My husband has been wanting to try the Catch since we keep passing by it. The restaurant is small but has several booths lined against the wall and a counter to order. We got the fried tilapia and shrimp combo with hush puppies and an order of the lemon pepper boneless wings which turned out to be more like chicken tenders. The fish was fried perfectly and the shrimp were enormous. Hush puppies were a bit heavy for me but they had a ton of them. I really enjoyed the boneless wings as they had great flavor. First let me say that my cousin warned me that it was garbage, so I decided to go on Tuesday night and I ordered the seafood boil I guess that's what it was it had boil shrimp, two small potatoes, corn on the cob, extra dollar for one boiled egg and two crab with body and legs that was the size of a 10 year old! I came in again after not being around in a while. Ordered two jumbo shrimp baskets and two catfish baskets. Also a large red beans and rice. Red beans and rice was a bit more soupy than I am used to but was packed with flavor. Baskets were good and the hush puppies probably the best part of everything. I finally tried this restaurant after seeing the multiple photos and posts from their social media feed. They were packed - even at 5-6pm on an early Saturday evening. I ordered the Cajun Special which is 2 Catch Fried Fish served over a Bed of Red Beans & Rice, Grilled Sausage, Garlic Bread and 2 Hush Puppies. It does not come with any sides but is more than enough to make you full! I think I ended up leaving 1 or 2 pieces of sausage because it was so much! The fried fish came hot and crispy, not limp and soggy like some seafood restaurants serve it. The staff were attentive and courteous - they wore masks and gloves. Overall I had a great experience. Great affordable and fresh seafood. I had a basket of four jumbo shrimp and seasoned French fries with hush puppies. The seafood was very fresh and they give free beer and frozen margaritas!!! The reason for the 3 star review, the food was a little too salty for my liking. I ordered 1 pound of snow crab with corn and potatoes, garlic butter medium. This is one of the most reasonably priced places for boiled snow crab. Also we tried the beignets but they were bland. I would suggest serving it with a side of honey or condensed milk to dip for flavor. I also appreciate the fact that they are offering dine in (COVID-19) The customer service was good. I visited last night just for curiosity plus I was craving for an oyster po-boy. When I arrived it was semi-busy, and almost no seating available. Good thing I was planning on having my order to go. I wish I could say that I enjoyed the oyster po-boy, but I can't. The oysters themselves were over seasoned and very salty; I couldn't taste the oysters. Otherwise, the rest of the sandwich was good.
