After 3 different trips, they were unable to fix the problem and inferred I was imagining it. I got under the van, found the issue and spent quite a few hours fixing it myself. I couldn't continue to breath the fumes. When I bought the van from them, they gave me a nice clean Carfax report. However, they gave me a report that did not include significant engine work they had done AFTER the report. If I had known I would never have bought the van. I won't deal with them again and would suggest you not buy a used vehicle from them no matter their "warranty."

Once I got to the store I spoke with another sales person who ended up selling me one of the cars I was looking at. I worked with him and another guy to complete the sale. They were all great, and easy to work with. My situation was unique, given I was from out of state visiting family in Indiana. Before I made any deal on a car I asked if it would be okay that I mail the title for my trade in once I return to my home state. They assured me that was fine. After agreeing on a price, I paid a $1000 deposit because the car I purchased had some scratches they agreed to fix before the sale. I would be able to return Monday to finish the paperwork and get the vehicle. I returned Monday with a money order to purchase the vehicle. At the bank it had slipped my mind that I had already paid a deposit, so I ended up getting a money order for more than I had left to pay on the vehicle. When I took it in we realized the error and they told me they would just write me a reimbursement check that I could pick up the next day. I went in on Tuesday to pick up that check and it "wasn't ready" but they promised they would have it ready the next day. Instead of wasting more time, I waited to go in until Thursday. When I went inside Thursday I encountered John. John came to speak with me and asked me about the title situation. I told him that it would be mailed when I got home the following Tuesday, as had been discussed verbatim before I made the purchase. John decided that instead of issuing me my refund check as promised, he was going to hold it hostage until he gets the title the following week. I don't have an issue with that agreement given the circumstances, but I had 1.) already been told I could pick up the check each of the past 2 days (and wasted time and gas driving back and forth to the dealership) 2.) he only had the leverage of the $833 he owed me because I accidentally over payed for the car John continued to try to get me to point out specific people who had made the agreement with me so he could chew them out instead of taking ownership and keeping his promise like a true leader would. Instead of pointing fingers at his subordinates I'm planning to bite the bullet and just send the title before I get reimbursed the $833 that they owe me. With that being said, this dealership doesn't deserve better than its 3 star rating when someone like John is calling the shots.

Helped us decide by bringing in the two versions of Hyundai we were interested in a placed them side by side and went through the differences to allow us to choose what fit us best. Dealing for price was also a good experience. They did not try to low ball me on the trade in like the last one in Noblesville did. I knew what my car was worth and they met it which surprised me. Jeoff in financing also worked hard to get the deal I could live with. Would definitely recommend if looking for car.

I finally went in under the guise of getting all this help, new programs to help me get into a better payment, etc. I hate having my time wasted and wasting other people's time. I told them from the start there was no point in coming in but they push and push and push and promise that they have all these incentives one could qualify for in order to get top dollar for my trade (on top of being a GM Legacy potential deal as my dad worked for GM). I bought this car through a customer service repair associate (after a previous terrible experience). Previously, I was able to use my warranties as down payments. Now, Stoops has a new owner and because it isn't the "old Stoops" I could only get cash back after my trade in. I couldn't use that same cash back toward a down payment meaning my payment would still be sky high. This is ridiculous and I am highly upset. I was told my credit was fine and I could be approved but there was nothing they could do about keeping me at a better (or even the same) payment. I also had an email about $7/down. Also false advertising that they like to hit you with in order to get you inside and waste your time.
