Giant lounge inside! I have to go out of my way sometimes to get to this lounge if in the other terminal. There are two Amex lounges at LAS airport. Wait at this location gets up to only 15 minutes here. Plenty of food options and drinks and outlets. Everyone is nice and friendly here. I got a free Touchland hand sanitizer on my last visit at the Clear booth. There are also two restrooms inside. For breakfast, they had a delicious chorizo potato dish and spinach banana smoothie. Don't forget to grab a mimosa. Local Mothership Coffee Roasters is served here which is amazing! There are free postcards and mints on your way out. Can't wait to mail them out to the fam. read more

It's really a hit or miss at this location whether or not you have a long wait. On this visit my timing was perfect. There was no wait and the shower was available. Also they added an ice cream station available till 630pm. All wins in my books. Service here was 5 stars. While visiting airline lounges is certainly a unique thing that only so many people have experienced, there are different classes of airline lounges, and I truly believe that Centurion Lounges are among the better ones (at least within the United States). I had always looked forward to traveling through Dallas or Philadelphia, or another city with a Centurion Lounge. Today, while traveling through Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to visit the Centurion Lounge, which is known for chef-inspired food and drinks that go well beyond cheese and crackers and house wines. At Terminal 1 right by gate D1 at the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport, I used to visit the Admirals Club (years ago before they closed it) and also The Club (through Priority Pass), though every now and then, I'll brave the line and visit the Centurion Lounge. Today, there was no line and I was able to walk right in on a Wednesday around 11:30 AM. When I was leaving, though, there was a line but it was all inside the main doors to the lounge. There have been times when there was a line outside and everyone left their phone numbers, and they got a call back to visit when a spot opened up in the lounge. I was greeted and directed into the lounge where I passed a large relaxing lounge area and then a bar with a buffet style table nearby. I found a comfortable seat near the buffet table and grabbed some lunch right when it was taken out (as breakfast food was just stopped only minutes before I arrived). The food kept coming out, which included a hot chicken dish, a hot potato dish, salads, veggies, and several desserts including cookies (among more food that I didn't choose to try). I was certainly filled up prior to heading to my flight shortly thereafter. While my gate was in the D-concourse, I took the moving walkway and found that it was only a 5 minute walk to get from the Centurion Lounge to my gate. The Centurion Lounge is located in Terminal 1 across from Gate D1. The hours are 5 AM to 11 PM daily. The lounge's amenities include a premium bar with complimentary drinks and food, high-speed wifi, workspaces, print/fax/copy, and magazines and newspapers. While many clubs offer an opportunity for anyone to buy a one-day pass, the Centurion Lounge does not. Rather, only American Express card holders who have a Centurion Card, AMEX Platinum, or one of a few select other cards can access it complimentary as a card benefit. Back in 2023, a new per-person guest charge was enacted while the card holder can continue to access the lounge for free (unless the cardholder spent $75,000 or more on their card). The chaos has been efficiently relocated to right outside the doors, where people are registering for the waitlist. Once you make it past the velvet rope, the vibe shifts completely. Inside? Peaceful, clean, and genuinely pleasant. I didn't try the food this time since I wasn't hungry, but this lounge consistently delivers on local flavors and tasty meals, so they're usually a safe bet. 2 hours before boarding and the lounge wait is 5 minutes. Might as well. Quick check in and the staff is very accommodating. Plenty 'quiet spots' despite the 5 minute wait to get in. Love the ambiance of this lounge. You could 'get lost' in one of their cubbies. So mind your boarding times! Food is the usual fare. Chicken curry, cilantro rice, roast potatoes, some salads and pumpkin soup. Drinks to your hearts content. Cookies, pastries tiramisu for dessert. My second time at this location. I always have trouble finding this lounge at the Vegas airport but get there eventually! Once you get the trams down, you're good to go-maybe I just need to return sooner. With that said, I truly enjoy the Centurion lounges. They offer a high selection of menu items and cocktails as well. The space is very well laid out and the ambience is relaxed. There's plenty of seating for both families and individuals which makes it feel tranquil and welcome. Today was a good day to visit as it was not very crowded. If I could compare the experience to an outfit, it would be a banana republic suit with a crisp T-shirt, nice belt, and a comfortable pair of loafers. They got the job done. This is one of the more spacious Centurion Lounges out there. It's very easy to get to if you're in the D concourse as it is right next to gate D1. They have the normal food and drink offerings that you'd expect at an AMEX lounge, and they were doing a good job of keeping the food well stocked. I can't here as a member and happened to arrive when the switch off from breakfast to lunch was occurring so I was able to sample both breakfast and lunch. The lunch was lacking any meat, no bacon, sausage, anything like that. But the lunch had a pretty good chicken dish. All in all, this is a pretty good location. read more

