I've been to a lot of dispensaries at this point and this one is decent, but falls short in terms of location (mostly parking lot) and orders being ready on time. I'll say one good thing here, I've never seen a security guard here whereas other dispensaries I've seen some rather serious rent-a-cops who kill the vibe. To counter this though there are a lot of in your face security cameras at this dispensary and I've even heard other customers complaining about them. The selection here is decent, but half the products feel on the ghetto, cheap side while others are top tier. The prices are what I would describe as 'not on sale'. Not high or low prices but nothing special. On my last visit I went to pick up, told them I was picking up and showed them my ID, then stood there awkwardly for a minute until they said "Can I help you with something else" and then I repeated that I was picking up and they told me I had to stand in another line. If there is a pick up line it needs to be labeled as such. Then after waiting in the second line the girl at the register informed me the order wasn't ready and hasn't even been started and this is me showing up an hour after placing it. The girl at the register then proceeded to help me find the items in my order which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and something I could have done myself since this dispensary is small, but she went on to make some bad suggestions after one of the products I wanted wasn't available. I knew what I wanted as a substitute, but she went on to try to find another substitute and came up with a bunch of things I didn't want and they did not fit my diet requirements which I pointed out. Overall I don't think I'll be returning to this dispensary. read more

Great dispo!! First and foremost, I had the best, most knowledgeable budtender I've ever had. He had actually tried the products he recommended and he gave me suggestions in reference to the terpines and strengths I was looking for. Also just so nice. I also really enjoy the shopping format of the shop, they give you a little basket and tell you to go to town. Way more fun than going up to a counter and having to know what you want already. Placed my order for delivery and they cancelled my order saying that I didn't respond to them in a timely manner when I've placed orders with other dispensaries and they never needed my address because I've already provided that information with my order. This is the first time that I had to provide my address for an order that all ready had my address in the order. Even when I responded to the message they left me on read and never even gave me the courtesy of telling me after 3 hours that my order was cancelled I had to text them back for that information. Would not recommend ordering from this business again the communication skills here suck. Yes mind you I responded an hour after the text but also I'm not used to reissuing my address to a company that already had my address because it was on my order information. I just got off the phone with a male rep at this shop. I was making my way within the hour of their closing time so I wanted to call and see if he would be willing to take some items off the shelf so all I would have to do is walk in and pay and not waste any of his time, waiting on me, etc. straight off the bat. He was very rude and said that they would not do that and overall just made me feel uncomfortable about spending my money here in general now. I would've been there by 9:45 pm. He was very condescending straight away by and my intentions were that I just didn't want to have the employees feel like they were gonna have to stay late or whatever the case may be. read more
