I am on cloud nine, have not felt this way in a long time. I just finished my first challenge and I lost a total of 25.7# in 6 weeks. It overwhelms me because for so long I stop taking care of me and I focused on my family and friends. Many years and many disappointments of highs and lows in my lifetime. In the last year at this time my father was dying from diabetes and heart issues and my mother was very ill with diabetes. I along with my sisters and brother helped take care of my parents. At the time I was not working so I was the main caregiver. I ended up losing my father in March 2015 . It was devastating and we also lost 2 aunts, my husband's grandmother and a cousin within months of each other. After my dad past away, my daughter Charley became very ill and suffered because of liver complications and she is now on the liver transplant list for her second liver (her first liver transplant was done 16 years ago). If things couldn't get any worse , my husband Bobby started having medical problems and was rush to emergency to receive 4 stents. I was at my lowest point and tried to push on trying to stay strong. My mom is now getting the proper care she needs at a senior living home and I started working in April 2015. I buried myself in work and volunteering Etc so I will not fall apart, but, I was falling apart inside and when I finally looked in a mirror after all the craziness calmed down, I realized I was falling apart on the outside, too. I no longer recognized the person staring back at me in the mirror. I was on diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol medications and had the worse diet ever and no exercise program. I felt listless all the time and no energy to even carry my bag around or play with my little girl Kaitlyn. I knew My life will never be perfect , but, I had to try to take care of myself. So I decided to take back control of my life and I first found out about the Camp Transformation program through my friend Jennie Boulch , who literally saved my life. By watching her transformation via Facebook, I was amazed by her accomplishments. She inspired me to join and from day one has helped me through this journey. I can't thank her enough. I never thought I could ever do something like this, I had 2 bad knees and a bad shoulder to boot, but, Jennie , family, friends and something within myself believed I could. I checked out the classes and seen some of the campers doing modified exercises for conditions they suffered with. I then realized this was meant to be and no more excuses to get out of this. Then came the water and food ; boy, I realize now why they call this a challenge. I love this program, the support I get from the AFF, the trainers , family and friends who help me push on and remind me never to look back and never give up. Not only has it changed my diet and exercise habits, but, It has changed my outlook on life. I feel stronger inside and out and although life still throws me curve balls , I look back at what I have gone through and what is ahead of me and I know I can do it. Writing this blog was one of my challenges because I know everyone has a story and i had no idea what to say until now. Opening up and exposing myself like this and through my check in statuses on Facebook has made me more confident and able to handle life better no matter what obstacle is thrown my way. God has blessed me with a beautiful family and friends and now an improved lifestyle. NSV I am no longer on my medications and I am looking forward to my next challenge. So I started The Camp Challenge in hopes of getting back in shape. I was really motivated and wanted to do this so bad. I was over and done with being over weight. With the thought of starting a family pretty soon I needed to do something about my overweight. I was a little skeptical about The Camp at first, if they were just another pyramid, scam type of program. I soon found out that it is just a great place where people really have your best interest at heart. They really want you to be healthy and be able to look great, and most of all be able to have a different perspective on life. I started a couple of days early before my challenge started. The first couple of days were really difficult as I had not worked out in months. What I love about The Camp is that everyone is in the same boat. Maybe some a little bit more fit than others, but everyone is there to loose weight, and everyone has struggles and insecurities. The things that really helped me and learned from this first challenge is to be able to learn what it really means to fuel your body. I was constantly eating out of pleasure, and not out of necessity. It was all about indulging myself and my senses with food. The Camp really helped me to see that my body is a machine and that it needs to be taken care of properly. The way they set you up with the meal plan only helps you to be successful. The other thing that I loved about this place is the accountability. What good does it do to just be on a diet plan and not be accountable to someone? I found out that it was much harder to cheat because someone was monitoring my eating habits once a week. It is true