The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. Huge menu, generous portions, and consistently good food make it a go-to for any craving. The atmosphere is lively, service is solid, and of course, the cheesecake is always worth it. A reliable spot when you want variety and value all in one place. We never hardly make it off the appetizer menu with the options.

It's been forever since I've been to Cheesecake Factory, but after seeing a bunch of TikToks, I started craving it and went for dinner. I knew it would be busy, so I made a reservation and didn't have to wait long. Loved checking out all the cheesecakes in the display case. The space inside was way bigger than I expected, and I was really glad we got indoor seating since it was cold out. The menu is huge, so it took a minute to decide. Bread came out first and the brown bread is definitely the best. So soft and perfect with butter. We shared the fried mac and cheese balls, and they were delicious. Super crispy, hot inside, and the creamy marinara sauce was good even though it was more room temp. The portion was great too. I definitely filled up faster than planned after the bread and two mac and cheese balls. For my entrée, I got the crispy chicken costoletta and swapped the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta with extra lemon sauce. The dish came out piping hot. The chicken was juicy and crispy, the lemon sauce was amazing on both the chicken and pasta, and the portion was huge. They forgot my asparagus at first, but it came out a few minutes later. It was honestly pretty plain on its own, but way better dipped in the lemon sauce. I ate about half the plate so I could still have dessert. For dessert, I got the Peach Perfect cheesecake. It had raspberry sauce on top and peach pieces throughout. So good and very peach-forward, which I loved. Tried my friend's celebration cheesecake too and hers was a little more frozen. Mine was super soft; I kinda wish it was a bit colder, but still delicious.

We came here on a Friday and it was about a 40 minute wait. We got in about 30 minutes. Overall our server was wonderful. We got the Mac and cheese bites and amazing! Then I got the chicken Madeira and I thought it was cooked well. They have a variety of cheesecakes you can take home too. Overall it was nice and clean.

A great place to meet fun people while having and awesome drinks. As usual our food was great. Always wanting to try something different.

Had been a while since we've eaten here. Wife received a gift card for her birthday. Wife made online reservations for us after work. We got there early. Had a little bit of a wait even though there was seating. We order drinks and appetizers. The complimentary bread was ok. Drinks are a little over price, to be honest. Appetizers were good. We ordered our main course. My salmon was average. Wife ended up not finishing her steak. brought it home. Was your average dinner. The restaurant was very loud Had to talk a little bit loud to have a conversation. We ordered a couple pieces of cheesecake to bring home, They look a lot better than they tasted. Overall, basic dinner experience.

The past few times I have gone to Cheesecake Factory I have been thoroughly been satisfied with my experience. Bread comes out pipping hot. I usually get the roadside sliders or the smokehouse bbq burger. This recent time I got the roadside sliders and the manager on duty came to us to apologize regarding the wait time for our food . Granted, we didn't complain or anything just waited patiently and felt like they were taking longer than usual but just stayed to ourselves. She let us know that our sliders turned out bigger in patty size and that it would be on the house. She asked us if that was ok and we didn't care we were just hungry and appreciative of her coming over to let us know. I didn't take a picture of the "sliders" , they were more like the French dip burger and realized they formed then a little bigger. We did not complain once and were presently surprised . Bill came out and it was $0. I wasn't expecting them to comp it . Truly such a nice gesture from the manager. We tipped the server well and she was so sweet with us the whole night. If you can, ask for Jessica M. , she had a great attitude even though it was such a busy Friday night and came by to check up on us periodically. Would 100 come back and give them my business again. Just fyi, photos I added were of previous visits and not the current one.

We had the worst meal and experience at the one in Gainesville. Cassie the manager said she would make it right and take the nasty sour clam chowder and salads off or bill and She did not. She took 4.00 off each meal that we couldn't even eat and nothing off for the nasty chicken taquitoes. We had gone for lunch after a long drive to Shands Hospital for treatment and expected a nice meal like we had 2 weeks before, but this was not good at all... we were so hungry on our 2 hour drive home after that and had to stop at another restaurant to eat and that was less than 2 hours later... we won't go there again.

