legit lasted me over FOUR WEEKS (with the exception of one nail that had gel-ex on because of some previous nail damage)! If I were in the area more often, I'd go back to Buttercup in a heartbeat!!!! They are on the pricier side, but you'll be paying for quality IMO.