what they say "the scale NEVER lies." The fact that I had to go there and physically be accountable to someone, coming in and weighing myself and talking about what I was struggling with, and what I might be doing wrong was really crucial. It made me think twice about what I was going to put in my mouth when I sat down to eat. Because of this it made me start meal planning, which I found very difficult at first, one because I had never done it before and it was very time consuming at first. Once I got the hang of it, it became very easy and simple. This even saved my wife and I money, as we all know eating out can get very expensive. The trainers there are awesome always had time to answer questions about how my body was feelings and if I was hurting they would give me advice on what to do at home or on my free time to prevent those aches and pains. Always, always positive and motivating, they would always push me past my comfort zone. I really learned a lot about myself and what I am REALLY capable of accomplishing with the right tools and proper training. You really can't have one without the other. I would seriously encourage anyone that is thinking of doing this to DO IT. It is an investment in your life, health, etc. Even if I didn't reach my goal I would do it all over again. read more

To be honest I didn't come to the camp on my own, my sister actually called and made the appointment for the Orientation and told me "you have to go to the orientation this Thursday at 7 pm don't be late!" Funny how this fell on my lap when I was looking for a lifeline to get myself back on track. Over the last year I have put on 34 pounds! I let myself go and I was ignoring all of the signs and was slowly feeling hopeless. I went to the orientation and listened to the instructions hoping this was the thing I needed to get it together again. I was scared that I could not follow what I felt at the time was a very strict eating plan. On the other hand I felt that since I had lost weight before and I worked out "regularly" that the workouts were going to be the easier part for me. Boy was I wrong! The eating part was probably easier once my daughter and I found our rhythm with the meal prepping. The workouts though, pretty much kicked my butt on the daily but regardless I gave it my all every time. What made me so proud was seeing how there were people from every fitness level at all of these classes and everyone was made to feel welcome. Everyone from the extremely overweight who you could tell were hoping this was the one thing that could turn their life around, to the extremely fit, and those of us in between. Everyone in the workout classes was an equal, there is nothing but support from the trainers who are there to modify the tough exercises for the novices and the fellow campers who always offered encouraging words and gave me a high five and said good job regularly. I never felt out of place or embarrassed to work out even when the exercises were more than I could handle. I would particularly like to Thank Hason N. Graham for his unwavering support and making me feel like it was his mission to make sure that my Daughter and I completed the challenge he always made us feel a part of the AFF (Awesome Fit Family). Hason gave us both comfort when we felt like we weren't going to make it. Thank you Hason, you are a big part of our success! This gym has a variety of fun trainers, shout out to Landon and Laterrian who kicked our butts yet always made their class fun! The workouts were tough but we became tougher each day. This was certainly a family affair as The challenge was taken on by myself, my 14 year old daughter and my 18 year old nephew - and I'm happy to report that we all came out on top and successfully completed our challenge and will be rolling over onto the next challenges. My 6 Week Camp Challenge at "The Camp - Transformation Center" in Oxnard is complete. I began on 14 Sept, 2015 and completed the final weigh in on 26 Oct, 2015. My personal goal of completing the challenge with 20lbs lost was successful. I doubted myself the whole time. I doubted the process the whole time. I worried that I wasn't doing enough cardio the whole time, but I went from 165 to 144 lbs in 6 weeks. The biggest eye-opener for me was the physical progress and changes in my body during this time. I could see I was dropping inches and my waist was more pronounced. I could see the muscles sneaking back into my belly and the thinner arms/chest/midsection almost daily. I stayed as close to FTDI on the diet as possible which was difficult and took life altering adjustments. I've never thought eating 2 ounces of a sweet potato would be the highlight of my day. I also stayed close to recipes that were easy and I could create in bulk every few days but the FB group has many new FTDI recipes and even a guide to which restaurants will help accommodate when you can't avoid eating out. This definitely isn't a FAD diet. This challenge will require you to question everything that goes into your mouth. The hard part will be sustaining this lifestyle after the 6 weeks is over. Overall, the gym facilities are great for the 45 min daily workouts required, but there is only one bathroom so go before you get there. The main workout area is a medium space; when a new challenge starts make sure you pre-book/check-in for the morning classes or go to a class with less people. 