The manager here...not sure the name but an old lady in control of a brewery is wrong 1 thousand percent!!!!!! She had no understanding what sports were let alone the channels. I actually asked the poor lady if she needed help since she was out of her element changing a tablet and she was not so friendly....turned us off and left this place. guess where we went?... we went to Carnegie's which is 10 steps away with a better menu..cheaper prices and the games on......oh my....ur lady is KILLING your establishment...remember some games are on regular TV so people really don't have to come here...this I thought was a sports bar. First let me start off by saying that I have run restaurants and bars for 24 years of my life. That being said when I walked in the bartender would not serve me drinks at the bar while I was waiting for a table. When the seven of us finally got seated. The server was very pleasant! Darwin was the highlight of my experience. The wait for the food was entirely too long! The manager never noticed had never came out and talk to us. I would not recommend this place. First time here and thoroughly enjoyed the entire visit. Kareem was our server. He greeted us within minutes of sitting, letting us know he had to get something for other guests and would be right back. That goes a long way. I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and it was fantastic! You get a big serving of fries as well. Their ranch is really good but it was a little on the "thin" side. That was my only complaint. My wife had the reuben sandwich and loved it. We had the pretzel bite appetizer and those were great! The beer cheese for dipping is so tasty. The beer flights are super cool, it was nice to try a few different beers. Wow we come to Laughlin all the time and this was a restaurant the town really needed! I walked to the restaurant and instantly I felt like the city wasnt such an "old city" anymore. Everything looked so modern definitely not what you would expect from Laughlin. I loved it immediately. So we were seating right away.. we went for lunch and we had a larger group. This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in Laughlin. The rubenator sandwich had cheese on outside of bun??? The burnt ends looked similar to what my dog puts in my backyard on a regular basis. The chicken sandwich was OK but This is a brewery and they don't have samples of their beer on tap. We've all been vaccinated and we are not worried about the virus. CDC is saying if your vaccinated you don't have to wear a mask. Give me a sample of the brews dude. Our first waiter was good then he went on break and gave us this waiter from hell who charges $1 for ranch and serves food without napkins and silverware. We looked at the bar and the only thing the bar tender was busy with was talking to his buddy's at the bar. Our food arrived and no beer. Finally the waiter went and did it himself. We finally got our beer. Now for the food. Very average, fries were very greasy and not a lot of garlic. The burnt tips also average, tender but average and definitely not worth $11.00. This is a 50/50 review. Some bad. Some good. We were a party of nine in a casino restaurant during a very busy holiday weekend (Feb 2022). After we were seated it took twenty minutes before the waitress came to take our drink orders. By then we not only knew what we wanted to drink, but we were ready to make our orders. Orders we're placed. Twenty minutes later half the orders arrived. It took ten more minutes for the rest of the orders to arrive. Meanwhile, while we were waiting for our orders a tenth friend arrived and want to join us. There was plenty of room at our table but the waitress said the restaurant was booked and no chairs where available. Strange as there were several freshly seated couples at tables for four around us. Last gripe. One member if our party was served fish and chips. The fish filets had a grizzle in the filets that made them unacceptable and were returned. The order was deleted from the bill. Now the good. My burnt ends meal was awesome. Everyone else was pleased with their meals and drinks (though one of the second flight if meals was not really hot). The prices were reasonable. So I give Brews Brothers a 50/50 shot at my return. read more

If you are a hipster with a man bun this is the place for you. Allegedly they have a great beer selection, but whoever is making those allegations is someone that thinks Natural Light is a craft brew. I get that people like IPA's, but there needs to be a limit to over-hopped beers. When you go to a place that alleges to have a good selection of beers, you hope to find a porter, stout or something, anything other than dozens of IPAs on the menu. So, if you go here for beer, expect to be disappointed by their "craft brew" selection. It's just a list of IPA's. Also be prepared to be disappointed in the food. Already disappointed in the beer selection, I was still excited to see brisket burnt ends on the menu. A fan of good BBQ, I've eaten burnt ends all across the South. If what they served me was their take on burnt ends, they chef has clearly never had burnt ends. It was over cooked pot roast, to the point it was absolutely dry, cut into 4 inch cubes and drowned in an overly sweet BBQ sauce. The iced tea was OK though. read more
