Thank you Yelp for this amazing opportunity! What a cute little place! Vanessa was so amazing waiting on us! One of the owners Bob came to see how we liked everything. The alcohol fro-yo flight was so good. What a treat. The strawberry is potent! Our favorite was the pineapple though. I had the breakfast sammy. Delicious. Homemade biscuit was a real treat! The tots were fried just right and you get so many. Included is a drink and I was delighted to grab an Alani Nu with my food. The avocado toast is top notch also. Bella the kitty robot brought our food out and it was super fun. Meow! I'll definitely be back here! If you're headed to a concert across the street, be sure to stop here first for fro-yos!!

Wonderful spot! This was our first time here and I was so impressed. Wonderful customer service and the food it really great too. As a person who needs to avoid gluten, it can be tough to find a spot to accommodate that. Any of the items on their menu can be gluten free or vegan! The employees are very helpful and offer each customer the "allergy preparation" or not and make it clear it may take a little longer (we didn't think it took a long time at all, quite the opposite actually!). All of the food items were very good. We each got the chicken and waffles (one gf and one "regular"). The spicy sauce was amazing - but if you're sensitive to spice, it might be too much. I loved it! The fruit salad was really impressive too. The drink fridge selection was really impressive. Tons of options to choose from with your meal. I'd love to come back soon!

We first visited The Brunch Box as part of a Yelp Treat O Clock event, and we have been back! That's what's so great about being Yelp Elite, getting to try new places you might never have known about :-) First of all, Brunch Box is SO cute, with adorable flowers everywhere, light pastel colors on all the walls, and super comfy (Nike!) chairs at all the tables. And the best part of all - a super cool little robot brings you your food! Speaking of the food, it was also just as amazing as the decor. The little robot brought us a whole mess of items: -Chicken and Biscuit Sammy: This was so scrumptious and filling! I added gravy to it as well, which I think it might come with a little, but I wanted a LOT! -Baked Mac and Cheese: Super creamy and cheesy, the way Mac and cheese should always be. We also added chicken, which took it from a side dish to almost a whole meal. The chicken was high quality too so not just a protein add on afterthought. -Tots: Another side we got - they were crispy and salty, just the way I like them. It's hard to mess up tater tots, but just know these ones are a cut above. -Waffle Stack: Three super fluffy buttery and GIANT waffles, with tasty and rich maple syrup. These can definitely be shared, they are that big! -Biscuits and Gravy: We had the Chicken and Biscuit Sammy, and this was pretty similar but without the chicken part. Just their buttery biscuits with the same, delicious sausage gravy. You can't go wrong with this one. -Cinnamon Roll: This was another ginormous item, and it was covered in tons of icing, just how I like them. Again, this is for sure something you could share between a few people! They also have Frozen Yogurt, either boozy or standard, and we always pick two of the standard flavors to take home (since we always have so many sweet breakfasty things with our meal). Our two favorites are: -Watermelon: My favorite - SO fruity and refreshing, with a sweet flavor that's not tart at all. -Pineapple: I'm not a big pineapple fan usually but this was awesome too - very refreshing and light. Mixed with the vanilla, it tastes like a pineapple upside down cake! And lastly, along with the out of this world food and super cute decor, the staff is also always KILLING it! I know there is a robot that delivers your food, but there are people who make that awesome food and plate it up on the robot's little plate levels, and they were all very kind and funny people - totally our kind of folks who don't take life too seriously and make every patron feel special. Next time you're looking for a breakfast place that's fun, has great vibes, and amazing food options - definitely consider The Brunch Box!

    Gluten-free cinnamon roll

I found this place on this app and went there because it said they had gluten-free waffles. I had gluten-free chicken and waffles, and my side was a gluten-free cinnamon roll. The chicken and waffles with syrup were very good. I haven't dug into the cinnamon roll yet, but it looks like it's going to be pretty good. Service is quick and friendly. And it says that they can make anything on their menu as a gluten-free option.

We had a large group (charity cosplay group) visiting in Omaha and they were able to hold the main part of the restaurant for us to be seated as a group together. They were SUPER nice and even with our large group, continued to provide service to their normal crowd, though limited to the bar, outdoor seating, or take away. The food was excellent--many options and many options for different dietary restrictions. The first thing they ask is if you want it to be traditional, vegan, or gluten free. We split a "foodie" box, which consists of 4 entrees and 2 sides. We got the breakfast burrito with chorizo (SO GOOD and I don't even like burritos), chicken and waffle sammy (cinnamon waffle or cinnamon syrup!), chicken biscuit smothered in gravy, and avocado toast (absolutely loaded). We got fruit and tots for the side. The foodie box also includes two drinks and we had coffee. It is self serve with a keurig. Kind of random but also it worked! We were fans and we hope to be able to come back the next time we're in Omaha!