30 people per class is OK for spacing, sharing of equipment. The trainers are knowledgeable, amazing examples and excellent at motivating you to keep moving during class. The workouts are always different and are usually circuit training, muscle failure oriented with cardio in between. M,F are upper body; TTH are lower body; W/Sat are whole body/core. I used Sunday as a rest day but they do have morning classes on Sunday. There are many levels of workouts going on around you during a class. The trick is to push yourself hard, pick out someone faster or stronger than you and try to keep up. During the challenge weeks, there are many people who have never worked out before or inexperienced gym goers. Each of you are motivation for each other. It's very inspiring to work out next to someone who is changing their entire lifestyle to become healthy. It's also very inspiring to have instructors/trainers who have been through the program and/or work out next to you during their day off. The program works, the staff are great, the people sweating next to you are awesome. This challenge was the motivation I needed. read more

Joined the camp March 23rd ( 3 day pass ) wanting to check it out & see if what was said of the camp was true. Honestly the very 1st day was a killer ( of course didn't have the condition) & during the class all what was in my mind was "This isn't for me" " why did I even come" 2nd day was like " Trainers are so motivating " " people are so nice here " " I'm lovin it " 3rd day with no doubt I came in & kinda threw myself in. I signed in for the challenge . Little did I kno my life began to be different since the very 1st day I walked in. ‍ April 16th started my 1/2 challenges i have to complete; & tbh the struggle was real ; on the healthy meal plan they gave me came not one of the things I used to eat ; ( of course I wouldn't eat healthy before ) but I had the best trainers ( Hason , bravo , moe , Mario etc.) who would always make me drenched in sweat , & always kept pushing me. I felt like family here , motivated at all times , made really good friends ! Front desk ppl are polite & motivating as well always making you feel welcomed to mention some whose names I remember Melissa , yulissa, Vanessa , Shawn , Roxanne , michole in between others whom i just saw once in a while but were also awesome. Kept being strong in terms of food and exercise, made it through & look at me now 20LBS FREE!!! Words cannot explain the excitement I felt every Monday jumping on the scale & seeing lbs dropped. I now feel different not only physically but minded. No longer scared of the scale & now I love vegetables & will continue eating them! I know how to cook now btw Thanks to the camp transformation center Oxnard thats making this possible. I love my (AFF) & guess what I happily accepted my next challenge #June4 here I come! I highly recommend the camp not only because it'll help you get healthier but it'll also help you make better decisions on food. There's always going to be negative people out there who will insist that you look great , that you don't need nothing of this or even worse insist & put you down saying you won't make it & your only gunna waste your money here , but guess what ?! you'll learn money isn't worth anything compared to the new life the camp will give you!! At The Camp Transformation Center, the Employees, Trainers, and members are all so supportive and are in this weight-loss journey with you. You are given everything you need to succeed: -You begin by attending a Nutrition Seminar led by one of the owners (who has a Ph.D. In Nutrition). You receive a booklet that gives you all the information you need to successfully lose weight. You re-learn how to eat the right foods, in the right portions, at the right times. -You check-in and do at least 5workouts a week. This sounds hard but the hardest part is just getting your butt to class and the Trainers will take it from there and whip you into shape! There are classes 5am-8pm and you don't need to commit to any specific times, just attend whichever class time works for you that day. -You weigh-in each Monday to make sure you're on track. If you need any advice there is always someone around that can help. A lot of the people at the front desk have also lost 20lbs or more doing the same program. I love the Camp Transformation Center! I took my first "20 lbs in 42 day" challenge in Thousand Oaks, then continued my second challenge in Oxnard as soon as this location opened. I successfully lost 40.8 lbs in a total of 13weeks (there was a 1wk break between the 2 challenges). I have tried other gyms, boot camp classes, the workout buddy-system, P90X, but was never as successful as I was with this program. The difference is you are not doing this alone. Everyone has the same goal and is there to get the job done & support each other. The Trainers remind you daily of what you need to be doing to succeed. There are fun activities