First time at this beautiful restaurant. The bar team Madison, Jenice, Ty, and Marcy were all so incredible and professional. They helped with great recommendations. The Tartare was my favorite. Such great views as well and decor.

I took my wife to The Brinkerhoff for her birthday, and they made the day truly special. The grilled artichoke heart was perfect, with an excellent hickory smoky flavor. We also tried the barrel-aged margarita--again, excellent, and it definitely packs a punch. Ryan was our waiter, and he was fantastic. He provided great details about the food and explained what sets it apart from other places. He also made our margarita and clearly knows how to craft a perfect cocktail.

Such an amazing treat here. The service, quality of food and ambiance is top notch. As soon as you walk in you know you're in for a treat. Unfortunately I don't remember our servers name but I'll take a stab at it. Ian? Either way our server couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant and he succeeded. My friend and i had the charbroiled burger and it was on time. The temperature was perfect, which is not always the case at other restaurants. Nothing better than great food, great service, great view as well. Definitely want to make a return visit.

We came here for lunch on a Saturday and we were seated pretty quickly. The staff was super nice and helpful when we had any questions on the menu! There was a slight mix up when we ordered as our waitress thought we only ordered 2 entrees when we ordered 3 to share between the 2 of us but they were super nice and accommodating. We got the grapefruit juice which was $5 for fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and it was refreshing. The hummingbird roll ($28) came out next and this was a good size! It kinda threw me off that there was a chicken salad vibe in the inside of the roll but honestly it made me want to eat more because there was a citrusy taste that balanced everything out well! I got the wagyu short ribs ($54) and subbed the coleslaw with asparagus and this was so good! The ribs were super tender and fall off the bone while the sauce compliments it really well. I'm glad I subbed the coleslaw for asparagus since I'm not a fan of coleslaw. Everything was perfectly balanced which I was a little worried about since their sister restaurant, Sierra, was pretty salty when we tried them. The last entree we got was the lamb ($58) which I'm not a fan of the gamey flavor but I did try a bite and it was super tender and juicy! I do wish this came with a side rather than just the sauce only but you get 2 big pieces of lamb. I definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back one day if we want to celebrate a special occasion!

What a stunning restaurant! The view is gorgeous and they have a beautiful indoor and outdoor patio area that overlooks the western mountain ridge. Inside may not have the same view but it is expertly decorated and has a full open kitchen to watch the edible masterpieces be created. The staff is top notch, attentive and friendly in every interaction. I visited for a private party luncheon and didn't order from the menu but was able to sample some truly divine eats curated especially for this occasion. Have you had sushi freshly prepared from an actual whole fish? Well that was my highlight item of the meal and it was divine! I also had the most refreshing pomegranate aperol spritz. I don't make it to Castle Rock often but this is a destination restaurant worth coming back to try the actual menu items for.

The ambiance was great and the staff, super friendly. The sushi rolls were good not great but the steaks were cooked perfectly.

What a stunning find in the middle of Castlerock! The moment you step into this gorgeous establishment it is evident that everything will be handled with care and it will most certainly be an elevated experience. From the beautiful chandeliers to the full Mountain Views to the lovely patio ablaze with fire, this sets the tone. The service is lovely and attentive throughout. The food was as expected and came out timely, well presented and expertly crafted. Though I was only here for a quick working lunch so I didn't indulge in anything over the top. I had my eye on the crab cake salad which sounded refreshing and unfortunately they were out of the crab and the menu did say this was limited availability so I was not disheartened, it will just mean that I need to return. The truffle fries were excellent and pimento appetizer was a hearty portion and a fun way to start the meal. I would most certainly recommend this establishment and I'll be back for that crab cake salad!

Awesome place. Amazing views, great food, killer drinks. Oh and outstanding service!! (Thank you Barrett!! Welcome back to Colorado!). The crab cakes were INSANE!! Best we have ever had. Great wine selection. The drinks are super cool!! Highly recommend.

Okay this may be my new favorite spot! First of all, it's gorgeous... the vibe, the ambiance, the service! Their food is exceptional! We had the truffle French fries (yum! A staple here) and the coconut tuna roll (our fave) and the crispy rice with tuna (love, just wish it came with a few more pieces... only 4 to an order). We split the burger (pretty standard) with their loaded baked potato. Also absolutely loved the ZD white from Napa Valley! Such a delicious pour!!

The restaurant is beautifully designed and very elegant with the crystal chandeliers offering panoramic window facing west towards the sunset over the mountains. We enjoyed the tuna tartare as a starter and then went the sushi/maki route. Yes. Sushi! We were expecting the menu to have more of a Mexican flavor, but were mistaken. This is a steakhouse with an impressive array of sushi offerings. So, as long as that's what you're looking for, you'll enjoy it.

Oh wow I really liked this place! I've been wanting to check out The Brinkerhoff since it opened, and it ended up being even better than I expected. The inside is gorgeous and feels really cozy, and the view is honestly one of the best in Castle Rock. It's the kind of place where you walk in and instantly think, okay, this is going to be good. We ordered the truffle fries and they were amazing. Super flavorful and perfectly crispy. The beef sushi rolls were another favorite. I don't eat fish, so I was really excited that they had something fun like that on the menu, and they were so good. I'd get them again in a heartbeat!!! The drinks were great too. Really well made and I loveddd the espresso martini! Overall, I loved it here. The vibe is great, the food was delicious, and the whole experience felt really special. I'll definitely be coming back anytime I'm in town :)

Great addition to castle rock! Can be a splurge/celebration or go for casual with cheaper options like the burger. Fish is flown in daily- sushi was delicious and definitely tasted fresh - not covered in sauces. Hummingbird roll and classic calli were great. Loved the wedge salad- lots of blue cheese. Husband had the ribeye - a bit salty but delicious. We split the pimento dip - so good but a little spicy- kids still ate it Cocktails are strong and well made. Loved my Jackie O - similar to a cosmo flavor. Service was attentive and kind. Beautiful indoor and out We loved everything.

It's been our casual and fun go-to spot for a great brunch, lunch, or dinner to enjoy time together or watch a game! We know and enjoy good food and hope it will always be around! The owners are wonderful, and the staff they hire reflect that. Beyond that, what really matters to us, at least, is great food--and Hideaway delivers every time. With the ever-growing Castle Rock food scene, we admit we've strayed from time to time depending on what we're looking for (fine dining, etc.), but we always come back to Hideaway when we want consistently good food, friendly staff, and welcoming owners. We've never had a bad meal. Unfortunately, that's hard to say about other comparable places in the area we have tried (but to each their own). Best onion rings we've tried anywhere (chicken tenders, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, the Hideaway Signature Pasta--the list goes on), but honestly, everything on the menu we've ordered has been delicious, and every time we go, it takes us a while to decide since everything is so good!