I came to Cheesecake factory a few months ago and had a really bad experience. I didn't want to come back. I asked my son where he wanted to go for his birthday lunch with just me and him and he said to my surprise The Cheesecake factory! I asked him why and he said the cheesecake of corse lol. I said okay and was prepared for not a great experience but I was happily wrong. I got the shepherds pie and it was delicious! My son got the kids cheeseburgers and this time he thought they were really good! He got his celebration cheesecake to go but he tried a bite before we left and he loved it! He also loved the bread that was warm this time not hard and cold like last time. The only sad part was he wanted something special because it was his birthday and I told the waiter a few times that it was and asked if they could sing him happy birthday but he said no. That made him sad. They didn't do anything for him to feel special on his special day so minus a star for that!

Don't know what happened to this place, used yo be decent, the food was terrible, ordered a Filet Mignon and they served 2 pieces of burned thin steaks, saggy french fries who knows how many days ago they were prepared and stored, the service was awful, the waitress who took the order forgot about my drink, had to request it several times, a disaster, will never go there again

To celebrate my wife's birthday, we got everyone together at Cheesecake Factory in Gainesville. Even without reservations, we got a table for 8 right away. Even though we could have ordered brunch, everyone basically had lunch orders. Two salads, three Cubans, Evelyn's Favorite (pasta), steak tacos and a Thai chicken dish. Only got a few pictures. Our server, Luca, did a fantastic job and made the meal a great success. Having only eaten dinners at, it was nice to see how it looks in the daylight. Wasn't too loud, wasn't too crazy - great atmosphere.

We went on Friday afternoon to celebrate my birthday, we sat at the bar while we waited for the rest of my party to get there for our reservation. We enjoyed they're happy hour at the bar, they had select drinks for $8.50 and I got a skinny style mojito, really good cocktail! We tried the buffalo blasts, roadside sliders and egg rolls. All were priced at $10 for happy hour.Everything was delicious, really enjoyed my birthday here!

Second trip here and had another great experience. Server was fast and friendly. The kids corn dogs were not cooked properly, the batter on the inside to be specific. The waiter immediately took the plate back to the kitchen, a new order was made and brought out to us promptly, a manager came over and apologized. They handled the mishap extremely well and truly wanted to make sure we were okay and happy, which we absolutely were!

My only minor beef is that the blacked fish wasn't very spicy. Still great though. Service was very good. Great spot and best prices I've seen anywhere.

The wings were flavorful, well-seasoned, and hit the spot, and the fries were crispy and satisfying, simple but solid. That said, when my friends' seafood boils came out, wow. The smell alone was incredible rich, buttery, and seasoned perfectly. I couldn't resist trying a few bites, and I'm glad I did. The potatoes and broccoli were especially good, soaking up all that seasoning, and the seafood itself tasted fresh and well-cooked. You could tell this is really where they shine. The portions were generous, the food came out hot, and it's definitely a fun, casual spot to go with friends. The atmosphere feels laid-back and social, which makes it great for group dinners. While my non-seafood order was good, seeing (and tasting) the boils made me want to come back and try a full seafood meal next time. Overall, a solid spot with great flavor, especially if you're a seafood lover. I'd absolutely return and next time, I might just give in and get my own boil.

They took their drink orders and these two tables arrived after I came in. The server finally came over and I placed my drink and food order, as I was ready because I've been sitting there so long. I actually knew right away what I wanted which was fried shrimp. It took another 10 minutes to get my water. She put three lemons in my water, and I never order lemons at restaurants because they are known not to be very clean. Meanwhile, they gave the other tables their drinks first. After the server brought my food, she never came back to check on me. I wanted some butter for my grits, but she didn't check on anything. She made sure she checked on the other tables next to me. Later, she brought the check, and I noticed it had a service fee on it (3.9%). Really?! Stop playin'. I inquired what that was and she said if you pay with a card they charge that fee. They assumed I was going to pay with a card and it had no cash option listed. I deducted the fee and provided cash for the meal and ended up still tipping 29% when she was in a terrible server. When she came back to get the check with my cash, she asked if I needed change back. I wish servers would stop asking this and just bring the change back and obviously if the customer is gone, the money is meant for them, or if they want to leave some cash, they will. The intention was to give all of the change to her, but it is in poor taste to ask people this. At this point I just wanted to get out of there because I did not feel very welcomed. I came in this restaurant once before, and nobody would seat me, and I walked out, but a coworker ordered food from here yesterday, and I figured I would give them another chance. Then the server took my receipt and crumbled it up and put it in her pocket. So now I have no record that I had even eaten there except for the plate of food that I ordered (see photo). I should've taken a picture of it. This seems a little shady to me. Additionally, I don't appreciate having a service fee without being advised of it before my check is brought to me, or actually before I even order. I won't go back here. I ordered fried shrimp, cheese, grits, and lima beans. The meal was $9.50 pre-tax. The service is terrible. There were other servers walking by my table when I was sitting there ignored when I was first seated. Who wants to sit in a restaurant with nothing to drink for 20 minutes? I really was thinking of getting up and walking out since nobody could even come and greet me and take a drink order. The food is subpar as well. I'll pass on this place, for the lack of customer service.