Sometimes the best part of traveling is the trip itself. My friend took me to the Centurion Lounge and what a night and day experience when waiting for your flight. I'm talking about a buffet for lunch with greens and proteins, a bar, desserts, sitting lounges and wall chargers. For lunch, there was garlic chicken, kale and watermelon salad, parsnip soup, penne pasta, jasmine rice, and feta cheese. For dessert, there was Meyer lemon bars, chocolate chip cookies, strawberry basil sorbet and toffee ice cream (which were being churned in front of us). The lemon bars were bursting with fresh lemon flavor and the chocolate chip cookies were thin and soft. I would recommend the toffee ice cream if they have it, but I think the menu rotates. They don't have servers, but the staff there do remove your plates and drinkware when you are done. It was quite nice to have a semi-restaurant feel in the middle of a busy airport. The staff were all very kind and polite and worked efficiently to keep the area clean. I would say for the most part a lot of people around us were polite as well. No one touched anyone's things or fought for space or chargers and I did appreciate that, but I would still carry my belongings with me. The coffee station made lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and regular coffee. The latte was very good. There was a wide range of fancy teas too. An elevated version of chamomile tea with rooibos is not something I have seen before. It was good with a complex flavor of florals. The bar made several drinks for us. I especially liked their version of an Old Fashioned and the alcohol soaked cherry was fabulous with my toffee ice cream I put together. The bathroom was very clean and has fancy lotion and soap (I think it was L'Occitane?) instead of the usual commercial bulk product I'm used to. As for seating, there are a variety of single tables, to cubbies you can curl up to close your eyes for a bit, or larger tables for groups. For being busy, it didn't feel chaotic and I think that was the nice part about this lounge. It made your trip mentally more enjoyable and the better quality of food definitely helps along the way. Please check the rules and guidelines before visiting any lounge as it is not a camping ground and space is limited. A great place to relax while waiting for a flight This lounge is located in the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas, specifically in Concourse D near gates D3-D17. Access is available to American Express Centurion or Platinum cardholders, or through day passes for qualifying guests. We visited while awaiting a departing flight and found it a welcome respite from the busy terminal. The signature blue entrance features a prominent helmeted centurion statue, and you ascend via stairs or elevator to the check-in desk. Check-in was quick and seamless, with friendly staff welcoming us into the spacious, modern lounge. The design is very pretty, with ample seating options including high-top tables, cozy chairs, and a wall of window seats overlooking the tarmac, gates, planes, and distant mountains. We got one of the 2-person tables by the window with a fantastic view. A well-stocked breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices like fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, yogurt, and hot items. They also had self-serve drinks including coffee, juices, and a full bar for premium cocktails if desired. The staff was exceptional, constantly circulating to clear tables, refill items, and assist guests with a smile. Restrooms are located in the back corner, up a short set of steps. They were clean, though the men's room had only one stall, which could be a minor inconvenience during peak times. Overall, it's an excellent place to unwind, recharge, or work before or between flights, It is infinitely better than the standard airport waiting areas. Dealing with a 6-hour delay is tough, but this lounge made it much easier. The Amex app waitlist worked perfectly for our one-hour wait. Compared to my previous visits to the SEA location, the service here was much warmer and more professional. I love the lounge when I come to the airport. We had to wait a few minutes since they were booked, but it wasn't a huge wait and we got a text when it was our turn. The food was really good, chicken was moist and tender. You can get free drinks at the bar and of course definitely tip if you can. They have bathrooms, showers, quiet rooms. If I have flown out of Reid Airport 100+ times over the years, this is actually the first time I have been in this lounge. My bar was high for this lounge and unfortunately it did not exceed my expectations, maybe one notch below making my expectations and thus my 2 rating. I might have been here on another day or another time and might think differently, but I am certain that I would have only given this airport lounge a 3 at best. But on this visit, just a 2. This is an American Express lounge and my husband and I are here because it is free to us with our specific Amex card, but if you are paying for this lounge, I would say not worth it, especially if you are a seasoned traveler to airport lounges around the globe. Unless you might plan on being at the airport for many hours and need a spot like this to spread yourself out, it would be worth it...maybe. Staff was nice, lounge is large and has the right modern look, but soft goods are worn (like real worn). Bathroom is small and scuffed. The bathroom is clean, but needs a refresh. L'Occitane hand soap is a nice detail not lost on me, but only three stalls and the morning I am here one is not operational for the lock is broken. For a lounge with 466 max patrons as stated near the front, this seems grossly inadequate. It's in the "details" that this lounge could be better. The interaction with the staff and the "details" I am seeing with the staff are positive and I am noting as friendly, welcoming and helpful, and Amex should know that. The "details" of the coffee bar I am noting is having hazelnut syrup which seems fun and unique, but the carafe of regular coffee is not hot at 6:40am on the Monday morning that I am there (you would kind of think that would be the exact time to find the carafe the hottest ). The "detail" of lots of seating options from tables and chairs to more cooshy seated alcoves, but the fabric in those alcoved seats have holes, tears and are severely worn. The "detail" of hot breakfast items, but very limited to fruit, potatoes, water based eggs and a giant pot sausage compared to my expectation of other airport lounges and absolutely nothing vegetarian or green at all. So I am somewhat certain this is my first and last review for my first and last visit to the Centurion Lounge at Reid Airport. read more

