The service is prompt after ordering and you can watch the staff make your crepe to order. I ordered the Butter Crepe ($4 plus tax), which I watched made fresh to order on the round crepe grill, buttered, powdered sugar sprinkled on, folded neatly and served to me. The folded thin crepe was very good, which was browned and firm on the outside and soft & light inside. The taste was sweet and buttery. A suggestion would be to offer ice cream with the crepes. A cold scoop of ice cream on the crepe would to transform a good sweet crepe into a phenomenal dessert!
