He's told me on two separate occasions that he would stop by in the next two days, but he hasn't shown and he hasn't followed up by phone. Accurate's a local business and apparently a fixture in Albany/Irving Park. I'd love to support it, but it's got to communicate better with its customers. If my job is too small or if Accurate's workload is too big, fine. Just tell me, and I will call someone else. Just don't leave me hanging for a week.

Throughout the entire communication I told him that - like any reasonable working person - I have to modify my schedule to anticipate them coming or even look into my request, and each time they either did not respond or gave me a date that they did not meet. I would also routinely walk into their facility and follow up, and they'd assure me they'll get to it, but just blew me off. I can't comment on their work, but only complete lack of organization, professionalism, and general care of their prospective customers. Would not recommend.

We had an issue that went through our insurance company. For the mitigation portion of the job A-Emergency was quick to respond and presumably did a fine job. The issue is that they refused to do the repairs, which was supposed to happen several weeks ago. Part of the reason we selected them is because they supposedly handle both mitigation and repairs so we wouldn't have to find a plumber, carpenter, and floor installer ourselves. They kept putting us off though. First, the supervisor was supposed to inspect the mitigation and take measurements, but we were told he had been out sick for a couple of weeks with Covid-19. When we talked to him on the phone he claimed he'd only been out sick for one day. We didn't feel comfortable having him in our home so the company sent out someone else to take measurements. Now, after weeks of waiting for the job to be completed, the company called and said they don't have time because they've been busy due to flooding, looting, and fires happening in the Chicago area. What kind of company handles clients this way? You stop mid-job because other jobs come along? I own a small business and I cannot imagine leaving one job to start another one.

Our skylights busted from last week's hail storm and we needed to remove the broken glass, board up the holes, and order new windows. They were accomodating, professional, neat, and came recommended by the glass company. We haven't been billed yet, but the insurance adjuster said they would take care of it.