The parking lot can get a little hectic, especially during busy hours, but once I got inside everything moved quickly. The service was fast and I really appreciated that everything is fried fresh to order, you can taste the difference. I got the wings and shrimp combo and added hush puppies. The wing batter was amazing: not greasy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly better than Popeyes or even KFC. A lot of places give you more batter than chicken, but here the chicken was moist and a good portion. The hush puppies were also surprisingly moist and flavorful, some of the best I've had since they're usually dry elsewhere. My find and I split the order and since we eat small portion we think that was a good portion for us and also had leftovers. Everything was so good I didn't even need sauce, and I'm a sauce girl through and through. Gainesville Seafood, out on the Eastern end of town, is that place. It may not be the easiest spot to stumble upon, but that's part of its charm. This is the kind of hidden gem that loyal regulars keep quietly to themselves, the sort of place that feels like a reward for those willing to seek it out. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, the kind of no-frills setting that lets the food do all the talking. I went for a seafood platter, which was shrimp and fish with fries. They have a variety of different kinds of fish available that you can pick from, which is a nice touch. It gives the meal a sense of personalization that you don't always find at casual seafood spots. I went with the flounder, and it turned out to be an easy choice to feel good about. The platter was generously portioned, the kind of meal that leaves you satisfied without the need to contemplate dessert. All of it was excellent. The flounder was light and flaky on the inside, with a crisp golden crust that had clearly seen well-seasoned oil and confident hands in the kitchen. The shrimp were equally well-executed. They were plump, tender, and fried just right, without any of the rubbery disappointment that lesser seafood joints often deliver. Even the fries held their own, providing a solid, starchy counterpoint to all that seafood goodness. The wait wasn't at all bad either, which is worth mentioning because a place this good can often mean a crowd. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience moved at a comfortable, easy pace. Whether you're a Gainesville local or just passing through, Gainesville Seafood is the kind of place worth going a little out of your way for, and once you've been, you'll understand why people keep coming back.

I really wanted to enjoy our experience at Prime & Pearl because everything about the restaurant…read moresuggests it should be a high-end dining destination. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. I ordered the $41 Steak & Frites, which was stated to be a 10 oz. ribeye. The steak arrived overcooked, dry, and lacking the quality I would expect at that price point. The fries were another disappointment they tasted like frozen, bagged fries, were served cold, and were missing the herb seasoning described on the menu. One of the reasons I chose this restaurant was because the chicken entrée was listed as coming with fingerling potatoes, which I enjoy. The chicken itself was excellent, but the "fingerling potatoes" were simply regular potatoes cut into cubes, not fingerling potatoes at all. It may seem like a small detail, but when a restaurant advertises specific ingredients, I expect the dish to match the menu. I mentioned my disappointment to our server, who said she would speak with the chef. However, no one ever returned to our table to follow up or acknowledge the concern. I'm not someone who complains at restaurants I usually just pay the bill and leave but if I respectfully bring an issue to someone's attention, I do expect the courtesy of a follow-up. We also shared a $12 Caesar salad, which was very ordinary and difficult to justify at that price. Aside from half of a quarter of a lemon in the bowl, there was nothing that made it feel like a premium salad. Finally, we ordered the grilled corn off the cob as a shared side. It tasted more like canned white corn that had been quickly heated on a flat top to create a few char marks than freshly grilled corn. Overall, the biggest disappointment wasn't just one dish it was the overall food quality. For a restaurant positioned as an upscale steakhouse with premium pricing, I expected fresh ingredients, accurate menu descriptions, and attention to detail. Instead, too many items felt like shortcuts, and the quality simply didn't match the prices. I genuinely hoped for a memorable dining experience, but unfortunately, Prime & Pearl did not deliver. I don't mind paying premium prices for exceptional food and service, but this experience wasn't close to meeting those expectations.
