I've had my car detailed here in the past, etc. Today I was quoted $550 because I needed the carpet cleaned due to me spilling something. When I laughed at the manager's audacity to charge such an outrageously high price, he told me there were two general wash options: $30 and $50. I asked for my mats to be washed. Advertised was $40/4 mats. He said mine would be $80/4 mats because they "weren't rugs", even though mine are rugs. I just didn't have the energy to fight with him, and I genuinely just didn't understand what he was saying. He also added an unadvertised SUV fee of $10. For a grand total of $140. And my car is still dirty. There are dirty spots that weren't wiped clean inside the vehicle. Dirt around my windshield and back windshield. lol. He was also standing intimidatingly nearby the sweet man who delivered my car to me, watching over the transfer, so I didn't feel comfortable to share with the worker why I wasn't happy spending $155 with tip and still having a dirty vehicle. This is my local car wash. Literally can walk to it from my house. I'm sad I cannot no longer support this local business. I hope the managers get some sense in them, lower their prices, and return their service to the previous quality they once had. I may return if that happens. Otherwise, another loss for South Torrance.

I came in on a Saturday after lunch and was one of the first customers. The guy assigned to my car looked like he didn't even want to be there--zero attention to detail. The job was rushed and sloppy: small spots of debris were left behind, and the back wasn't even properly vacuumed. I paid $30 for a "regular" car wash that honestly wasn't worth it--you can get better results for $7.99 at Costco. What's frustrating is that I trusted they did a good job, so I didn't check before leaving and even tipped. Big mistake. Management seriously needs to step in. If employees don't want to work, they shouldn't be there. It's disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. Do yourself a favor and don't support a business that clearly doesn't care about you or your car.

The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent.

I have taken my and my spouse's cars, my two classic cars and my RV there regularly for cleaning and detail services. Up until recently, I would have given a great 4 or 5 star review. Sadly, things have changed. I am posting this so nobody else has to go through what I am going through. If you take your car to this car wash, ABSOLUTELY check the entire car for damage. After many years of great service there, I never thought to do this. Then, I brought my new Lincoln Nautilus there to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that the person who cleaned it was not with my car. I was a bit time constrained, so I asked another employee who cleaned it so I could give him my tip. The man who cleaned it was on the other side, cleaning a car that just came out of the wash. The employee gave him my tip, and I went to my car, went home and parked it in my garage. Two days later, I took my car out of the garage to load some items in the trunk. When doing so, I noticed that the tires had not been shined. While looking down, I noticed a small but deep dent low down on my drivers door (please note that the photos do not show how deep the dent is). I am 6'4" so did not see it when I picked up the car from the car wash. Over those two days, my car was parked in my garage, without being used and no car or anything on the left that could have made such a deep dent. Now I know why my tires weren't shined and why the guy who cleaned it was far away from my car, and wouldn't even make eye contact when the other employee gave him my tip. He didn't finish the job and wanted to avoid me because he knew he dented my car. By the looks of the small but deep dent, it seems that he banged my door against the wash machine equipment or some other equipment, not another car. I tried to get a dent removal service to take it out and they cannot do it because it is at the seam of the door. Now, every time I go to my car, I can't help but notice the dent. I absolutely love my car, my most expensive and favorite car I have ever owned, yet I get sad each time I use my car seeing that dent. I will now have to take it to a body shop to repair, which I know will not be cheap, and doubt they will be able to match the special pearl tri-coat paint with the rest of the car. Needless to say, I have been washing my cars on my own and will not return. Very sad that one employee ruined a long business relationship. If he had just owned up to it instead of hiding, things would be much different.

I was warmly greeted by Tracy and he was super honest and upfront with what I wanted for my car interior detailing. He gave me a fair price and time estimate, I left my keys with him and walked to you the shopping center 3 blocks up for a late lunch before my 3:30pm appointment. I came back 45-50 minutes later and my baby car looked immature. Tracy and his team member completely exceeded my expectations!! The exterior looks amazing and they literally removed 98% of the Golden Retriever hair in my car. This place is s lot closer to my place and Tracy was super loveable. He told me they are closed Sundays and he definitely impressed me with his work. I look forward to coming back here to Tracy again when I need another detail!

They really…read morerestored the headlights, clearing all the yellow and cloud haze off the headlights on my 2017 Civic that I have to park in the sun at work. They restored it so quickly, within 15-20 min of time. Now the headlights look brand new again on my 8-year old car! 2 years ago, I tried the same service at Rock N Roll Car Wash down the street, but they only got 80% of the haze off and struggled, passing the polish tool among 3 different employees and taking much more time before they could make progress.
