If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. I will never order from this place again. I called to let them know that one of my orders of crab was extremely too spicy and after driving 30min to get the food, was asked to bring back my food so they can re-drop my order to eliminate the spices that are on there. If this place is taking food that was already eaten off of and placing it back in their boil I feel that is truly disgusting!!! Then as I explained the the GM, Kaitlyn that the drive was 30 min for me she asked If I can save my crabs and bring it tomorrow for them to drop. What in the world kind of policy is that!!! She informed me that the owner created it which I find that highly unsanitary and disgusting. I never asked for my entire order to be fixed just the 1lb of crab legs that really didn't even look like a lb. 78.00 was wasted on this horrible restaurant. Idk why but I'm starting to think this building is cursed...Within the past few years, this building has changed into so many different restaurants lol. But this time, the restaurant and food is actually good! The curse might be lifted! It's good seafood/Cajun at a decent price. Scenery is kind of ugly and the place could be cleaner, but mehh. I ordered a Chicken tender Po boy. It was tasty. The sauce is pretty good. Not the best, but still flavorful. Girlfriend ordered some crabs. They were good, as well as the potatoes that came with. Nice and perfectly soft. Also had to order me some shrimp and crawfish gumbo. Was pretty good. Again, not the best, but delicious. Overall I was pretty satisfied with this place. It's a solid restaurant. Most important thing is that it's obvious that all the food is FRESH. A big must in a seafood/Cajun restaurant. I'll be back for sure to try something else. Extremely disappointed in this place. I called in my order over the phone and after arriving 30 minutes later was told it was NOT ready and that they were out of an item that I ordered. What a waste of time. I did not receive any communication about any part of my order. Two things I hate wasting are time and money and they wasted both of those today. I would give this place four stars but yesterday must not have been a good day.. at my job we all order. I always get the shrimp po boy which I must say are really good. Yesterday I tried the shrimp etouffee with fried shrimp.... the etoufee was not so good it was bland and was just shrimp and rice.. THE hush puppies are awesome. The meal came with two sides I ordered double corn and potatoes and it didn't have the boil in crawfish taste. My coworker order gumbo in a bowl and it looked like she got a cup she was very upset how 7 bucks got her a cup of rice and nothing much... I wasn't feeling to hot and wanted some gumbo. Glad that this place opened up in Humble because we don't have many good places to choose from in the area as far as seafood is concerned. As I arrived I was greeted by the cashier, she took my order and offered a soft drink while I wait which was nice. Someone in the HKA facebook group said this gumbo was good so I decided to check it out. It had okra,sausage, crawfish, and shrimp. However, it taste like is was made from a box mix. The food is good but the last time we were there, Friday evening, the restrooms so were filthy I wouldn't allow my granddaughter to touch anything in there. We first visited when they opened and that was a great experience! I had a poboy and hubby had gumbo and we both loved the cheese grits. We went for early lunch and it wasn't crowded, I had a complimentary margarita (or 2) and it was a great dining experience. We took the kids this past Friday night and it was a terrible experience. We arrived and placed our name on the clipboard and were told to order our food once our name was called. 30 minutes later we were told we could order and go find a table- by this time the littles were extremely hungry. I ordered the largest chicken tender platter for the kids to share, they each got a red beans and rice, shrimp and grits for eldest, fried shrimp and oysters for me, and gumbo and side of cheese grits and 1 fillet for hubby. My shrimp and oysters had no flavor and all the batter fell off because they were not cooked properly. The oysters were very tiny and you get three of each, but the cheese grits were still delicious! The chicken tenders were a joke- there were three or four normal sized tenders and a bunch of popcorn sized nuggets. I asked the waitress why we only had 3 tenders and the rest were tiny nuggets and she said I don't know that's just how they come I guess! I continued to complain and she offered to bring them more tenders...she brought out one more tender ($12 for 4 tenders and around 6 nuggets). The cheese grits were the only thing we all loved. One of the cashiers was cleaning up a spill near our table and she suggested we try the homemade banana pudding and key lime pie. We ordered 1 slice of pie and 3 puddings- pie was delicious, one pudding was firm, the other two