The food was perfect! The waffle was fluffy like described, and the chicken was crispy! Now the cinnamon roll is a whole different story! Even better! And the robotic server was so cool! Thankfully a actual server came by to give the food, which was cool! And the look was so nice! It was cozy, plus the view outside!

Really fun all-day brunch concept, where you can pick and choose entrees to match the sides you want. All boxes include a drink with the price, and you can choose between a variety of bottled and canned drinks from the cooler, or get coffee. There's also a pizza menu, where you can build your own or choose one of the restaurant's signature pies. And to beat the summer heat, there are frozen yogurts available with or without alcohol infused. If you dine in, there's a fair amount of tables, plus some room around a bar-top. A robot will deliver the food to your table, which is fun in concept, but the one delivery I watched didn't go great, as the robot rolled away before the group took all of their food off of it. Don't expect super quick service--it was not very busy went I went in, and it took 15 minutes to get in and out the door with my order of a to-go mini box. The food was decent, though not worth raving over or picking over trying something else. I loved that the side was a pretty good portion of different kinds of fruit, and all of them were good quality. The waffles were a little bland, but that's probably just a bad pick on my part (I was craving waffles). My biggest complaint is that they charge you a hidden credit card fee, without telling you, that is more than 10% of the cost of a mini box. Seems like a way to nickel-and-dime customers and should be explained to customers before they pay. Drops my review from four-stars to three.

The workers love their job. They staff all are eager to tell you about the flavors and their personal favorites. The flavors are very sweet. Nice BRIGHT space with plenty of natural lighting.

Ok probably one of the most fun brunch experiences l've had. And brunch is my favorite mealtime in the world. I don't know why but I didn't realize they also serve food. (Which I should have realized I know) ok froyo booze flight was so fun!!! ! had Pomegranate with rosé (Frozé), Cherry vodka, Strawberry margarita, Mimosa. They add new flavors every week one non alcoholic then the next week alcoholic. Friendly for the whole family. Pomegranate with rosé (Frozé): yum yum yum. It was sooo good I like pomegranate as much as the next girl but this thing was sooooo delicious. Cherry vodka: was like a boozy cherry starburst It's like a dark cherry vibe. Not a cough syrup just tasty. Strawberry margarita: ok this one hit me. Mine was freshly made so it was a little on the light frozen side so l took a big bite off the top and let's just say I was feeling pretty happy after. lol. But it was probably tied for favorite with the pomegranate frozé. Mimosa: this one had a burn to it. I don't know if it was the alcohol or the orange or both. Tasty but not my favorite. Although I finished it so no real complaints just like the others better. Breakfast pizza YUM! Soooo good. Place was super cute and staff very helpful.

Great, cute, quick addition to The Capitol District! The breakfast pizza was 15/10 wow! Tator tots were CRISP, which I love, but I know others might not. The biscuit for the biscuit & gravy was SOFT & FLUFFY, which with some B&G's you never know what you're going to get! It was their first day open, so the place was kinda a mess, but I bet the next time they will have their stuff picked up & together so I'm not judging on that. The loaded tots were just fine. You order at the bar, sit and then the robot brings your food too you! There was about 5-6 tables to sit inside, not sure if they are planning to have most people take to go, but you can also take it to go and sit in the outside Capitol District! They do also have multiple different flavors of Fro-yo, including alcoholic fro-yo, and all the flavors were great, the mimosa was my favorite!

In a good way, of course. She did allow me to share her Maple Braised Bacon (meaning that I was able to snatch a piece while she wasn't looking). Really, really fine, something I'd definitely order again. For me. Not to share. I had the Schnitzel Bennie with tart cherry jam and lemon hollandaise. Sound unusual? Tasted great! My only gripe was that the pork cutlet was a bit small and could have used a bit more seasoning in the breading. Would I order it again? You betcha! Service was fast and efficient. The decor was quirky and inviting but the space was loud enough that it was really hard to carry a conversation. Overall rating: yahoo!

