The first guy actually said, "Your property is quite new, so there aren't many issues." Seriously? This inspector is a complete joke. Accidents happen and I totally understand that, I would never have expected him to fix the damage done (it was pretty minimal, a smallish hole near the drain) but I do expect people to have a certain degree of honesty. I could have used the shower without even looking and done some serious damage to my bathroom. He also included things like "ugly plumming work" as a damage. The plumming works fine and no one can see if your plumming is "pretty" when its under the sink. Maybe next time I need to put some glitter or pony stickers on it.