The American Express Centurion Lounge in Las Vegas has become the perfect example of why "premium" no longer means premium. First, the absurd wait just to get in. Then the barely polite front desk staff reminding you -- almost with satisfaction -- that "this is not a Delta Lounge" and that your Delta Diamond status means absolutely nothing here. Oh, and if your guest wants to join you? That'll be another $50. Apparently loyalty only matters when they're charging annual fees. Once inside, it somehow gets worse. The lounge is overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable, with only TWO toilets serving what felt like 100+ people. For a supposedly elite experience, it's closer to an airport bus terminal at peak holiday travel. The highlight was the cleaning staff deciding an hour into my stay that my chair "could not be turned." While I was getting food, they removed it entirely and casually informed me they would "bring another chair." Nothing says luxury lounge experience like coming back from the buffet to find your seat gone. At this point, I genuinely wonder what the value is of carrying an Amex Platinum/Centurion card and maintaining Delta Diamond status if this is the experience. Delta would be well advised to invest in more of its own lounges instead of relying on overcrowded third-party spaces that clearly cannot handle the demand. read more

I have an Amex Platinum card that gives me access to Centurion Lounges. This lounge is located in Las Vegas in Terminal 3. I believe there are three lounges in Terminal 3: Amex, Priority Pass & United. I have been to all three, and IMHO, the Amex lounge is pretty mediocre. They have hot food for breakfast, but none of it was real memorable. The space has a lot of nooks & crannies, which makes it seem smaller. We felt cramped at a table for two, and we only had a large backpacks. We would have felt even more cramped if we had carry on luggage. Another downside is the small restroom. I know there was only one toilet, and I believe there is only one urinal. There is no shower vs the Priority Pass lounge that has multiple showers. Lastly, they charge $50 for guests. Priority pass lounges do not charge for the first two guests. For United lounges, I receive 4 free passes a year on cards that cost much less vs the Platinum card. The only saving grace was the staff. They were friendly and hard working. However, I was expecting something higher level here bc of the Amex panache. read more

The food was good, my only issue was there had no bottles of water not even for me to buy so after waiting to get in then eating I had to go back out and buy water to bring on the airplane.