were completely watery! The pudding is from a box at best and how they served liquid pudding is beyond me. I would consider ordering the cheese grits to go, but I will never eat this over priced low quality food again nor would I ever put my kids through this chaotic waiting system. Get it together Catch! I can't believe we haven't gone there sooner! The food was excellent and the drink prices were awesome! We started with the oysters that came with horseradish, cocktail sauce and crackers. This was the absolute worst crawfish we have ever ordered. No flavor at all and they got the seasoning wrong on our order. Not sure if that would have made a difference because the tails tasted like Vienna Sausage water. They also forgot our corn and potatoes and order of beignets. My family was very disappointed because we spent well over a 100 dollars trying to have a nice Easter dinner at our house while practicing safe social distancing guidelines to protect high risk family members in our families. By far the worst seafood establishment in Atascocita. I went today around lunch time to be rudely "greeted" by a younger woman at the counter. she impatiently pointed to the sign when I asked her if they had crawfish in season and once i received the crawfish I wished they wouldn't have been. 3 of the crawfish in our 2 lb bowl were pregnant, muddy, fell apart when we tried to open them. some were over cooked and the meat was stuck to the shell as some were dirty and completely falling apart. My friend also had food poisoning 20-30 minutes after the meal. Definitely won't be returning, way too expensive for the awful quality of food they serve at this establishment. read more

My wife and I tried this place for the first time. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to closing. We were well greeted as we entered. The prices were much higher than I am used to considering the small portions ($11 for one small filet and 4 shrimp).There are other places in Atascocita that provide larger portions for the same price. The service was slow for fried foods. 5 tables tables were dirty and 4 others were taken. We were limited in our seating choice and was not able to sit on clear view of the television. I've been 4 times & I've had the jumbo shrimp, popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders, & white fish. All four entrees were delicious! However, I do have some complaints. The portions have gotten smaller overtime, yet the prices have remained the same (about $10-$12 a basket). When the restaurant first opened I was able to share a basket with someone & we'd both be full- we can no longer do that. However, my number one complaint are the French fries! They look good but they taste terrible! I get it is a seafood restaurant, but please get a separate frier for the fries! The fries taste like dirty fish every single time! The catfish here was slightly above average, but it was difficult to enjoy my food after the frustrating experience that was ordering and getting a table. Apparently upon arrival, you have to locate someone with a clipboard in order to be placed on the waitlist since there is no designated host stand. Once your party's name is called and your table is ready, instead of being seated at your table, you are directed to a line where you then stand to place your party's order. We are thrilled to have a quality southern seafood spot so close to home. We ordered the Admiral's Platter (huge) which allowed us to try many of the items on their menu. Each item was seasoned well and tasted awesome! On top of that we walked in around 9:30 on a Monday night (the venue closes at 10) and was welcomed to stay as long as we liked. And though most establishments will make the same statement the owners and workers at the Catch made us feel as though we were truly welcomed and their honored guests at that late hour. First off the fish was very good. I had fried shrimp and hubs had oysters and catfish. Our French fries were not fresh; you could tell they were using old fries. The hush puppies were not good either. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was dirty and tables not clean. We went to five different tables to find a clean one and finally asked it to be wiped down. The chair seats had not been washed down either. We did like how they give you a table first but you don't sit down until you order at the front. The meal came out in a timely fashion. Ordered 1/2IB of crab aNd shrimp, with only TWO shrimps that came with it.. sent it back for it to be corrected only for them to bring back the original pan I sent back plus the correct one. Cool. No biggie until another lady who worked there tried to make it seem I ate the crab THEY sent back to the tablE for free, like an extra 3 legs was going to hurt them for messing up orders. A friend of ours waited 20-25 min on their IB of crab which he had to repeatedly tell the "waitresses" what he ordered everytime they came back and only for them to still put the wrong flavor on it.
