We were seated quickly by the host and smoothly handed off to our server, who was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout. We tried a little of everything: the BBQ Pork Belly Buns (two per order--very tasty, though a little light on the pork), a fresh Caesar salad, Bang Bang Shrimp, Chicken Bellagio, and Red Velvet Cake. The Chicken Bellagio was a standout, and the Bang Bang Shrimp was a hit--we ordered it on our last visit, too. On that visit, we also tried the Steak Diane, which was very good and a dish you don't see on many menus anymore. One miss was the margarita. It was overly sweet and syrupy, with a strong "Mr. Bartender" mix taste. Way too sweet for my liking, and I couldn't finish it. The loyalty program is another nice touch. Join the app and you get a birthday slice of cheesecake, plus points toward future meals. That's a great incentive and a loyalty program that actually offers something worthwhile. Overall, Cheesecake Factory is a well-run machine with a huge menu, generous portions, plenty of parking, and a spacious, comfortable interior. An Ethereal Dining Experience After a neurology appointment at nearby UFHealth, my family and I stopped here for our Comically Late Lunch. This place, despite having a little bit of a wait, had a lovely atmosphere; perfect for doing some doodling in between courses, and even better for photography and just plain admiration Though they said they'd notify us by text, they just told us instead, which was nice. I asked to speak to mgr again. No sense of urgency, she came in at her own pac...she was sloppy dressed with an attitude "saying you wanted to speak with me". I commented that it took almost 35/40 minutes for the food 15 minutes for the drinks and she said "OK and". I told her it's not the responsibility of the server to discuss it with me but as a manager. She should've touched the table to check in. I emphasized that the server did a nice job, but it shouldn't have been left to her. Cassie's attitude was condescending, unprofessional with a general disgust for every patron there and staff For a manager to blame the server "for not informing her" and then tell patron that the reason it took 35:40 minutes for your food was due to the sweet potato fries getting burnt is absolutely ludicrous. I went so far as to say "hey we're in the business so I get it" and then to BLAME the patron and say, "since you're in the business, you should understand" absolutely blows my mind. When our server returned and obviously worried the experience would reflect her tip (it didn't) ... ... She calmly told me I'm not the first one who's had an experience with this manager and that if we were "here in the evening it would be a much more enjoyable experience" and when we asked the first time to speak with a manager, "the only reason she didn't come was because no one could find her" It seems that cheesecake factory has a manager problem that's affecting Customer experience, morale, quality control, and timely service I will not be back, Gainesville has plenty of better managed restaurants (which was evident in the fact that there were 12/14 tables total) this does not represent the standards of cheesecake factory throughout the country A simple apology was never offered. 4.5 stars. We came around 2:15 on a Sunday, and our party of 3 had to wait about 20-25 minutes to be seated. We were notified by text when our table was ready. We each ordered an entree which ranged from $20-25 per person. My son said he enjoyed his chicken Parmesan better than Olive Garden. My veggie burger was delicious, and I upgraded to sweet potato fries. I thought I remembered that it was served with garlic aioli in the past, but when my server checked for me, she said it was not, but she brought a small cup of it for me on the side. I would have liked to have more. We were sitting at a booth that was more quiet and secluded, which I was happy about. The tables in the center of the restaurant seemed to be more noisy. Good time and fun experience at this relatively new restaurant. Our waitress gets a 20/10, her service was stellar and she was easy to talk to while at our table. The ambiance was vibrant and loud with fun music playing. The food was superb- the side order of green beans were crunchy not overcooked and with thin slivers of lemon rind. Love going to this Chesecake we had an outstanding server. Her name was Victoria. She accommodated us very much. She celebrated my little girls's birthday and my little girl was very happy. It's been forever since I've been to Cheesecake Factory, but after seeing a bunch of TikToks, I started craving it and went for dinner. I knew it would be busy, so I made a reservation and didn't have to wait long. Loved checking out all the cheesecakes in the display case. The space inside was way bigger than I expected, and I was really glad we got indoor seating since it was cold out. The menu is huge, so it took a minute to decide. Bread came out first and the brown bread is definitely the best. So soft and perfect with butter. We shared the fried mac and cheese balls, and they were delicious. Super crispy, hot inside, and the creamy marinara sauce was good even though it was more room temp. The portion was great too. I definitely filled up faster than planned after the bread and two mac and cheese balls. For my entrée, I got the crispy chicken costoletta and swapped the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta with extra lemon sauce. The dish came out piping hot. The chicken was juicy and crispy, the lemon sauce was amazing on both the chicken and pasta, and the portion was huge. They forgot my asparagus at first, but it came out a few minutes later. It was honestly pretty plain on its own, but way better dipped in the lemon sauce. I ate about half the plate so I could still have dessert. For dessert, I got the Peach Perfect cheesecake. It had raspberry sauce on top and peach pieces throughout. So good and very peach-forward, which I loved. Tried my friend's celebration cheesecake too and hers was a little more frozen. The past few times I have gone to Cheesecake Factory I have been thoroughly been satisfied