Our original table ended up in the sun and she quickly moved us in the shade (95F) we love her!!! We ordered the freshly brewed ice tea pitcher and it was delicious! I love how it comes with fresh fruit in it as well. The Mushroom Breakfast Flatbread is delicious, hard to eat but absolutely worth it. My husband had the Mornin' Mac N' Cheese, it was ok.: but his favorite was the Short Rib Hash! That was not what we thought it was going to be. It exceeded our expectations. I came back with my two kids and husband and we had the french toast duo and tot-chos again--Everything was still delicious!! Maybe chopping the onions instead of slicing them would make for a better totcho plate. We also received some water cups for our kids immediately and we requested a side to come to the table first to keep the kids calm-- which was brought out promptly. Our server Evie, was so timely and attentive. We were given a few high chairs for our kids and they were actually a perfect fit for the table we were sitting at! Most places have high chairs that aren't meant for the tables they have.. which makes for a reckless experience with toddlers, so this was actually really appreciated. Went for brunch and I ordered the breakfast Mac and cheese and a side of fresh fruit. The idea of breakfast Mac and cheese is brilliant but this dish didn't live up to the hype. My food wasn't very warm and the cheese was barely melted. It would have been a bit better if the sausage was crisped up a bit in a pan and the cheese crisped up a bit under a broiler. My fresh fruit side was also disappointing because it was warm and not so fresh. Sigh. I hope it was just an off day. read more

Three months later and I popped in again for brunch. I couldn't forget about how delicious it was the first time I went and made it a point to come back for my favorite meal of the day. The spot is hands down a perfect spot to have a lovely meal in a relaxing atmosphere. It's recommended to make a reservation during brunch hours. The cafe is small and it tends to fill up fast with the outdoor seating. Don't forget to check in on the app to get 10% off the bill :) The menu choices are ridiculously hard to choose from. If I could have stayed there the whole day, I would have stayed for a late lunch or should I say druuunnnccch? Why one when you can have them all?! I got the mix and match mimosa option. I only had the strawberry and pineapple flavors. I would have probably fell over if I had the other flavors that were available to try. They were nicely refreshing throughout the visit. The breakfast fondue my husband and I split could have been enough with the apples, mixed fruit bites, and pancakes as well as waffle bites along with the Nutella dipping. That did NOT disappoint. But it wasn't enough ;) The French toast duo topped the cake. The challah French toast was stuffed with sweet cream cheese topped with a citrus-strawberry honey compote and a double dipped croissant creme brulee French toast with maple syrup and vanilla ice cream. Geeeezzus! I didn't even need the syrup and ice cream since it was too good without it. It was just perfection! The attentive staff were incredible with keeping the place safe and customers happy. THIS PLACE IS AWESOMEEEEE! I have been wanting to come here forever, after walking by servers times and seeing how many people were waiting for tables. I made a reservation for a Saturday morning. We were seated at our table right away, and it was under cover right near a fan, so we were not hot at all. Service was outstanding! They had electronic menus, so we were able to browse with ease. They took all precautions throughout the restaurant, and everyone was spaced apart Unlimited mimosas is the way to go! We never had an empty glass! The coffee was also hot and fresh. It was hard to decide what to order because everything on the menu sounded delicious. I ended up getting The NY Style bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. It was amazing!! The tater tots also phenomenal. My boyfriend got The Surfboard: a lobster roll with a crab cake Benedict on the side. He loved it! He said the lobster was so flavorful, and would definitely get it again. This spot is the perfect breakfast or lunch nook. If you are a dog lover, this is a great place to try because not only do they welcome your pooch but they even have a menu for them! It's nice that you can feed them a new, exciting meal while you are enjoying yours. Now for the human menu! They have quite a selection of options, all with descriptions that make choosing just one entree nearly impossible. I ordered a wrap with Brie cheese and it was very tasty. I also loved the option to substitute tater tots for fries because what's better than making a meal waist friendly!? The only downfall for me is the tight squeeze of the patio. When I was here we were the only party, which gave us plenty of room. Seating is all outside from near the sidewalk to back by the parking lot of Deck 84. Service is good and attentive. Very young staff. Food was okay. Not bad. Big portions. My sister had the fruit bowl. Hubby had a bit of everything (he ordered three different meals because he likes to have a little bit of everything from eggs to pancakes to the