I don't write reviews often, but with The Brunch Collective I feel compelled to. We stumbled upon this cozy little place almost a year ago and it has become one of our favorites. The food is always fresh, the portions are LARGE, and the staff and owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. At first glance their pricing may seem high, until you receive the food. We had reservations on how much the salad cost, but it was larger than my friend's head. Their toast flight is my favorite, and I think my boyfriend dreams about their waffles. I love the rotating coffee menus-- and that Cardamom Rose latte is hands down my favorite thing I have gotten to try. The wait can be a little long-- everything is made fresh to order in a small kitchen with a small staff. To offset the wait, they have so many games available for you to play while you wait. The food hot hot hot when it gets to you, and they do source local ingredients for menu items-- a stance I can 100% get behind. Yes, the menu is online, and you need to use your phone to access it--but I would rather have that versus a sticky or wet plastic menu that most brunch places seem to offer. Yes, there is a $1 surcharge to pay online-- do you know how much credit card companies charge a business to accept your payment? It helps to offset that cost the restaurant incurs-- don't want to pay the $1? They take cash. This is a small mom and pop business, they take care of their guests, their food is top quality, and I'm sorry-- I would rather pay an extra dollar or two here instead of supporting a large corporation that doesn't care about their staff or guest experience. read more

I give this restaurant 3 stars because the seating situation is not the best for such a weird set up of tables, and their printed menu does not have as much as their online menu. I wasn't told there were more options on the online menu. So I ordered off the printed menu at the register. After waiting and walking around for a table for a while, we sat down and only then I noticed their online menu was different. Their french toast was good and the matcha latte was watered down. I think if they helped with seating (especially when crowded) it would help tremendously. read more

Such a perfect little place! Spring Hill really needed this! The little house is adorable and the outdoor seating is so cute! I got the French Toast with strawberries and it was good! You order on your phone and they bring it out to you, but the food runner was super sweet and kept checking on us. I got a lavender latte as well, but it was a little sweet. Food is spectacular! Will go again and again! The burrito is my absolute favorite with the salsa in the side. Fantastic service!

The experience at the new location is nothing compared to old location. We had such a great experience last time that we decided to bring out of town guests this time so they could share in the experience. How embarrassing, I'm sure our guests were wondering what in the world were we raving about. New staff are rude, food not prepared the same, passing off drip coffee with half and half as a latte and don't dare question them because that's when they bring out the attitude. Bacon arrived at table 10 minutes after the eggs and it was cold. Inquired about warming it up and was dismissively told that it is candied and supposed to be cold. Okay, first, it wasn't served cold the last time we ate there, and second if it's supposed to be cold then why not serve it with the eggs at the same time? Nonsensical. I wish I had taken a picture and f their famous French toast. I have a pic from the first time and I should have shown that to the server because today's version was nothing like our prior visit. We made a comment about the differences and were rudely assured there were no differences at all other than the ordering process. The whole experience was a turn off. Just can't understand why they treat customers that way, but we wish them luck, just without another return visit from us. read more

First off, I want to say the food had a lot of flavor. I'm also just grateful we're able to go out to eat whenever we want in this economy. The ambiance was so fun, and welcoming, so I will definitely try them again for this reason. However, there were a few things that just kinda irked me a little bit. First off, they have you go to a table and order online, in which you have to give your email and phone number. And then there's an online service charge of $1. Even though they're the ones having you use the online platform. So if you want to avoid that, take cash. Second, we only ordered two meals and one came out long before the other. Lastly, I ordered the burrito bowl. Which really was just a basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, and hash browns. (With a side of salsa). It was a great portion, but just seemed lacking for what I imagined a burrito bowl to consist of. Maybe if it was just called an egg breakfast plate, it wouldn't have been as much of a let down. Again, the food was very flavorful though - the bacon being my favorite part. So I'll definitely try it again in hopes that some of the logistics will get figured out. read more

I placed my entire order online and tipped in advance. When I ordered a coffee, there was a space to leave a note, so I asked for almond milk since I'm lactose intolerant. I didn't speak with anyone directly because you order online in the restaurant, and no one approached me beforehand to let me know that substitutions weren't allowed. When the coffee arrived, it was very bland. I politely mentioned this to my server, but she just walked away without saying anything. A few minutes later, someone who I assume was the manager came over and lectured me how substitutions aren't allowed -- then walked off without offering any sort of solution. I waited about 15 minutes for a replacement or at least an update, but nothing came. I eventually went up to the counter to ask about this and someone told me, "I think they're working on it," but again, there was no clear answer. I went back to my table and waited another 10 minutes, still without a drink or any follow-up. At that point, with two small kids getting restless and no resolution in sight, we decided to leave. Staff saw us walking out and still didn't say a word or offer any help. This was really disappointing. I used to work in the service industry myself for years, so I understand how things can get busy -- but the complete lack of communication and follow-through was surprising. I've been here once before and had an okay experience, but after this visit, I won't be coming back. I'll also be letting others know how poorly the situation was handled and advise them against eating here. The food is good and I do appreciate that they don't use seed oils, but for the price, the service should be much better. read more