outside of regular classes like Beach Day, 5k/Fun Runs, Zumba, etc. It's not uncommon for other members to throw out invites to do hikes (or other physical activities) that will benefit everyone and help you reach your weight-loss goal. There is even a FaceBook Group that you can post in if you have any questions or just want to review to see other posts of members all across California that are going through the same struggles as you. I will admit, at first I was skeptical that I would be able to lose that much weight, that quickly, and for it to be healthy. With The Camp, not only is it possible, it's almost fun (almost). So I Started this Challenge at 137.5lbs. Which you had to loose 20lbs in 6 weeks. My goal was to loose 20lbs which was perfect. Thru out my life I've always been a petite person who was fit. Always had the gym in my life and sports. But since a car accident that caused me to stay low of working out for a year and a half for treatment I hadn't gotten back into the gym since. Then I ended up having 2 beautiful babies who are now 5/6 years old. I tell myself everyday I'm going to start working out I'm going to loose weight. Thru out the yrs that have past I've gain 25lbs. Been in and out of gyms and dieting that I never stuck with. Which was always hard because I really didn't have the motivation or accountability. But then one day I saw a friend and family members joining this group called THE CAMP TRANSFORMATION CENTER. They were dropping weight in weeks. Saw how happy and excited they were with they're outcomes which prompted me to question and become interested. For months I kept saying I'm going to do it I'm going to do it. Finally. October I told my partner I'm doing The Camp Challenge starting October 31. You should do it with me. A week before we decided to go check it out and we did sign up. Something I never regretted. Thru out the weeks this transformation center had gotten me pretty addicted to going in and putting in my hour a day. They give the best support to each individual and everyone thru out the workout group. They push and guide u everyday and give great encouragement. Our diet has become a lot better which we love. Five days a week you have to check in to your account which creates great accountability for you to be there. I've gone mornings and nights and I love every single workout with every single staff that has guided my way thru this process. There is not one bad thing I have to say about this CAMP because I just love it all. They are there to help you thru ur journey and your goals and thru ur diet. So I've lost 21.5lbs and my hunny Lost 21.5 lbs too. We are both extremely happy feel like ourselves once again. But this isn't it for us. We are continuing staying in The Camp as members and are continuing to live life healthy and keep the momentum going. I waited to give this place my review until I was done with my 2nd challenge, just to see if anything changes...Boy did it. When I first started out I was 265.8 pounds, I held it well but I always knew that I wanted to be slimmer. I tried other programs and bought gym memberships, but I had no drive and zero desire to change. One day after work a co-worker dared me to go to the orientation to just hear what the The Camp had to offer, so I did. I signed up and well a strange thing happened...I started to like showing up in the morning to work out. I started to see pounds melt off and I felt better about my situation than I have in a long time. After my 1st challenge I was hooked so I rolled over to my next challenge and the instructors never wavered or took it easy. I woke up every morning looking forward to meeting up with the 5am group. We had fun, we worked out and after a few weeks together we all pushed each other. During my second challenge I decided to start running a tad more. Me someone who loved the couch was now going to the Camp at 5am and after dinner going for a run. At first I did it just to kill time than I started to get myself prepared to do my first half marathon. After about 2 weeks of running I really noticed that all the weight I had lost helped my stamina. I was able to run again and actually enjoyed it. I had my final weight out on Monday 7/18/2016. I was scared to see what I had lost as a total because I chose not to look at the scale all week after my 5th week. When I stepped on the scale I saw that it read 213.8 a total of 52 pounds. My wife was with me and when I went inside the class to wish the instructor well, I got an applause...that made the whole experience worth it for me. I chose to receive my refund, not because I want to stop the Camp, but because I am putting the money towards gear for running. I have taken on a new challenge to run 2 half-marathons and one Spartan race before the year is over. I would have never guessed that I would be one who would enjoy working out, but I did. I am taking my co-worker out to lunch to say thank you for daring me to go to the orientation. I want to start by saying, I love The Camp Transformation Center, and I encourage everyone to join. At 27 years old, I started at TCTC at my heaviest. When I went to orientation I weighed 328 lbs. When I