cinnamon bun.) He's a marathon runner so he can afford the calories. The cinnamon bun is HUGE and comes in a dish that is about a quarter inch thick of the sugary cinnamon syrup. Good, but damn it's a lot of sugar. As popular brunch destination in Delray Beach, you'll have a wait. My wife and I brought her best friend her after she flew in from San Francisco. Luckily, we didn't have a very long wait before we were seated in the rear section. It's a pretty simple menu, so we ordered fairly quickly after we got our iced coffees. There was live music that Saturday music, which I assume is the norm. Unfortunately, our table was right next to the singer. It made it a little difficult to converse, but we made it work. Holy Moly, such an amazing experience! We took our moms for Sunday brunch and it was better than expected! We arrived early but was still seated, the restaurant is outside with most of the seating covered with heaters when needed. It's very small and quaint (hidden gem) for sure! It's nothing super fancy but between the food and the amazing Staff It sure seemed fancy. We had the pleasure of having Aaron as our server and he was absolutely freaking amazing in every way!! The food was full of flavor and great combinations of ingredients and toppings. The 8 plus varieties of bottomless mimosas were great!! My favorite was strawberry and mango! I'm going to go ahead and describe this place as Delray's best kept secret. Admittedly, I don't spend as much time on the Avenue as I should ( this shall change). Searching for brunch on a Sunday, I came across this spot; made a reservation through Yelp for 2:30 & set out. Despite the traffic of an art festival, it was easy to find. Love, love, love the ambiance. Small in size but absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. There was an amazing saxophone player playing awesome music and you can tell all the patrons were enjoying it. We started off with Bottomless Mimosas that you can mix and match- the key lime was amazing as was the grapefruit. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors. We ordered immediately and had the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and Chicken and Waffles sandwich. While we were waiting we noticed some other diners having the breakfast fondue and knew we needed in on that! It was wonderful with the nutella dip and fresh fruit and waffles/pancakes to dip into. Our meals were delicious! Portion size is great and between the never empty glass of Mimosas it was perfect. I'm already planning my next visit! One of the things that I noticed and loved was that each and every staff member seemed to be in a great mood. This place only has 15 small tables so you wouldn't expect otherwise. Parking is behind the place. If you blink twice while looking for it you'll miss the place entirely. So even though the food and service were great, the place needs a MAJOR facelift. The place was dingy...and by that I mean that the the menus were worn out and dirty, the table seat cushions were stained and dirty, and the kitchen, oh the kitchen, oh my. They were having some issues with some "water backup" or something and you could just tell that sanitation was no where in that kitchen. We were strategically sat right in front of the kitchen door and I just tried to turn the blind eye cuz I know that if I stepped in to look I would have left. Mind you, the bathroom, is right there by the kitchen. (You'll notice that seating is all outdoors). By the way, don't look up. The fans are filthy. You'll know what I mean when you take a look. So don't wonder if a spider or lint will land on your food. So I'll still go 3 stars. But please clean this place up. I get that this might raise the already inexpensive prices up, but I'd pay the extra $5 per just to sit somewhere clean. By the way, notice the tables are the old school grandma's patio metal material with holes, so if you spill some food or drink it will go right through to you. read more

Drain, fold, serve. It was served with enough cubed, camping-grade rehydrated-worthy cubed potatoes that I thought they bought vegetables through the REI catalog. The grilled cheese was really toast with cheese. No butter on the bread, and the cheese barely melted. Some of the fruit that it came with included a couple of pieces of rotten strawberries. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. We waited in line to see if a table was available for 15 minutes while the host just attended to one party. Absolutely terrible front desk service. They would allow anyone with a reservation to cut us in line to be seen by the host, so we ended up waiting just to be told it was a 20 minutes wait when there were 7-8 tables open. Would love for the owners to recognize this isn't the ritz, but rather a hole in the wall breakfast place with mediocre food. The only reason we even bothered stopping by was because most restaurants nearby had an hour plus wait, while these guys had 8 tables open. Such a cute outdoor dining experience! The coffee was hot and fresh and constantly flowing, they even give to go cups if you ask. I got the American breakfast and it was good, home fries are sautéed with peppers and onions which were surprisingly crispy. My