We had a Kickass Waiter by the name of Tommy. He was Very Engaging & Helpful with some solid tips on recommendations plus he was Extremely cordial & promptly accommodating. Gave us some hot fresh bread n butter plus water glasses. Then gave us time to examine the large menu of various selections. We ordered an avocado appetizer that was Delicious & Sublime. Then came our cocktails Then the main entrées.My Wife had the Chicken Picatta & I had the Chicken Parmesan. We we're both Elated at not only the portions but the amazing tastes & flavors bursting from every bite. Absolutely Delicious & Scrumptious, I told Tommy to pass on My compliments to the Cooks/Chef in the kitchen. Plus to also praise the Bartender for the Cocktails & Kamikaze Shots. We also mentioned to Tommy that we recently went out to a fancy restaurant that gave us horrible service & Overpriced,OverHyped scenario. There's plenty of free parking in the lot and a decent amount of seating inside. It is a comfy, welcoming, and lively with guests. We got a couple apps to try and we split an entree because they're pretty decently sized. And of course, we got a refill of bread a couple times. The Fried Pickles were spear shaped and pretty good, crispy, and the sauce was a good pairing. The Cajun Shrimp appetizer was flavorful and good. Both apps were seasoned well and with quality ingredients. We got the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and thought the pasta, sauce, and shrimp was good but the chicken was a bit dry. Overall, seasoned well and tasted pretty good! The service was a bit slow and our server wasn't the most attentive or nice person. It was a busy night so we understood it was hard to check in often. I love the Cheesecake Factory, I truly do. This experience was not an all time high though. The front desk staff was not the kindest. The cheesecake was amazing though. My boyfriend and I got the new Tirimisu cheesecake that is going viral on instagram. It was BOMB!!!!!!! I got the Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken for dinner. It was not very good. My boyfriend and I were completely unimpressed. Our waitress was kinda mean. Oh well. You get what you get. We will be back and give it a go next time, but sad to see this time. Kinda dirty inside. This place has the same problem as many of the large Polaris chain restaurants, it is very poorly managed. Do not sit in the bar during happy hour, neither the servers or the bartender coordinate anything and none of them seem to want to be there. I'm sorry you don't like your job but don't take it out on the customer. Takes approx. 30 minutes for a drink and at least one food order will be wrong. And if you get the server that looks like a younger Phil Collins turn and leave immediately. read more

The food was great and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. The only downside was that after we'd been there for a while, it started to feel like we were being circled by sharks. I was catching up with an old friend and we ended up staying longer than a typical dinner, but we weren't causing any issues and were seated in the bar area. We completely understand restaurants need to turn tables, but the frequent check-ins and overall vibe made us feel like we were being encouraged to leave rather than continue enjoying our time. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and let me say we got here just in time to beat the lunch rush. We waited for about 5 minutes for our table as we looked over our future cheesecake selections at the cheesecake counter. We received a text and our hostess took us to our table where Jacob waited on us. He was great with keeping our water filled and checking in. It was quiet and relaxing and the volume slowly crept up as the place filled up. While we waited for our order we decided which cheesecakes we would order to go and turned that order in before we finished eating. From past experience I didn't want to wait 20 minutes to get our cheesecake. This proved a good idea bc it took less than 10 this way. We selected four kinds to share. This is what the indecisive do or the adventurous, I'll let you decide. I had a combo lunch of steak and chicken with smashed potatoes and my husband had a chicken and avocado sandwich with fries. The food was good. This place still amazes me that with so many options on the menu they still put out tasty food. Is it the best I've ever eaten? No, but it's not been disappointing either. I'm glad we decided against the appetizer bc this was definitely enough for lunch. The banana, pineapple upside down cake, key lime and tiramisu cheesecakes we chose were delicious. My husband's favorite was the pineapple upside down and mine was probably the key lime. Just don't mix the key lime in with other flavors or you'll probably disagree with my judgement. read more

