No stars from me! Carpet Hero did a very poor job on my carpet. When I called them to redo the living room he told me the carpet was old, badly soiled. When asked was this the best you could do he stated he would come back but charge me for gas. I agreed. He cancelled the 1st appt and sais he sprained his foot, cancelled the second appt reports he was in the hospital with covid. This is a rental property and I was in a time crunch. I needed to hire someone else to do the job. Very poor job, not responsible for his work. No accountability. I would NEVER hire this company again. Hired them for carpet and tile cleaning & I'm extremely happy with the results! Anthony was very responsive! We discussed square footage by messages and he gave me a quote. The whole process was quick and easy. Our carpets look like new again. We had one particularly gross looking stain where apple juice was spilled at the top of the stairs and wouldn't come out with hand scrubbing but looks great now. I never called any person a dirty Mexican. The stains in the house was caused by grandkids, not by a pet. I do own a husky. Husky are very picky in where they go to pee. Which is outside. Carpet is old, but still in good shape. I appreciate people providing a service, but do a good job. Never mind the stains. Notice the dirt lines they failed to vacuum up. Not good service or professional etiquette at all!! Anthony gave a quote to my wife over the phone of 175.00 to 200.00 to clean our title flooring downstairs and two bathrooms upstairs. He shows up and says he can't do the upstairs because of our wood stairs, I ask did he have blankets to cover the floor he said no, but if I had some he could use ours. Then said he could do just the downstairs for 175.00. He started at 12:22 and was done by 1:10 and packed ready to leave by 1:25. Anthony then said all done ready to go. As we started to look at the flooring the grout was still dirty, Anthony said it had to dry then you will see the results, I said I'm not paying 175.00 for 45 min/ hour of work and it's not no different from when you came in, I don't make 175.00 an hour. Anthony said to bad you don't make 175.00 and if you want the grout clean you should replace your entire flooring. I ask for him to leave my home, he said you gonna pay me one way or another or I will sue you. I am sad to have To give a one star to carpet hero's but I have used them once before had a great experience unfortunately I recently used them for carpet cleaning and was very unhappy with the outcome, my carpet looks like it had a good vacuuming as opposed to cleaning. When I called to say I was unhappy I was told it could be redone But not for a couple weeks, they wouldn't charge for labor but I would need to pay gas as well cleaning products In which I feel if it was done well in the first place then I wouldn't be looking at any extra cost, to say the least I didn't get it redone. We have a rental home in San Jacinto and the renters have been living there for 4 years well in the whole 4 years they never cleaned it. Yayyy so happy I didn't have to replace the carpet in my hallway.... my two cats love lounging in my hallway and they spill there food and litter all the time, I really thought I would have to replace it because the smell was getting worse. Tony has been to our house twice in the last few weeks. The first time we had him clean the carpets in our entire house. Our carpets came out very clean with the exception of two spots in front of furniture that didn't completely come out. He told us he would come out again with a different machine and redo those areas. We asked if he would come to clean our two family room sofas and a recliner when he returned. Today he cleaned our furniture and it looks great. He also cleaned the two spots from the previous visit with another machine/technique. Not only did he clean those two areas, he redid the entire carpet in that room. While it may take a little longer to dry on these cloudy days we feel the extra drying time is due to the deep cleaning our carpets received. His prices are reasonable. After he left I asked if he did area rugs and he came back a few days later and cleaned my rug for free since he technically included that room in his price. Pulled up in a minivan, late because apparently they "wrote my address down wrong." My carpets were saturated with water and no fans were used. Carpets weren't super dirty to begin with so I can't really say if they got cleaned. But they were wet for 3 days. And by wet I mean drenched. Oh- and they stretched it all of my carpets so now I have huge bubbles of carpet all over my house that weren't there before. Now I have to hire someone to fix their mess... Not a good experience!!! I needed to have my carpets cleaned in time for my sons first birthday. He did not show up the day of and an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time and after not receiving any contact from him. I messaged him and asked him if he was still coming for the day. He then replied that he wouldn't be able to make it. I told him I needed to get the carpets done by the following day otherwise it would be too late for the party. He offered to come by the next morning but showed up more than 30 minutes late. I don't know if he was rushing to get out of there so that I could head into work after he had showed up late but the carpets were not cleaned at all. I have had other carpet companies clean up the same stains off my carpet and every time my carpet has come out perfectly clean and spotless. Unfortunately my carpet still has massive stains all over and it and it seems like none of them came out. I wish I had paid $10 more and gone with the last company we used.