husband got the breakfast tacos and he loved them, so filling he could only finish 2 of the 3 so get these if you are hungry. My mom got the loaded tots and she really enjoyed them as well. To start with the server was Vanessa and she was fantastic very attentive and right on point with what we ordered and what was delivered to the table. A few of us ordered the main lobster roll which was absolutely delicious, and then the crabcake combination wow it was all delicious. The ending experience of flavor in the sweet candied pecan egg rolls was out of the world sweet and I've the top perfect! The atmosphere is outdoors but I love that they don't do the beauty feel with palm trees and Caribbean feel; they opted for blues and clean earthy tones set in a leafy and green walkway area. The overall feel is fresh rather than balmy despite the Delray ocean breeze. The food is served on these beautiful ocean colored plates, lending a clean and bright feel. Service is good and people are hospitable. The food is Californian American but the flavors are fresh and bright. The offerings are bright and balanced such as Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Mushroom flatbread, avocado toast and baked brie. I feel that many other places make too many offerings of sandwiches or burgers or breakfast platters that just sound immediately greasy and unhealthy. The offerings from Over the Bridge make it difficult to choose what you want because all the offerings are equally healthy, bright, and high quality. You can't really go wrong with anything you choose here. I have been here a few times, and have never been disappointed. If you're not here for the full breakfast, you can always get some ala carte options after a stroll or run! read more

Very nice lunch spot by the beach. I love that you can sit outside in the alley way in a shady cozy area, reminded me of Europe. I was super excited to try their lobster roll after finding the photos of it on Yelp, that's what brought me here in the first place. The roll was disappointing! The bread was a bit burnt on one side, very little lobster (more shrimp than anything else) and didn't have much flavor. I wish the roll was more buttery and had an aioli on it. Over the bridge cafe is an outdoor restaurant at the foot of the Bridge near the Inter coastal. The restaurant has very different and eclectic dishes. Each dish we had was delicious. My daughter got the tater tot cho which was a poupouri of eggs, tator tots, chicken sausages and so much more. I got the brie dish which was creamy and tasty. The owner made sure everything was perfect to our liking. I will definately be going back to taste the other items on the menu. read more

The place was nearly empty and there were a dozen empty tables. We requested the table nearest the window in an uncrowded area. That table was why we came during the slow period on a slow day. We were refused seating and shown a table further back that was a crowded seating for 2. We are COVID shy - just recovering - and wanted to minimize our chance of reinfection. It was loaded with a lot of breakfast items like eggs and other nacho ingredients. I wouldn't reorder. I also had the chicken salad sandwich and liked it. Chicken salad always needs a pop of flavor and this one had solid seasoning. The lemon ricotta pancakes are a fan favorite and I understand why! The pancakes are fluffy and not too sweet. Overall, you can tell they make the food fresh to order. No cutting corners here. Now the main event was the sticky bun. It is served warm with tons of syrup and walnuts. Made reservations since I heard it can get very busy. We had the 1/2 Sandwich with lobster but it was more like shrimp on the side crab cake with sauce and I added a Fried egg on top. All the tables are covered by umbrellas and tents and there's a few fans to keep air circulating. I was skeptical at first, but truly after like ten minutes you don't even notice you're outside anymore. The entire staff there was super friendly and accommodating. We met the owners while we were there and they were very sweet. I thought it was awesome that they ever knew some of their regular customers by name. The. Food. Was. Phenomenal! (And super cheap!) as a table, we ordered the baked Brie and the sticky bun. Shared between six, we each got a nice sized taste of each. The sticky bun was so sweet and overwhelming, I can't imagine anyone eating that by themselves. I ordered the breakfast totchos (with egg whites). I ate my whole plate and I have no regrets! I live close to the restaurant and pass it all the time and I guess I should have kept on passing it because this had to be one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. I suppose - due its proximity to the beach that their business depends on tourists because I find it hard to believe any local would go back to this mess of a restaurant. The atmosphere is depressing, the seats are uncomfortable and the service is basic but it's the food that took me to a new culinary low. My pancakes were dry and rubbery and really could not be eaten and it's almost as if they left out ingredients. The fruit served with it was not fresh and I don't get how anyone in the kitchen or management could serve that.
