To top it off, after watching him make a single drink at a time he decides to do the lemonade AND the person behind us' order at the same time. Instead of finishing our order. It literally added almost 10 minutes to a single drink. Ridiculous. When we asked him to finish our order before starting the next he was flippant and didn't speed up at all. On a holiday you never have someone so new alone. I appreciate he needs to learn somewhere, but he should have still been supervised so customers trying to have a nice holiday weren't left waiting for 30+ minutes for a drink when not in a rush....

I brought my Sister-in-law here on a rainy Saturday night to finally check them out. It's a quaint and homie tasting room with a nice selection of wines to try. Since we were the only ones in at this time we struck up a conversation with Greg behind the bar. He revealed to us that they have big plans with this location, really trying to push it towards being a fun place to host parties and tasting events. He then took us on a small tour of their establishment, where they store all of the grapes, where they are left for fermentation, how they are eventually bottled, and their lab where they really get down to the science of this entire process. He explained that they get their grapes from the over 40 vineyards that they manage. We really appreciated the hospitality from Greg and the impromptu education session. I've been trying my best to get the word out on this location for I would love to see them more busy on a Saturday evening. On days when you would love a winery experience but don't want to drive the 40 minutes towards one, here is one right in the heart of the Whit area.

I stumbled upon the lights tour and talked to someone who was very helpful with information, costs, and options. Communication with the company was great from the time I made the reservation until we were picked up. Ian was our fantastic driver who picked us up on time and with chocolates . We started on the west side of Eugene in the hills, to the east, and then dropped off at the restaurant where we had dinner reservations. Ian made several stops to take pics of us and drove thru many neighborhoods with beautiful displays. We loved talking to him and hope he enjoys his upcoming Wyoming trip! The limo was clean, stocked with water, drink, and decorated with Christmas garland. We were able to play our own music (sorry about the Richard Cheese songs!)
