The food was great! The service was excellent! The ambiance was casual! I wanted something new for breakfast and chose The Cafe. This was the first time I ate here so the service made a fantastic impression! Everyone was so polite and attentive. I ordered the steak breakfast burrito, a strawberry matcha lemonade, a Glow Raw drink, and a cranberry/pistachio biscotti. The drinks were delicious/refreshing, the burrito was AMAZING, when I say this is the best breakfast burrito I have tried, I honestly mean this is THE BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO I HAVE EVER TRIED! Wow does this place have a lot of options!! No matter what you're looking for, for breakfast or lunch, this place probably has it. I got the mexican wrap and my partner got the mediterranean scramble. Both of our meals were alright- nothing crazy; a little pricey for the quality (but it's Naples so, what do you expect). Our waiter was also a little pushy and they obviously wanted to turn tables over quickly which was a little annoying. The view from our table outside though was super cute! read more

I've been here a couple times throughout my trip because it was recommended by my hotel. Today, I had the liquid sunshine smoothie and the prosciutto burrata and avocado sandwich. This is a two part review. Part One: There with four others yesterday and four enjoyed our lunch. The one with the cafe crepes in fruit and syrup felt it needed something more but finished most of it. Our five entrees: Yogurt Parfait with fruit BAKED FALAFEL SALAD BOWL Housemade Falafel balls, shreeded red cabbage, carrot, apple, roasted almonds, feta, dates, etc!!!! CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD (but on a wrap) Tender golden chicken breast with our house curry, celery, almond, grape blend on a bed of crispy garden salad, Tomato, Cucumber, Pepper, Carrot. CAFÉ CREPES Fresh berries & homemade mascarpone/ricotta cream filling, topped with Raspberry syrup. CAFÉ GOURMET SALAD Delicious fresh garden salad and vegetables with avocado, tomato, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, pistachios & grilled chicken. My Falafel entree needed more Tahini dressing of which I got after asking for it. So overall the food was very good. Part Two: We arrived in the Cafe at 2:20. When our drinks were taken and not even having looked at the menu, we were told "we close at 3:00. Do you know what you want"? We said we'll take a look. Our drinks brought over just a few short minutes and we decided. Our server Ivan was abrupt and not happy we had questions. He wasn't personable and just had this face on. Already so it began...... We then ordered and we all got our lunch in a timely fashion. When some other things were requested like a coffee or extra cream, or extra dressing for the salad, had to ask more than twice. Felt ignored. Got the cream on the third request. We of course felt rushed because the food arrived at 2:40 and the vacuum cleaner came out. Other empty tables were being cleaned. There was another table of six next to us and maybe one or two other two seated tables. Now 3:15 and we were getting the checks and they took away things on our table. We paid and I had only turned my head to say something to a friend and unaware my soda was taken off the table. When we left, one of the staff said we close at 3:00 and we (the staff) need to get out on time. I'm dining out 52 years and have come through things occasionally but I will no longer tolerate this behavior. There's enough other good places in Naples minus the attitude! Soo, if you decide on lunch and will show up at about 2:15, you've been warned. Expect to be told the time they close at 3:00. Nothing like a little anxiety and uncomfortableness over lunch. The table of six near us had left just a few minutes before us. Nothing like feeling rushed. read more

Our hotel was a block away so we walked here a few times and had such a great breakfast! This cafe has been owned and managed by the same family since 2009. I always try to support local family owned businesses when I can & this one is fantastic. The menu has something for everyone. Wraps, salads, soups, omelets & the most delicious egg scrambles, which is what I ordered the two times I was here. Service was excellent & Tyler was so personable and he answered my many questions without blinking an eye. He was quick with my water refills and came to check on us a few times. So great to start the day with a cheerful person! I had two egg scrambles, well one was an omelet but Tyler said the kitchen can do a scramble instead. The chorizo and havarti cheese was delicious & the chorizo gave my eggs a bit of a kick. My second scramble was crispy bacon and American cheese. Both were made with three eggs & I couldn't finish either one of them. I had them leave off the potatoes and whole grain toast so I can't comment on either of them. We dined both inside in the quaint dining room and also outside on the patio. Dog friendly! They even put out a bowl with fresh water for another guest that was dining with their fur baby. I just love seeing that. The owners strive to provide a place where everybody can enjoy really good food in an inviting and friendly atmosphere & they nailed it! Open seven days a week from 7:30am to 3pm. Located on the corner of 5th Ave & 8th Street. Perfect place for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. Wonderful food & excellent service. They have arranged the sidewalk area between the building and street parking with tables for outdoor dining, so we were happy to sit outside. The service, though competent, was slow and impersonal. My wife had the fluffy Chorizo Omelette and I had the French Toast with a side order of Bacon. Both meals were fine, but far from outstanding. We have been here twice for breakfast after a night out on Fifth Avenue. The service here is great and everyone is friendly. The atmosphere sitting outside in the morning is perfect. What a wonderful spot! The service was super friendly. I started with a delicious cup of vanilla latte. For my main I ordered the Burrata Avocado and egg sandwich. There's a lot of flavors going on here but it totally works. The whole wheat bread was really good. It was accompanied with a side of fresh fruit. The pineapple was off the chain sweet and tender. The whole meal was very yummy. My boyfriend got the chicken ceasar salad and the roasted chicken was divine. So flavorful and juicy. I would definitely recommend any sandwich with that chicken in it and if I come back I will order the chicken for sure! My other friends enjoyed the quiche and the Avocado smash on that same bread. This was the perfect spot for a Saturday brunch. The menu is full with a variety of small or large breakfast items, lunch choices, juices, salads and cocktails. I actually didn't even go inside the restaurant. Our name was taken by the hostess and we were seated within ten minutes. After being seated, we were quickly approached by the staff who offered to take our drink order. The staff is very busy, but everyone checks up on everyone so we never felt ignored as patrons. The menu is expansive with great buzz words! It took me some time to settle on my order. My boyfriend and I started out with the French toast then I had the Chipotle Chicken sandwich on Focaccia and he had a Power Boi with steak and farro grains. I didn't realize my sandwich came with a side, but it did and the chips were simple yet delish. If I could add or change one thing, I would ask for cold coffee beverages on the menu! If you're spending the day in Naples, this is such a fantastic place to stop by for breakfast or lunch. Their service and food were both great. We went during the week so it wasn't too busy and had lots of options to sit inside or outside. The açaí and pitaya bowls were wonderful, especially the coconut and granola on top. The poke bowl was very filling and fresh. We wished the wraps were bigger because they were so delicious that we could have eaten five more!