Spring Hill is blessed to have a place of this caliber! The owner takes pride in buying only the finest ingredients to bake and cook with! There are no seed oils used in their kitchen! This is a rare rare thing and needs to be shouted from the rooftops how amazing this is! The concept is a bit different in that you have to use your phone to order and pay (or use a kiosk in the front) and only one person can place the order if only wanting one check but this is my only negative I have but I'll gladly do it bc the positives outweigh this 1 negative! The sourdough breakfast sandwich was just perfect! The bowls are good. The burrito is good! The undecided waffle is the next thing I'm going to try! They are open on sundays even tho map app says they aren't! 10-2pm. The coffee drinks are just fabulous!! The strawberry mocha is my favorite hot or cold with the happy cloud! Yum! I recently visited The Brunch Collective for breakfast and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Despite the charming ambiance and friendly staff, the cost of the meal was unjustifiably high. Firstly, the portion sizes were surprisingly large. I could not understand how a side of bacon was $5.50 and you get two slices. My Matcha latte was extremely watered down and I got oat milk, oat milk is usually creamy. I had them remake it and they added more Matcha and it was still watery. Then I asked for a to go cup and they gave me a small Dixie cup with a lid and when I poured my Matcha into it, it spilled all over the table. Secondly, the quality of the ingredients was really good and I can tell that's what you were paying for along with the pretty decor to look at. Apparently there's a boutique upstairs. I don't know how anybody could afford to shop after a $60 meal unless you're a millionaire. Overall, while The Brunch Collective offers a pleasant dining environment, the breakfast is significantly overpriced. It feels like you're paying for a cool location and a trendy cute atmosphere for your breakfast selfies. I left feeling that my money would have been better spent elsewhere. If you're looking for value for your money, I'd recommend trying a different spot for your morning meal. read more

First thing I noticed is that beautiful outdoor sitting but as soon as I entered it is congested indoor and is gunky and dirty. They served me an avocado toast which was soggy , bread was falling off . Hash brown were just shredded boiled potatoes served cold. House coffee was cold as well. Waffles were dry as sand. Came on a Sunday around 1030. Just me and the wife and got a seat immediately. Large groups may have a hard time getting seats but it's worth the wait. Wife got the bagel breakfast sandwich and said it's "the best breakfast she has ever had." I got the burrito bowl and I am now OBSESSED. We have found our new spot! Great food and great service. Had a really nice brunch date Sunday around 11. This place is so cool! In an old house so was a little tight to navigate, would probably sit outside next time. We split the everything bagel sandwich and the undecided waffle, the avocados and fruit were so fresh! We sat in the corner by the old door with the bell and my husband got stung by a bee from inside the door behind us, only reason for the one less star. But very good friendly service and fresh brunch. Will be back! read more

I finally tried The Brunch Collective after hearing about it a few times. I have now been back four times in 10 days! They have several gluten free options, which is awesome, and the sourdough they serve looks sooo good! I love their breakfast burritos with their homemade jalapeño ranch dressing. There is also an extensive drink menu, with many options for all sorts of palates. Another nice feature of the restaurant is that it's in an old house and on small property in Spring Hill, and there are tables setup inside and outside to accommodate all sorts of visitors. read more

What an absolute gem of a business! I eat a healthy diet and it's often hard to find options, especially in Middle TN. I had the burrito bowl which contained eggs, fresh turkey sausage, avocado, potatoes and more. So fresh and delicious! Not heavy whatsoever. I came with a group of 7 and everyone loved their food. I also had a delicious cinnamon roll (couldn't resist!). Such a cool vibe in there too with owners and staff who genuinely care. We need more places like Brunch Collective in this world so keep supporting them y'all! read more

Overpriced and had to eat out of our laps. The seating and tables could use some work.

I will start by saying it's a cute place, the food was good and service was attentive. Now....for the issues that will probably make me not return. 1) The menu is accessed by QR code, which is ok unless you happen to have left your phone at home (as did my husband) at which point you have to go up to the counter for them to explain their extensive menu to you. 2) We were all served on wooden cutting boards and wooden trivets. I am not sure how the health department lets this one pass. How do you sterilize wood? Not to mention, the wood trivet they put my sandwich on was barely bigger than the sandwich, which didn't allow me the room to even cut the sandwich to eat it without it falling off the trivet. (it was too big and messy to pick up) 3) This one really irked me. It is a breakfast/brunch place that serves hash browns, which I ordered. When I asked for ketchup their response was we don't have ketchup. The waiter proceeded to bring me some jalepeno salsa and ranch dressing to take the place of the ketchup I requested. Needless to say, I used neither. I brought the hash browns home and will have them tomorrow for breakfast with some ketchup. So, in short, my advice is if you go to the Brunch Collective don't forget your phone, bring your own ketchup if you want hash browns, and request they serve your food on plates that can be sterilized!! read more

Such a fun, yummy spot!! This is my new favorite place in Spring Hill. I have been here five times in the last three weeks. My family and I have been trying different items each time. We have enjoyed everything so far. My favorite has been the apple pie French toast. The owners are super nice.