started the challenge, my official number was 322.2 lbs. Just thinking about starting the 6-week challenge was encouraging to me! I have struggle my entire life with my weight as well as depression, anxiety, binge eating, PTSD, and compulsive behaviors. I have tried a number of things to help regulate my weight and emotions. Really, nothing has truly changed the way I see food, training, and myself, until now. I found TCTC on Facebook. There was an Ad for a FREE 6-week challenge. I was definitely skeptical, but after having a personal trainer, nutritionist, and a therapist for about a year with little change to my body, my emotions, and my self-esteem, I decided to go to the orientation to see what TCTC was about. Now, all I want to say is it's worth it. Check it out. Try it. You will see results. You will see progress. This challenge has changed the way I feel about myself. I feel confident, capable, and strong. I have nearly finished my first challenge and I am down to 302 lbs. I will for sure get a membership after I meet my goals and complete as many challenges as I can. I love the workouts, the trainers, the support, and having so many other people right along side me. I now have the courage to keep moving forward, and that's what I plan to do! Hope this review helps! Edit 02/14/2017- I still love the CAMP! I have had a membership for over a year, and it makes all the difference in my day to either start or end with a wonderful workout! The trainers are awesome and the members are supportive. I just finished the alumni challenge and lost 16.1 pounds in 5 weeks. This challenge was to help restart my workout habit as I had a couple of surgeries last year that resulted in me not being able to exercise aside from walking. Just like everyone else.. I saw the posts pop up on Facebook.. I was curious, I saw before and afters and I needed to find out more. I bit the bullet and signed up to go to the orientation. The testimonials that day were so inspiring, I had even found out that the person running the orientation (Hason) was a trainer and actually a member himself, his story and his journey made me feel like he understood where I was coming from. I heard so many success stories that I signed up that day. I was anxious and nervous then, I freaked out thinking "omg what did I get myself into" it started to set in, I hadn't worked out in years, I had started my work at home job about a year ago and my daily walks have become non existent, I wondered how I was going to get through these workouts. I felt sick to my stomach. The first day came, I was nervous, I didn't know what to expect, I felt self conscious, anxious, I had knots in my stomach. Then my all my fears came true, they were doing bear crawls and I was the last person still trying to cross the finish line. I wanted to cry, I felt so embarrassed, I wanted to give up. Then my trainer Laterrian came to my side, he was there on the floor with me, he there by my side and told me to push on and that I could do it, he told me just to move one more step, then one more step, then I heard everyone else chanting on, telling me I could do it.. I made it. I made it across that line.. I didn't feel that embarrassed anymore, I didn't feel like anyone was judging me, they were cheering me on. My first week had passed and I lost 11.4 lbs. 11.4!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy! The weeks seemed to zoom by, I was starting to look forward to going to class and I finally got it through my head that I was on my own journey and I wasn't in a competition, I moved at my own pace and as long as I gave my 100% I was satisfied. I rounded out my 6 weeks losing a total of 27.3lbs. I couldn't be more proud of myself. It took a lot of hard work and discipline. I had an amazing support system to get me through it. If you ask me, I would definitely recommend the camp but make sure you're ready to make that change and commit to the plan, cause you have to be all in for it to work! read more

I am beyond Happy to say I LOST A TOTAL of 17.9 POUNDS !!! in my 6 week challenge I did meet my goal of 20lbs, but I gained so much more that I didn't believe I can reach coming into The Camp overall my thoughts were I will be loosing my weight and look better not being prepared for what it really did for me and my family, which I am excited to share through out this journey of my 6 week Challenge I have gained so much ENGERY, SELF CONFIDENCE ,BETTER FOOD CHOICES, ABLE TO WAKE UP WITH NO ALARM, BETTER PERSON,AND BY FAR THE BEST BEING MORE ACTIVE!!. which before the Camp I did not I have any of the above.... I was that person that would enjoy out doors (but did not have the energy) so I would rather watch a movie with all the junk food you can imagine and was bringing my son down with me, I believe that was my wake up call when I decided to make a change as I did not want my son to go down the same path at such an early age. so to know that the Camp and Trainers there like HASON,KAT,LUIS,LANDON,LATTERICE. were able to provided the support system we all needed and feeling like we are all in the same team aiming for the same goal was amazing everyone there so helpful and