After booking it online (totally for this process) I received a text asking me preliminary questions as well as requests for screenshots of my brows. Long story short, Denise is a professional. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. I'm writing to share my experience during my recent appointment for an NAD IV infusion. I was…read morereally looking forward to the treatment, so I was disappointed by how the visit ultimately went and wanted to bring it to your attention. When I first arrived for my appointment, the provider attempted to place the IV several times but was unable to access a vein. I believe I was poked about five times before I was asked to come back later and try again. I returned a few hours afterward, hoping the second attempt would be smoother. Unfortunately, the same difficulty occurred. The provider attempted multiple placements again -- in both arms, my foot, my ankle, and eventually my hand. I did mention beforehand that I have very small veins and that IV placement is often difficult for me. When I have IVs done at medical offices, they typically use a smaller "baby needle," which tends to work better for me. I did mention this, but that needle wasn't used. Eventually an IV was placed in my hand. However, while it was being taped down, the IV was jerked, which immediately made me feel like it may have shifted out of the vein. The provider reassured me that it was still properly placed and proceeded to start the infusion. Within about 5-10 minutes, my hand began burning intensely and swelling near my wrist. It also felt extremely cold to the touch. I mentioned this right away and was told that some burning can be normal with NAD. However, the pain and swelling continued to increase -- my fingers began swelling and my arm started to swell as well. At that point I was very concerned that the IV was not actually in the vein. I asked for the IV to be removed because the pain had become severe. Initially there was hesitation to stop the infusion, but I insisted because it hurt so badly. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment early and ended up wasting more than half of the IV bag. Because of the number of attempts, the swelling, and having to stop the infusion prematurely, the experience was really uncomfortable and discouraging -- especially since the treatment was quite expensive and something I had been looking forward to. I'm reaching out because I wanted to share what happened and see if there might be a way to resolve the situation. I value your services and would appreciate any consideration you can offer regarding the cost of the treatment or a possible solution.

I found that even though the other side grows back full, that making matching the shape of the thinner brow and thinning out the thicker one makes my life easier and does look good at well. I have been to a lot of places where they simply do not listen. They deny what I want because they feel like it's not exactly the style. That it's better for me to draw my other brow on to match my thick side. It's always horrible when a service provider doesn't want to what you requested because it's not matching the current trends. It's wasn't till I came here and meet Payal. She was so sweet. She listened, handed me a mirror and did little by little with constant checks in with me for if I was happy.
