I visited Earls Kitchen + Bar for lunch one Friday while I was in the area. It was my first time there, and I sat at the bar. The bartender provided good service, and the draft beer was nice and cold. For an appetizer, I had the street corn and avocado dip, which was really good. I followed that up with the tacos for my main course, and all of them were good as well. Overall, I give Earls a solid 4 stars. I'd like to come back one day and try it for dinner, but I would definitely make a reservation. For lunch, you should be fine without one.

I enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere, the bar, the service, the food, and drinks! Everything was really nice! Our waitress was very accommodating and gave great menu suggestions. If you looking for a casual night the handhelds are great, if you want a more upscale experience the steaks are your go too! Happy hour is great as well with half of drinks and some of their popular appetizers. Great place for a date night, girls night out, or a solo date!

I've been to Earls at Millenia three times now. I was really excited to try it the first time, and the other two visits happened because it was the restaurant the group chose. I kept hoping I'd have a better experience, but unfortunately, my opinion hasn't changed. The biggest positive is the location. It's in a great area, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. The service has also been consistently good. Every waitress I've had has been friendly, attentive, and professional. The food, though, just doesn't do it for me. I've ordered something different each visit, hoping to find a favorite, but I always leave feeling underwhelmed. The cocktails have tasted watered down, and most of the dishes have lacked the flavor I was expecting. On my most recent visit, I ordered the shrimp and scallop spaghettini. It was overwhelmingly pasta with very little seafood, and the dish itself was pretty bland. Of everything I've tried, the truffle fries and the Korean bibimbap were the standouts because they actually had some flavor. I can definitely understand why so many people enjoy Earls, and it's always busy, but it just isn't my style. If I'm in the Millenia area, there are several other restaurants I'd choose before coming back here. For me, the atmosphere and service are much stronger than the food.

I came here for the first time in a long time and was really disappointed. I was bringing a friend here for the first time ever and was honestly embarrassed. For starters, service was extremely slow. At least a 20 minute wait for each round of drinks. More than that for each plate of food. The food was a miss, lacking flavor. The drinks were weak and were not well balanced. I will probably never return because of how poor this experience was. The table was sticky and cleanliness was clearly not a priority.

Stopped by Earls Kitchen + Bar after shopping at The Mall at Millenia and honestly, such a dope lunch spot. Located on the second floor with indoor and outdoor seating the patio is definitely the best view, but this time I sat at the bar and still loved the vibe. I ordered the happy hour petite steak frites with truffle fries and it was the PERFECT lunch. Not too heavy, super flavorful, and those truffle fries were sooo good. I also had the Don Julio Reserve margarita with black salt because I'm a sucker for black salt on a margarita lol. Service was great too everyone was super attentive and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop at after shopping for good food, drinks, and a cute atmosphere.

Updated review I have returned. The customer service was better this time and the food was decent. Still not my choice when coming to this area but if you're looking for a nice aesthetic, then this would be the place to go. Love the atmosphere but the customer service for that day was very snooty and nice at that same time. The food came out hot and taste good but unsure if I would come back due to the customer service.

We visited into Earls for dinner. There were 4 of us dining. Our server was Trey. We tried the following: - Crispy birria tacos (appetizer) - Blackened chicken with the potato salad and Cole slaw - Classic burger with fries - Deluxe burger with fries - Steak (4 oz) with fries We passed on dessert. The menu looked really great, pastas, drinks and different things to choose from. Service was decent nice. Lemonade was like water and lemon, they could do better on that but everything else was good.

I came here for an early Sunday dinner and it was such a peaceful experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful, which made the whole vibe even better. We ordered the charred corn + avocado dip (great portion), the aburi salmon sushi press (definitely worth it and super flavorful), and the deluxe burger, which was really juicy. The Kentucky mules were good too, just a little strong on the ginger. Overall, I'd come back, especially to try more of their appetizers!

This restaurant is a gorgeous classy and very spacious establishment. Staff was very friendly. For lunch we had great service. Our first server left but Isabella took over and did an amazing job. I enjoyed the ahi tuna poke bowl, simple but exactly as described. My friend had the Cajun blackened chicken with fries nothing else and it was excellent. Wonderful lunch!