knowledgeable the workouts were phenomenal!! always in sweat (which I used to never sweat, or should I say it would take me long before I did ) i loved that the facility was always so clean and fresh every time I came in to work out which for me is important....and the best thing I had 2 of my sister cheering me on through the whole process 1 was in the Thousand Oaks challenge Vanessa Cornejo :) and she kicked butt and accomplished her 20lbs which i am beyond proud of her and my other sister coming to the Camp and Even paying for the Classes because she wanted to be around the energy we were in She will now being doing the challenge for 4/17 and I will be right next to her as well!!! and a big Thanks to Ana Salas for introducing me to the CAMP!! After years of trying every diet in the world, I finally came to the self-realization that I was not capable of solving my weight problem on my own. I needed the support and encouragement of a team. I needed a plan that addressed not only the weight but also a level of fitness. I found all of that and more at The Camp Transformation Center. The food plan and workouts were not easy, but the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and supported me every step of the way. I could not have made it through without their kind encouraging words, their supportive smiles, and their knowledgeable advise. I thank all of the staff at The Camp from the bottom of my heart. While I thank the staff for the individual support they showed me, I feel that the most impressive thing about The Camp was the sense of camaraderie, teamwork, and family that they have created among the participants. There existed an instant bond and sense of community between myself and my fellow Campers that was, and still is, awe inspiring. As I laid there trying to catch my breath during my first class, I was approached by a fellow Camper who offered me a helping hand up, a warm smile, and the encouraging words that I needed to continue on. Whether you need a helping hand up, a quick fist bump of support, or a kick in the butt because you're not really doing what you're capable of, there's always a fellow Camper saying and doing the right thing. We are all in the same boat. We all understand what you're going through because we have all been there and done that. At The Camp people of all ages, abilities, condition, and walks of life with warmly welcomed with open arms. Unlike other gym environments where those of us who have ignored physical fitness for far too long feel inferior or looked down on, at The Camp you feel at home immediately. The level of fitness is not what's important here. The effort is what matters here. It's the effort that is respected. I've always been passionate about health and wellness, engaging myself into anything new and exciting fitness regimes around me. Two years ago, I heard about the Camp Transformation and was intrigued by it, but I thought it was only designed for individuals in need to lose weight. Basically, it did not apply to me at all; for the most part, I've always wanted to gain some weight and get toned. So, I continued with my fitness venture from Crossfit, to meditation Yoga, salt Yoga, Yoga by the beach, Zumba, fitness Boxing; you name it! About 6 weeks ago, my co-workers (whom I now call my Fitness BFF's) walked in the CAMP for info and left with the most exciting and best decision of our fitness lives. I ended up joining the Lose 5% HardBody challenge in my effort to gain muscles and feel stronger, and I can tell you that this 6 weeks journey is truly life changing! From waking up very early 6 days a week to workout, to doing extra "homework" in the gym after work, learning and embracing the real meaning of clean eating, to enhancing my knowledge in healthy cooking and baking with FTDI meal prepping. Indeed, there are no short cuts to getting fit and healthy. You either put in the work or you don't. Discipline, consistency, and dedication are the keys to success. And with my Fitness BFF's motivation along with the help of the amazing and inspiring trainers and staff at the CAMP, this 6 weeks flew by fast and its nothing but fun and a remarkable journey. I finished my challenge far beyond my expectations. I victoriously lost 8.1% Body Fat. Now I can say, once you see real results, it becomes an addiction. So, I rolled over and will definitely keep my membership. When I first joined The Camp I was only 3 lbs over my healthy weight for my height, but I knew personally that I was not satisfied w/my health or fitness habits for quite some time. A friend of mine has been a member since January and watching her shrink before my very eyes and to witness the drive she put forth to do it inspired me to want to be better for myself. I've tried to do it on my own but never have enough discipline so I signed up for the 2 week free trial and by the time the orientation was through I found myself signing up for the 6 week Challenge! Let me just say I knew going into it that nothing about it was going to be easy and boy was that an understatement. I knew trying to shed a full 20 was going to be very hard. My body didn't have all that much fat to lose; rather it needed some serious toning and rearranging to be done to it...BUT...I've always been one who likes a good challenge and I was ready to prove that I could...so...