Watts - I really enjoyed the food here, chicken wings is one of my favorite foods and they did it just right. As a wing fan I would say the food was pretty good. Took my family in for our lil lazy Saturday. Food was hot and delicious. Customer service would be one of their flaws though. I spent almost $100 for our whole order which was not bad for everything we ordered. they made a mistake twice with the same item. After letting the cashier know we wanted a chicken buffalo wrap and after her repeating the correct order, they still made it into a salad.... The location is small especially if you're planning on eating there. I typically order the buffalo fries with extra secret sauce on the side. Cant't believe it took me this long to try this place! Called to place an order and the service was great. The food was ON POINT! We had the Buffalo Fries-lemon pepper and special sauce, 1/2 rack of their Memphis Ribs, and the Greek Salad. Mediocre buffalo chicken fries. The chicken was more like the chicken crumbs from the bottom of a frying pan. The fries weren't even close to having enough sauce on it so it was mostly dry. I've been to many other places where the chicken is huge chunks and covered in sauces. This was just dry and far from being a chicken anything. I had to get ranch to make up for it being dry and that cost me a dollar and 9 cents. Went there because of a groupon deal when i placed my order evrything was good until i was told i need to pay $5 dollars for using the groupon i was surprised like other people there. so if you go there be ready to pay not only taxes but the surprise $5 dollars. I contacted groupon which they where surprised they where charging a fee i got my money back from groupon. I felt very discriminated today when I went to buffalo spot! Wendy who is usually there is such a great cashier and is always very helpful with us but Natalie she has to go! I went with my girlfriend and we were standing there waiting for about 15-20mins! She took calls and gave orders and completely ignored us, didn't even say she'll be right with us! And all of a sudden another couple(straight couple) walks in and she tells them "ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" like if I wasn't standing there for 15 MINS starring at her for her to finish whatever she was doing.
