It would have been helpful to point out the drink menu or give a recommendation versus demanding to know what we wanted. The interior is noisy and covered in carpet. Over half of our orders came out wrong- wrong protein on the wrong plate with wrong side. And to top it all off, did the kitchen lose their seasoning rack? Nothing was seasoned. The steaks were a poor cut, overcooked, the poor vegetables looked like they were boiled and thrown in a serving bowl, and the baked potatoes were either straight up plain or obviously sitting under a heat lamp because the cheese was dried. I envisioned the kitchen cooking in silo, throwing their portions on a plate with no consideration of the whole meal. It's giving cafeteria food. When we go out, we measure quality by evaluating whether we could cook it as well at home. This failed by a significant margin. I'd love to support local restaurants but at this price point and lack of quality, we'll try elsewhere, anywhere but here.

While it was very good, the amount of filling was ridiculous. I would venture to say a teaspoon, maybe 2 at most. They use the street taco-size flour tortillas, and it was still underfilled. It still would have been if I had torn the tortilla in 1/2. I also ordered the prime rib eggrolls, while again good, but they were 1/4 full of filling, and most of that was lettuce and veggies, definitely gaps between the filling and the wrapper. The PR eggrolls were always my go-to because they were so good, and they always had plenty of prime rib in them. No gaps between the filling and the wrapper, as they were yesterday. I did mention it to the waitress, and she really didn't care. Otherwise, she was a fine waitress. I wasn't looking for a handout, but I definitely felt that she should have acknowledged it and said she would pass the info to the manager. We will give Sierra a break for awhile. French Dip at 40 dollars should be spot on especially if they make it twice. All other meals we have had are always hot and good. Very disappointed!!
