Little bit of an issue at first getting accommodations on the menu but the chef acquiesced if we bought both of the loaded nachos as well as the pork rinds and salsa. $17 got us pork rind nachos. They gave me a heck of a lot of flak on menu substitutions. My date asked for the chips that would've come with it and they literally said no. We also ordered the burnt ends and they are cubes of under cooked brisket. No fat, no char.. nothing you would expect on a traditional burnt end. Misleading. Not good. read more

So I've been reading some of these reviews and dying of laughter. First of all, I do not go to Laughlin and expect high end luxe service. I expect average service and good drunk food. I don't care if Harrah's owns this place, we're in Laughlin. That being said, I really liked this place. We walked in and got sat almost immediately with a party of 6 on a Saturday night around 8pm. The beer selection was decent, I noticed my waitress was really good at dealing with drunk people and she was also VERY honest about menu recommendations. I guess my only complaints would be that the onion ring tower was not actually a tower, more of a small stack. And the burger selection is just kind of odd. All in all I would eat here again the next time I stay at the Tropicana. read more

Firstly, the hostess was not equipped to seat people or answer basic questions or requests. This is the first person you see when entering, I would assume they should be friendly. So I usually don't write reviews, but after stewing over the weekend I decided I would. I wanted to not write a knee jerk review, but to simply state the facts. The bar was about 1/2 full with seating available we decided a table was best for our first time at The Brew Brothers Tap House at Tropicana. To our surprise were seated fairly quickly, the dining room looked pretty full. We were seated in the back corner of the room which we didn't mind. I thought it seemed very smoky like all the casino smoke air was coming that direction, maybe it's just me. We had a female server explain some of the different cocktails and beers on the menu and was going to take our order but we were undecided. She did well. She returned about 10 min later with David our server, if I recall correctly she said he had been on a break. David went further into detail about the beers and explained to us which one he was having later. He appeared like he may have already sampled, again maybe it's just me. My beer flight arrived and the beers did not seem cold but I did enjoy my selections. My wife's cocktail was tasty as well. We ordered our food, I had burnt ends and chicken sandwich she had a pizza and chicharrones. So the burnt ends were definitely burnt tasting and not brisket, needless to say quite the disappointment. The chicharrones were cold, again disappointing. My wife thought the pizza was very tasty, I thought my chicken sandwich was also. My sandwich was supposed to be a hot sandwich,maybe I'm wrong again...... The waiter asked if we wanted more drinks during our meal, we did order some. Again we were disappointed because our dinner was over with no drink arrival. I actually got up, found our waiter told him to cancel our drink order that we were leaving and wanted a manager. I paid the manager directly for what we ate and drank, and for the first time in my life left without leaving gratuity for the waiter. We both liked the flavor of our dinners (that's why 2 stars), hated the appetizers, drinks were good but beer should've been colder. Service was terrible! Considering the amount of staff, service should have been impeccable. I may consider another attempt at a later date when corporate weeds out the bad. read more

Had dinner at Brews Brothers in the Tropicana hotel. We arrived around 6:30 and were seated immediately. Christian was our waiter, and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. We both had burgers and beers. I had the BBQ Bacon burger, which was juicy and delicious. My husband had the Hatch green chile burger which was really good as well. We both enjoy the crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside fries. We had a much better experience this time than last time. read more

Then when the food did come, we asked for ranch, she said she's gonna charge us EXTRA! Very satisfied with the food here. The fish and chips was delicious and I was tempted to order another one after I finished. The rest of my party also enjoyed their meals, but kept stealing bites of my fish. My only complaint was there was not really any options for small children, but it is a sports bar so that is understandable. It did take a little long to get our food, but our waiter was very friendly and constantly filling our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I would definitely make it a point to go back here, as long as I can find a baby sitter! read more

There are TVs around the room & I would like to have stayed & watched a game, but I couldn't because BBs closes at 8:30 PM Sunday-Thursday. Don't know why the smoked brisket sandwich is getting such great reviews here, guess these reviewers have never been to Texas for good brisket. The meat was very tough & had too much fat on it that had not been rendered and very little smoke flavor. Fat on brisket should kind of melt in your mouth not be so chewy that you have to spit it into a napkin. No smoke ring on it, must have done it in the oven in a covered pan. BBQ sauce was very watery and not flavored well. The fries were crispy and I filled up on those. Service was good & our server was very attentive. Beer selection was adequate. Poor service, our waiter went on break without telling us so we sat around for about 20 minutes before starting to wave anyone we could down. My boyfriend and I were ignored the entire time and as frivolous as a $1 charge is for sauce as its the principle that it seemed like false advertising. When we talked to the manager he was nothing but rude and aggressive so we left as we signed the check not leaving a tip, as the bartender who wasn't there pretty much most of our stay threw it in our face saying " hey, thanks for the tip" (sarcastically) well TIP stands for : To insure proper service. Excited that this tap house was opened. Though actual wait was less than 30mins compared to the hour wait quoted. Maybe the cancellation but was told it was about 2 hour wait. Had two different fries, on the left side it was nicely separated but the fries on the right side was a big clump of fries that broke off when we separated them. The bbq jus was quite sweet. Had to recheck the menu to make sure we read it accurately. Looking around other tables, one burger looked like it was possibly worth trying but not the other burgers or menu item. We keep trying to find this place open, as they have funky hours. We finally got in and the burger was ok and the beer I picked was good. Michelle was our waitress and she did a good job. They don't have any tasters for their beer, so you have to blindly pick a beer and hope you like. If you order a green Chile burger, you can't add onions. If you order a burger with onions you can't get green Chile and you cannot order a side of either and put it on. We were explained to that the cooks get confused if you add anything. Thy have alot if tvs showing with music playing, silent judge Judy was on most of them. Decided to try this place out since it's one of the newer restaurants in Laughlin. The beer was more expensive here than any other place in Laughlin! We ordered a salad and the chicken with fries. Unfortunately the salad was served with wilted greens and I spent most of the time and just of the salad picking out the bad lettuce. We were a group of 11 and asked that we be sat together. Well...we were seated separately which of course we did not want. The staff insisted they could not sit us together but did not explain why. After discussing it with my family. We decided to go elsewhere. 11 people walked out without even so much as I'm sorry from the staff or management making the effort to accommodate.