with my experience. Bread comes out pipping hot. I usually get the roadside sliders or the smokehouse bbq burger. This recent time I got the roadside sliders and the manager on duty came to us to apologize regarding the wait time for our food . Granted, we didn't complain or anything just waited patiently and felt like they were taking longer than usual but just stayed to ourselves. She let us know that our sliders turned out bigger in patty size and that it would be on the house. She asked us if that was ok and we didn't care we were just hungry and appreciative of her coming over to let us know. I didn't take a picture of the "sliders" , they were more like the French dip burger and realized they formed then a little bigger. We did not complain once and were presently surprised . This place try's to be all things to all people. And it sort of succeeds. The restaurant is huge, and pick up a clean, and the staff is really nice. The free bread service is nice. drinks are plentiful, and there's more types of cheesecake than you can even count. I guess the only thing that would keep me from coming back is the price . Well, nothing is unreasonable it just a little bit too much for your typical workday lunch. The physical restaurant is as huge as the menu. This is the case where there may be too many choices on that menu. Maybe if they were to specialize and increase the quality of the dishes and not focused on the number of offeringsI might be more inclined to come back. We stopped by here on the way back home from a recent trip to Disney World, and were really pleased. I'd only eaten at a Cheesecake Factory one other time in New Orleans, but we don't have one close to where I live. Despite being busy, service was quick and our waitress was fantastic. My drink never went empty, food came out fast, and everything was accurate. The place was a bit noisy inside between all the customers and the music, but that's to be expected. My wife and I shared an eggroll appetizer that came with four different pairs of rolls and sauces to go with them. They were really good, but kind of small for what you get. For lunch, I got the truffle honey chicken which was amazing and perfectly cooked with a subtle layer of honey that didn't overpower the flavor and still kept the chicken very crispy. My wife got an asian shrimp dish that was loaded. Lunch portions were huge and neither of us were able to finish everything. The bartenders here are EXCELLENT. They are clearly very skilled and knowledgeable with 10/10 attitudes towards customer service and customer experience. We had the worst meal and experience at the one in Gainesville. Cassie the manager said she would make it right and take the nasty sour clam chowder and salads off or bill and She did not. She took 4.00 off each meal that we couldn't even eat and nothing off for the nasty chicken taquitoes. I came to Cheesecake factory a few months ago and had a really bad experience. I didn't want to come back. I asked my son where he wanted to go for his birthday lunch with just me and him and he said to my surprise The Cheesecake factory! I asked him why and he said the cheesecake of corse lol. I said okay and was prepared for not a great experience but I was happily wrong. I got the shepherds pie and it was delicious! My son got the kids cheeseburgers and this time he thought they were really good! He got his celebration cheesecake to go but he tried a bite before we left and he loved it! He also loved the bread that was warm this time not hard and cold like last time. The only sad part was he wanted something special because it was his birthday and I told the waiter a few times that it was and asked if they could sing him happy birthday but he said no. To celebrate my wife's birthday, we got everyone together at Cheesecake Factory in Gainesville. Even without reservations, we got a table for 8 right away. Even though we could have ordered brunch, everyone basically had lunch orders. Two salads, three Cubans, Evelyn's Favorite (pasta), steak tacos and a Thai chicken dish. Only got a few pictures. Wonderful place. In Gainesville one Saturday and we opted for an early dinner. Place was packed at 4:00PM but we were still seated promptly. Beautiful spring day do we chose outdoor seating. Service staff were impeccable. Menu was huge. What I really liked is you could get smaller lunch size or larger dinner size for each entree. We had the Pretzel Bites with Cheese Fondue for an appetizer. The spicy mustard served with the Pretzel Bites was as good as the Cheese Fondue. It's homecoming weekend so I expected it to be extremely busy, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were seated. Our waitress Miranda was attentive, and made some good recommendations. I ordered the steak and Diane, with angel hair pasta and extra scampi sauce on the pasta. It was delicious. The Georgia peach is a frozen drink that's best on a hot day. The raspberry lemon drop was sweeter in my opinion. For dessert I tried the pumpkin and pecan cheesecake. It's like a pumpkin puree on top of a pecan pie. Impressive atmosphere for a special event or even a change of attitude! You can eat at regular places but really for the same cost you can have something impressive. The basic burger I had was basic perfect. Although I did envy the fish and chips my buddy had. We are outside during Florida's sometimes milder weather- a nice option when you think about it. The Cheesecake Factory isn't just about cheesecake. They are my go to place for a great salad! I loved the Vegan Cob, it had beets, one of my favorite ingredients, avocado, a variety of lettuces, beans, and lots more healthy ingredients. I did this takeout, they always include a couple pieces of their yummy bread. I can't even eat it all the portion is so big, so I have it for 2 meals. Their sandwiches are great too, although I find the avocado a bit light on the turkey avocado sandwich so ask for extra. I hate to say but I usually skip the cheesecake. This made my dish around $30. There were maybe 8 bites of chicken that were not even the size of nuggets. Loads of noodles. The food was good but not at all with the price.