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! For the last 6 weeks that's exactly what I did, and in the end every good and bad moment that happened along the way was all worth it! It was by no means easy at any point (the workouts were ass kicking, the change of diet was brutal, and the self-discipline was exhausting) but I pushed myself the hardest I ever have all the way to the end and I couldn't be happier w/my results...to stand on that scale during final weigh-in and feel the victory of my accomplishment was worth every drop of sweat and tears that came along the way (and oooh there were a lot of both). I couldn't have done it w/out the support of my friends and family, but most importantly w/out the instructors who were amazing motivators, and my fellow camp challengers who became like family. Every day I got a little stronger and healthier not only because I drove myself but because I was also inspired by others around me. No matter the age, gender, or race everyone gathers at The Camp for the same sole purpose...to get better, to get healthier! I started this challenge wanting this change so bad i was beyond determined to finish well past the 20lbs ! I was ready to get it done and prove to myself i could do it...... started off strong stayed FTDI did my workouts and extras .... then first weigh in comes and i only lost 2lbs i was like wth im busting my ass but remembered trust the process is only wk one ... kept up the hard work through the remainder of the program and each week was a struggle as far as numbers on one of them i actually gained 1 lbs (meanwhile my husband had lost 17lbs in the first 2 weeks) i myself lost in inches way faster but that scale was not letting me win .... sooo i fell into tilapagus... the worst wk of my life and i actually LIKED fish. ... by this week i had 12 lbs still to go how the hell was tilapagus going to shed 12lbs! I was stressing out!! My home scale was also against me and by Monday morning final weigh in I was positive i would not be able to roll over into the Hardbody challenge....my scale showed 5lbs away i walked into weighin upset but also proud that i hadnt given up .... that my husband encouraged me that it didnt mean it was over i could become a member and keep working ..... the trainer doing weigh ins yells at me to not be so negative to leaving that ish outside and to get on that scale proud of whatever # appears .... Well my friends 21.7 lbs !!!! I had beat the goal my advice to you DO NOT LOOK AT THE SCALE! DO NOT GIVE UP! FTDI FTDI FTDI! Its so important and vital to your challenge ! Embrace those fellow challengers and all the advice possible ! You will have days where their encouragement keeps you motivated! This really is an AFF. My husband and i are very happy that we made the decision to join it is worth well beyond the deposit that is required. When you see the dedication that is put into your person weight loss and health the return of your money no longer becomes a priority what you see in the mirror and the way you feel superseeds any amount of money! I had heard about this via Facebook. Free?? Sign me up! Hurdle #1 the $497 commitment fee. Lose the weight, get your money back, seemed fair to me. I gave them the credit card and off we go. Hurdle #2, went to the nutritional meeting, what the heck??? A short list of about 18 different things to choose from, a gallon of water, and no booze, every day for the next 42 days??? Oh hell NO! Sigh, I paid for it soooo, I'm definitely either committed, or I need to be committed. Hurdle #3 the workouts!!! I won't lie, limited hours available, and they are intense! I think I crawled through the first 2 weeks. Sore, heating pads, Advil, hot baths, Epson salts, I needed a nap after every workout. My friends and coworkers decided that I definitely needed to be committed. After 2 weeks, a miracle happened! Meals were set, no longer having the problem of "What is for dinner?" The workouts got easier and more routine. I felt guilty when I missed a day. I like the trainers. There were some days that I thought "they were plotting to kill me and I thought I might die on the gym floor", oddly enough, I still liked them. The positive vibes are amazing. I had a few bad days where other girls would talk me through the "I'm gonna give up" moments. There is no giving up, nobody lets you! Truly, I did not think I was going to succeed 100% but I had made peace with the idea that I may not have lost 20, but I had gained so much more. I had lost a ton of inches, dropped from a size 16 jeans to being able to zip up 12's. I was able to run a lap without gasping for breath, and do double classes without a nap! I had started the class using 5 lb weights, I was now up to between 12 and 15 lbs. I had gained confidence! Six weeks later, another miracle happened, I had lost 20.2 lbs. I'm not sure that anyone bounced around the room quite like I did on that moment! I LOVE this program! I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into a fitness routine, and feel better about themselves. read more

