We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

I've had to file two complaints with the CSLB against Fifi Aoun in the last year for illegally…read moreputting a lien on my home after she tried to charge me more money outside my contract at the end of a bathroom remodel done 5/2025. Her foreman broke my bathroom vanity, lighting fixture, and even came into my home without my permission at the end to pick up extra material when I was at work. They installed my tub with the hot/cold reversed, and also installed handles meant for my bathroom on a random hallway cabinet. She did not get a permit for the bathroom remodel in 2025 or the toilets she installed in 2021 that are now leaking and causing water damage in the vinyl plank flooring that was also installed by Abbey Carpet in 2021- they did not put a barrier under the flooring over the concrete floor, so my floor has air gaps and the planks are curving and cracking. I brought this up to Fifi during my bathroom remodel, and she told me that when I got the flooring done in 2021, the barrier wasn't a requirement and she would "work with me" and nothing came out of that after she put a lien on me to try to get money back from her foreman damaging my house and took weeks longer than the job should have. They installed a shower system in my guest bathroom 5/2025 as well, and the shower pan just failed so now there is a leak with that and the toilets mentioned above. I reached out to her to get copies of paperwork because I have barely anything, and no response. The CSLB told me that she was getting fined for other things they found and said that she did not give me all of the paperwork I should have. She was forced to remove the lien from my home when they saw I paid her in full for the contract. I am now having to look into this all again and she is silent and refusing to send me copies of my file after she already got penalized by the CSLB last year.