Reserved a table for three in advance, and arrived a little early. Seated strait away with a booth. Friendly staff at the front desk, seating and the waitress was excellent. We ordered main courses and desert, waitress recommended my turkey burger and fries, she was not wrong, it was excellent food. Place was not too crowded for 730 at night, suspect it was due to the Buckeyes game having been over a short while earlier? Which might have lessened the crowd at that time of night. So overall we could hear ourselves, ambience was busy, but not crazy. Food came out in quick time, oh and have I mentioned the bread? Warm, and soft butter to spread on it! First time going to the Cheesecake Factory and it was AMAZING. I went with just my fiancee at around 7:30 and only had a 30 minute wait for a table and they have a nice little waiting area. Once we were sat we were attended to almost immediately and our server was amazing! Her name was Tylecia I think and she was very attentive the whole visit, while she had many other tables. We were visited very frequently and she was extremely nice. The restaurant looked amaizng and we ordered an appetizer and got it very quickly and were very satisfied. We recieved our meals in great time and the food was absolutely delicious. The presentation is amazing and then the portions are great too. We got boxes and ordered cheesecake slices to go and left overly joyed. If it were possible I would be rating my experience much more than just 5 stars. read more

Overall I had a good experience here but the wait times were veryyyyyyy long. We got sat within 20 mins but once we sat it took forever for the food to come out. The waiter was great, it wasn't his fault, but it really took us about 3 hours to leave when it wasn't that busy. The food was good as always and the passionfruit spritz is delicious. Like most people, I'm a huge fan of Cheesecake Factory! Not everything on the menu is great, but the menu is large enough that you can try so many things! Parking is not bad at all here. It shares with the mall but it wasn't hard to find parking. It was going to be a 40-50minute wait so we walked around the mall area to kill time. Once we got seated, service was quick! I got the herb-crusted Parmesan chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. It was alright. Not the best meal I've had there. The chicken was almost bland, the mashed potatoes weren't fluffy or mashed all the way, and the green beans were a bit crunchier than I prefer. Disappointing. But I'd still come back and order something else next time. My family liked what they had! Parmesan chicken sandwich, Thai coconut lime chicken, and the grilled salmon. Standard stuff. Nothing out of the ordinary. The Thai coconut lime doesn't taste very Thai but it did taste good for what they made! Food portions are large! It's hard to finish the food if you're not someone who can eat a lot. And the calorie count on the menu sure makes you feel bad about yourself LOL. I probably ate a third of my meal and had to take it home. We did share the mango key lime pie. Fantastic! Always a good choice. Overall, staff was nice and they are attentive despite how busy they are. They do try to get you in and out since there's always a wait. We hadn't been to cheese cake factory for a few years and boy has it changed. I got my usual beet salad and chicken costoletta. Beet salad had very little arugula,but the pecans and sauce was really good. My chicken was tasteless. I remember it having a great lemon flavor before when ordering so this was a little disappointing.Mash potatoes were good and asparagus was flavorful. Hubby had smash burger and fries. Very small sandwich, but he enjoyed this meal. We wanted to do happy hour but was not placed in the black table tops when seated. This would require us to move , so decided wasn't worth moving once we were seated. Atmosphere was stagnant, table had crumbs in it when we were seated and we brushed them off. Needs a face lift in my opinion. We ordered cheese cake to go. The slice was soooo small. For 1300 calories we figured we could split it but was just a few bites a piece. The Cheesecake Factory... an institution... I honestly hadn't been in years. What I remembered was the size of the menu (very big and chaotic) and of course the cheesecake. What I didn't remember was the mediocrity for prices that are as high as some of the best restaurants in the city. For a menu that large I know that there has to be a lot of from frozen or pre prepared items. For this visit our table ordered the Impossible Burger with Fries, Chicken Parm sandwich with fried, herb Salmon with asparagus and a club sandwich. I tried to order a turkey burger but they were out... My sandwich came out and it was cold and the chicken was dinky, cut into four pieces and kind of burnt/tough. My mom's salmon was good but there were way too many "herbs" and she had to wipe off a fair amount. My husband and dad had the best luck with their sandwiches. The redeeming factor is of course the cheesecake. I mean, clearly they know what they are doing. The service was good, our waitress was attentive. They were having some sort of issue with the heating where one minute we were sweating and the next we were putting our winter coats on as the cold air blew above us. Then finally it seemed to settle near the end of the meal. Very weird... Anyway. I'd say spend your money on a nice restaurant instead of visiting this chain unless you're dying for some cheesecake. read more

