Our group opted for outdoor seating since the wait inside was long- this turned out to be a bad decision. I think that maybe why the service was slow and not responsive to our needs. The sun was not friendly (only half of us had shade). The food was good when it came, but we scavenged salt and pepper from another table. Had to wait for utensils after our food arrived. My young niece didn't love the dish she ordered; the cinnamon roll was made with biscuit dough and it was an odd, dry texture. Online ordering not working so I went by to order at 8:30. I took a few minutes to order to make sure I got everything right for my family and I ordered my to go at the bar. I went outside to give room because they started getting busy. I came back in about 15 minutes later and part of my order was out on plates at the bar . So, I sent back to make to go. Heard the manager say They didn't have apple juice and had one glass of orange juice left on a Sunday morning. Harps is right next door! After about an hour, I finally got my order and not sure how long my food was sitting. Got home and Pigs in a blanket had no mustard. Subbed bacon for sausage in razorback and still came with sausage. Goat trail had no spinach and only one small piece of goat cheese. Cinnamon roll was hard dry and cold. I live in harbor so I was home in two minutes. But that was one of the first things that came out plated. Staff was very friendly but lack of management and oversight was very apparent. As we have been on the waiting list for an hour now, I am looking at a two-top that has been open for over 10 minutes and a five-top that has been open for the same amount of time. I am hoping the food is as good as it has been, because the waiting list has now been delayed, a slight delay. Once our food was served it was wonderful as usual. Not sure what happened with the waiting list that day but definitely go get your carry out from the Buttered Biscuit and once we get past the Covid-19 pandemic stop in for breakfast or lunch. read more

We usually go to The Buttered Biscuit in Bentonville but we were in Springdale so we stopped by here. I'm glad that we did because we had a very sweet server! (Thanks Karla for the wonderful customer service!). The food was superb per usual. Really cute breakfast place for those in the area wanting to get a bite. Our experience was below average. There was a 30 minute wait, which was shorter than expected. However, when we got our text that the table was ready, we waited 10 minutes on a hostess to come to the front. After being seated, we ordered and then waited a longer than typical time for our food to arrive. After approximately 40 minutes, a manager came and informed us he heard we were waiting on ham and that they were out. We let him know we were actually still waiting on our meal. He apologized and let us know he would "take care of us". The food was average when it arrived. Then when we were given our check, we were charged for the ham. Perfect little breakfast/brunch spot! Contemporary twists on traditional menu items. I love the Seaside Omelette and also the Avocado Toast. Usually places like this really don't have good coffee, but BB is wise and serves Onyx coffee which is the best and also local. A little tougher for a large party of more than 6 due to space, so be prepared to wait (but you can get on the waitlist from Yelp!)...a small party is usually a short wait 15-20 minutes. read more

The Buttered Biscuit was a great brunch place I will never forget! First of all it's a beautiful restaurant and the employees are so kind. I felt very comfortable there. The food is also amazing, so many great dishes to choose from too. I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake pancakes, they are the best! The coffee however was not very good. They are also very busy and don't do call in reservations so either go early before the rush or get put on the waitlist here on yelp. This restaurant is very flexible too, they can easily take all dairy out of most dishes for people who are allergic. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend this place! read more

I've been to the Bentonville location and this one. Bentonville was better by far. The food took a long time to get to the table, but that's not the problem. The service was not great. When the food finally came out, my wife's eggs were way under cooked. She didn't even eat her meal and we were still charged for it. I had the crab cakes and they were cold with overcooked eggs. The potatoes were good though! We won't be back to this location and we're going to find something else to eat now. read more
