Worst service possible. Waiting 20 minutes for my food which only was 2 large buffalo fries. Then they said that my food was ready and was just sitting there now if I'm just weird nobody likes soggy fries and that's exactly what it looked like. They did agree to cook the food all over again but this was already closing time so that would mean turning on the fryers again and possibly waiting another 20-25 minutes. I wasn't a big fan of the idea of eating buffalo wings on fries, sounded kind of odd but my friend convinced me to go with her. The cashier was super nice once I got there! The food was ok (around 3 stars). The wings i had were similar to wing stop, So i don't consider then anything outstanding. But I would order out again. The services on the other hand bad (1 star). I did not walk in there expecting world class attention but hoping for some decent service. I called in my order then showed up ten minutes later and paid for my food. The cashier did not give me my food, so i though maybe my food is not ready. I waited for 20 minutes watching other people get there food. I finally asked when i would get my food. Yet I was surprised with how the cashier started laughing with the other customers that i had waited because of her mistake. No apology she just gave me my less than warm food. Nice on the inside, there's about 6 tables for guests to eat at. In a bad area though. We got the small buffalo wing fries in original hot and they were HOT! (Spicy!). The special sauce that comes with it tastes like a smoky ranch flavor, pretty good. The small looks small but the portion is actually just right for a single serving, I was super full! The boneless wings on the fries were drenched in sauce and very good. No complaints, I'd buy the fries again. My one complaint is about the horrendous bread sticks. They seemed a great price (3/$1ish) and I was expecting something along the lines of little ceasars but they were way disgusting. Obviously too much flour used in the ingredients, the breadsticks were hard (not crunchy, just hard) and lacked any flavor they were just oily :/) the breadstick recipe needs a serious revamp! I went to this restaurant because of the concept of the buffalo fries. Had them with pineapple jalapeño sauce. The sauce had good taste but the boneless wings taste like the Tyson wings you can buy in the frozen section of a grocery store.