To start of I just want to say thanks to all my trainers for pushing me and believing in not just me but everyone that stepped onto that gym floor. I would also like to say thanks to all my New friends at the Camp, they pushed me further, helped me when I fell, cheered me when i felt like giving up, but most of thank you all for not knowing me but still willing to help me achieve my goal being there when I needed advice. With that being said, I never knew a 6 week challenge twice would change my life for good. In 12 weeks I lost 41 lbs and I feel better than ever I'm glad I have a better taste for food. I'm glad I finally realized that I needed to better myself not only for me but to see my kids grow up. I was very unhealthy couldn't even run half a lap with out heaving and walking the rest and coming in for water and now I can run a whole lap and more non stop. It took 100% of me to get up every morning at 415 just to b at the camp at 5am I love my sleep. But let me tell u the best 12 weeks of my life. I'm now healthier and I'm totally looking forward to continue with my healthy eating and exercise and also to making my kids a part of my healthy eating and exercise. I dropped form size 16-18 to now wearing size 11-12. I'm so proud of myself for setting a goal and achieving it but I wouldn't of been able to do it with out the camp and my mother. I Recommend this program to any one who is looking for motivation, positive vibes, and anyone who is willing to push themselves a little more and more every week. I joined this movement because I was at the end of my rope. With a myriad of medical issues and the only help from doctors telling me it would be better if I lost weight was for them to prescribe medications that all have a side effect of... you guessed it, Weight Gain! This was my last ditch effort to see if I could make the desired changes myself. This program has quite a few attraction factors 1) You are held accountable; need to have 30 check-ins in the 42 days, 2) the personal trainers really want you to succeed, 3) you are working out with people who all have the same goal; even people who are now members are not there to socialize, they are there to improve their health and bodies, and 4) you have an opportunity to make this huge change in your mental and physical self for FREE! Where else can you say you have the opportunity to get all of the money you paid for a program that includes a work out facility, access to personal trainers, an eating plan and constant motivation and support? No where, that's where. For people who know me, you know that my husband works out in our home and where he works and I have access to both of those places. One of the biggest differences for me was that while people at The Camp Transformation Center Oxnard "care" about me and my success, they don't care the same way my husband does in the "Oh you don't feel well, you should skip working out today." I need the push from someone who doesn't love me. =) Signing up was one of the best decisions ever. Is it a magic pill? No! But is it a carefully researched and designed program to work 100% of the time if you Follow the Damn Instructions (FTDI) 100% of the time and give it everything you have. Because it is a lifestyle change, you won't be dropping pounds like magic (although 20lbs in 6 weeks is pretty amazing), but you also won't be gaining them back quickly either. 6 weeks tc I started out at 171.0 lbs.. And lost a total of 27.2 lbs. in less than 6 weeks.. Yay..!! This challenge has put me thru hell and back.. A great test of will power and I have to say, it wasn't easy.. But I did it and exceeded past my expectations.. I don't recommend this 6 weeks transformation challenge to anyone.. Haha jk.. I think everyone should join.. Needs to join I should say.. Besides its FREE..!! You'll learn a great deal of things and not only that, but feel and apply these things you learned to your daily life.. The most important thing I learned was not to give up, even for a second.. It is too cold outside, your body is too sore, just another day off, or the bed is too comfy.. If you practice these little excuses everyday then you will build a habit to allow yourself to give up on the little stuff but it can all add up in the end.. But I stuck with it and didn't give up.. Every time I said no excuses and walked away.. I felt like I have built my will power to have a little more control each time.. Thanks to the trainers at the camp, I've became stronger than ever in my life.. The trainers here really push you to work hard and always motivating you to stay on your healthy diet.. "What you put in it is what you get out of it.." Everyone who started the challenge here with me has lost at least 20 lbs.. Which is amazing cause it means that their method works for everyone.. People of all ages, sizes, and even with health problems or physical problems has done it.. "FTDI.. Follow the damn instructions.." Lolz.. I wanna thank friends, family, and especially my lady for signing me up and supporting me.. Also, I wanna thank this 6 weeks transformation camp for changing my life mentally and physically FOREVER..