We recently visited the Polaris location to celebrate a family birthday party. This location left us wanting for a better food experience. The orange chicken had really good flavor but the sticky orange glaze was only on the chicken, why couldn't there be enough glaze to add to the rice for some flavor. I had the gumbo, all the right ingredients were there but there was no depth to it. No complaints on the cheesecake, but many on the food. Just another fail-same reason. Several months ago we took our grandkids here for lunch. While the food was good the bartenders were a major issue. We waited the first time for 15 minutes for our drink. The second round we didn't get until we were done with our meal (we ordered them before the meal) Apparently the bartender was backed up and didn't tell their manager that they needed help. The GM came out and we had a long conversation and apologized profusely. This past Sunday our granddaughter wanted to go back there for her birthday. We had made reservations and got there 40 minutes early. They were very busy and we could not get our table early so I suggested to my husband that he have a drink at the bar and I would take our granddaughter to one of the stores that she wanted to visit to get her birthday gift. He sent me a text when he was taken to the table and I told him what cocktail to order for me. It took us 10 minutes to get there. We sat down and ordered appetizers-still no cocktails. Our appetizers came-no cocktails. My husband had already told our server that while at the bar it took the one of two bartenders at least 10 minutes to even speak to them because they were both standing there talking to each other-just chatting away. So I made it known that I was VERY unhappy that this had happened AGAIN. She told her manager and within a few minutes we finally had our cocktails-the female manager on duty never even bothered to come to the table. We ordered our food-The food was mostly ok. I ALWAYS get the chicken Madeira..extra sauce. I was disappointed that the sauce was broken a an oily mess on my plate. The rest of the experience was only "fine" nothing outstanding and it did take FOREVER to get our boxes and out check. We wont go back until they can hire bartenders that are effective, efficient and professional and managers that know what the heck is going on right under their noses. Extremely disappointed in the last few carry out orders at this location. Both orders had chicken and biscuits as that is one of my favorites at the restaurant. Both times the biscuits were very hard and burnt, making it inedible. I cannot believe this would be served. If at the restaurant, I would send it back. This time there were undercooked/nearly raw pieces of potato in the mashed potatoes as well. That is 2/3 of the dish that was inedible. For a dish costing over $20 that is unacceptable. I just don't understand why they could not take more time to prepare or replace, instead of pushing through such mistakes. Also, their curbside pickup was not working online, so went in the restaurant for pickup. I waited over 10 minutes for my carry out order, because one staff member was helping another customer with something for a long time and the other staff member did not care to ask why I was there and just stood around. Finally, when the line was getting bigger behind me she asked what I needed and I was able to get the food right after, since it had been on the counter ready for pickup. Another disappointing thing I saw was that the cheesecake slice prices have gone drastically up! A slice of cheesecake for more than $10? No, thank you! For $60, an underwhelming meal! read more

We went here for dinner last night around 6 and had about a 50 minute wait (super normal for a Saturday night). Once sat we were waited on quickly and our server was so friendly. We got the cheeseburger spring rolls as an appetizer and yum!! They come with 6 halves and two sauces! Very tasty and the perfect size! For dinner we got the herb crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans (huge serving!!) and the honey chipotle pasta which was a new order for us and will quickly become a staple! The eggrolls looked smashed and avocado was brown and mushy. Not at all like crisp ones we've been served in the past. The salads were limp. We were very disappointed. The service here was absolutely fabulous. Our waitress, Zoe W., was absolutely phenomenal. When she noticed we ate all our white bread, she gave us a new basket with only that kind of bread. Whenever our drinks got low, she was quick to refill. She was super attentive, and we never had to worry about where she went. We truly felt cared for, which is often a rare experience in restaurants these days. The food was delicious. The only difficult thing was picking just one item from their huge menu! They have all kinds of pastas, hamburgers, fish, drinks, and, of course, cheesecake. There's at least like six pages full of cheesecake options alone. There's also more unique items like my friend got the mac and cheese burger, and she absolutely loved it. I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in years but had the most lovely experience there today. From the hosts at the front desk to our server, everyone was extremely efficient and pleasant. I had the broccoli chicken pasta. It's a simple dish of rigatoni, grilled chicken, garlic, tomatoes, and broccoli. So good! My friends had the bang bang chicken and shrimp and they said it was super delicious. My other friend had a cheeseburger and fries and was super pleased. For desert we shared Linda's fudge cake and the dolce due leche cheesecake which were both phenomenal. All around a great experience! read more