My husband is a much harsher critic than I am, and he gave it a "rare 5.5 out of 5." The pancakes were some of the fluffiest I've ever had. The flavor was good but it did have a slight burnt taste. A quick note: you order at the counter before sitting down. It's a mix of self-serve and sit-down service. You order at the counter, grab your own silverware, and seat yourself, but they bring your food and drinks out to you (other than water). I do wish they were a bit more attentive about clearing finished plates during the meal. The restaurant was so busy that the line was out the door when we arrived, but it moved surprisingly fast. Ok the other hand, the service is rather iffy & unpredictable. The chicken & waffles is my go-to for each visit, and they have many types of delicious sides to choose from, with my favorites being the biscuits & berries, goat cheese grits, and also the fried green tomatoes. I have zero problems with the food that they serve here, they always do an excellent job at preparing whatever they need to prepare & the portions are always satisfactory. As for the service, there are days where you will receive perfect service while on others the service is not so great. Some days you will be attended to in a timely manner, while there is other days where there isn't anyone available or willing to seat you somewhere. I've also experienced instances where they didn't attend to our table to take orders until I made a complaint. Most of these instances were during days where the place was virtually empty so it's not because of the place being busy. I've also ordered take out from here before, again some instances are perfect and there's other instances where they don't tell you if a certain food is out of stock via text or call so if you ordered something that isn't in stock, you're forced to wait for them to prepare something else once you arrive to pick up your order. They also don't always include syrup or butter in the takeout bags for chicken & waffles. One minor thing I'm also disappointed about is how the portion of grits has lessened over time, going from being served in a bowl to instead being served in a small cup/mug. Overall, I certainly don't return for the service because you never really know if it's going to be a good day or a bad day for that. It's always the food that brings me back. I do want to like this place, and I do to an extent but again the service is always unpredictable. I'd still say the food is worth coming here to see how it goes.

They were fairly busy, and honestly our food took a bit to come out, but I am still giving a five due to the overall experience and quality of service. Our server Melannie was fantastic and always present. We did the bottomless mimosa deal (3 out of 4 of us) and she was always coming around asking us what flavor we wanted next when our current was still half full to make sure we got our moneys worth. The champagne might not be the fanciest, but for $20 bottomless mimosas I'll take it. They have fun flavors in addition to the basic ones like strawberry, mango, etc. which adds an element of fun. For food--there were several things I was eyeballing but landed on the spicy chorizo Benny. It was really good, eggs cooked perfect, and came with hashbrowns. Another at our table got the poutine which also looked yummy. I'd say the food portion could have included a bread/toast option, however If brunching in Omaha i'd return to try several things on the menu. The vibe inside is chill, would be more fun sitting outside once the weather warms up. Since I was the one that booked the reservation, the tab got a bit confusing. At first they were taking it off my total, then the server said that hold would come off so I paid for my meal/drinks there. I did end up getting double charged (for both the reservation hold and my meal) which was cleared up with a quick phone call to their establishment---apparently it is a new process they are trying. I do understand though why they wouldn't want to just deduct the hold as then people that don't know how to tip wouldn't tip on the total, which hurts the server. All was cleared up regarding this mishap though so no complaints.

Ambiance: It was a nice regular refreshing bar/brunch spot. But safety was a HUGE issue which is where I'll get to my point of this low rating. Service: Is negative zero a thing? That goes to the owner... the 1 star is for the decent service my server attended towards me. In unfortunate events it's not the servers fault.. but overall with the owner coming out, couldnt be anymore careless.. The Cause: Either the owner or a staff employee whomever that is responsible for setting up the patio umbrellas, and I mean those large heavy metal patio umbrellas, well, they failed to lock the pole of the umbrella and unfortunately the umbrella lifted and blew away and had hit a family in the face that were dining there also; instant noticeable bruising to the face... I was only a table away from them.. it could have been me too. I am disappointed in the lack of care in general that surrounded the scene. Little 5 ft me... was the only one that came to help while everyone else sat around and minded their own business... it took a long while until one of the staff noticed to help and then the owner came out and awkwardly said a one word-sorry and dipped... didnt come back to offer any hospitality, non-genuine and non-apologetic... it made me lose my appetite. They had the audacity to still charge the family their meal... but I had to tell these really nice folks to make sure they get comped back. It was sickening to me on how careless they were treated. I would never come back! I mean an exaggerating long wait, cold soggy food and careless hospitality from the owner himself. That's three major strikes. P.s. That same wknd.. the news showed up about a South Carolina woman that was struck by a patio umbrella and died on site... that says alot about lacking safety. Yes, search it up. It's real news.. Hope this help improves the business alertness. P.p.s. And although I was disappointed at this dining-bar overall... I still tipped my server a good $20 as the situation was out of their control, my server was still attentive towards me. They all just need social common courtesy in empathy and hospitality. But anyways, my lunch ended with bittersweetness with the family that got struck, they comped my whole meal for genuinely being the only one that was concerned for them. The only service I'm grateful for was that.