Stopped into Earls Kitchen + Bar at the Millenia Mall and grabbed a seat at the bar for happy hour -- a great choice overall. Started with a Ketel One slightly dirty martini with blue cheese olives (half price HH), which was absolutely delicious and a strong way to kick things off. For snacks, we ordered the Crispy Rice Sushi, a standout dish. The rice had a satisfying crunch, topped with spicy ahi tuna and finished with a sweet soy-based drizzle that tied everything together into a perfectly balanced bite. We also tried the Birria Tacos, served alongside a heavenly consommé. The tacos were small, crisp, and nicely spicy, making them dangerously easy to keep reaching for. Definitely a highlight of the visit. The space itself is stylish and well designed, with comfortable bar seating and a properly placed foot rail that makes settling in easy for a longer stay. Service started a bit slow, likely due to only one bartender managing the crowd early on. Around 6 PM a second bartender arrived, and after a brief conversation he mentioned a family issue had delayed his shift -- completely understandable. Once both were behind the bar, service noticeably improved, and it was reassuring to know the bar is typically staffed by two. All in all, a very enjoyable happy hour experience with great bites, strong cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll gladly stop back in next time I'm in the area.

LOVE Earls! food is always amazing, I've never had a bad experience with service... this time around Charlize was our waitress and she was just the best! Great energy, so sweet, made sure our table was taken care of during our entire visit. I only wish they would bring back the buffalo cauliflower lol

There are so many different tapas to order from, and the best way to try as many as you can is to order the "Get 'Em All" that's offered at their Happy Hour. You can get like 9 different tapas for around $20. My absolute favorite item is the Cajun Chicken Egg Roll. It's stuffed with a good amount of chicken, goat cheese, some veggies, and is served with this not-so-tangy mustard sauce. For all the food that was provided, this is such a good deal. There are a ton of other menu items available, that the "Get 'Em All" doesn't cover, that are also definitely worth trying. The entire place is eclectic and oozing with art and creativity. The walls are covered in paintings and other art pieces made by local artists. Each artwork can be purchased to support them. Sometimes there is a live artist working on their art. You can support them directly by purchasing some prints or any completed pieces they have on display.

I'm glad we picked it because the whole experience was a lot of fun. The first thing you notice is all the artwork and colorful decor. Then a live contortionist started performing while we were eating, which definitely wasn't something I was expecting but made the place feel even more unique. Sebastian took great care of us. We had a few gluten free and other dietary restrictions at the table, and he answered every question without missing a beat. That kind of service always stands out. I had the sweet potato, the street corn and the butter chicken tikka masala, and every plate was worth ordering. I also tried the Starry Night cocktail. I normally avoid vodka whenever I can, but this drink completely won me over. Easily one of the best cocktails I've had in a while. If you're already heading to the attractions on I Drive or catching a movie nearby, I'd definitely recommend stopping here. Great food, creative drinks and an atmosphere that's just plain fun without feeling like a tourist trap.

The ambiance and feel of the bar is very "sultry" and "intimate." The mood lighting, dark paneling/interiors paired with the bar itself being lit to be the center of attention, lends itself to the secretiveness and LURE that a modernized speakeasy would provide. I truly enjoy stepping foot into this little hidden, but NOT so hidden, gem (which can be accessed from the interior to Talay). Service can be slow at times - especially when they are busy. However, the staff is usually always gracious, helpful, and willing to serve. The few great mixologists I've met there have also been very willing to break down how they make their drinks and really give us a glimpse into their world. So, I'm appreciative of that. That is not something that you can always expect at bars. As for the drinks (and food I'll glaze over), I am usually not left disappointed. I appreciate that seasonally they play with their drink menu and introduce new cocktails. I also love a handful of their signature drinks on the menu. This may be the only bar I've had a drink with Aperol in it that I actually ENJOYED (and not tolerated). The pricing can get high depending on what you order, but for the area and the going rate of a night out, they hold their own. Definitely don't pop into Noir if you are looking for an AFFORDABLE cocktail experience because the tab will creep up on you. The food is OKAY. They share a kitchen with Talay and offer some items not on the Talay menu - which is nice. However, I rarely eat when I visit, so the few times I have, it's been okay. Nothing to truly brag home about. I am happy, though, that they did start offering food because in the very beginning (when they first opened), that was not an option. Anyways, Noir Bar is GREAT (to me)! I will keep coming here and recommending it to others. It's also great for a date night or night out with your friends. It's in a decent location - but please take heed of parking in this area, as it can be challenging to find FREE street parking. However, there is parking available all around and in various garages nearby.
