    BBQ Chicken Salad
    Amy K.

First time going to this location, and had a great lunch! Interior was on brand for Cheesecake Factory, and we were seated promptly, which was nice for a noon arrival during a weekday lunch. Fresh bread came out warm and toasty, so delish! My mom ordered the lettuce wrap platter, and I got the lunch portion of a BBQ Chicken Salad. Salad was a HUGE portion, can't even imagine it being any bigger?! Only issue was time from order to food arriving was almost 45 minutes, which felt very long. Our waitress was great and refilled beverages and brought more bread, definitely a kitchen issue. We ultimately ordered our cheesecake to go, as we had somewhere to be by 2pm, and didn't anticipate lunch taking almost 2 hours.

My first trip to Cheesecake Factory! Believe it or not! Even though it's only 1 mile from our home we'd never gone inside. I ordered a Cuban sandwich - one of my favorites! With a side of sweet potato fries! It was actually way better than I expected. The bread was soft and the pork was fatty and juicy - not dry at all. The fries were crispy and had lots of flavor. Now, I didn't think the brown bread was worth the hype. But I did really like the white bread that was also in the basket. I also had a bite of my husband's BBQ burger and it was delicious! I was so full after only half my meal that we did not actually order cheesecake, but I think we will be back! Our server was super nice too!

I was treated to dinner at this location on Friday, 12-15-23. I'm used to having a wait time at my local TCF. We were seated immediately. The waitress was attentive without being overbearing. My friend and I had a lot of catching up to do. Once she saw I was doing more talking than eating after my entrée came out, she offered to box it for me. My appetizer was the fried zucchini. I enjoyed it. My entrée was the Jamaican black pepper shrimp with brown rice (not pictured). Clearly, it wasn't authentic Jamaican food but everything was filling and delicious. I believe my drink was the pineapple moscow mule. I enjoyed myself & would return when back in the area.

OREO Dream Extreme: The Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes are one of my favorite desserts. I've tried most of the flavors that I intend to, as a few just don't appeal to me (mostly the fruity ones, yuck!). It's a slow process since I like returning to my favorites rather than risk trying a new one every time I go. Plus, they offer over 30 varieties. Being as big of a cookies and cream fan as I am it may seem surprising that I'm just getting to their OREO Cheesecake now (I've been a "Factory" fan since 2014). I actually did have this slice once before, but it was back in 2016 in a time before I wrote reviews. That means I don't have any notes or really recall just what I thought about it. Although the cleverly named OREO Dream Extreme (ODE) is a caloric nightmare (1,600) its mouthwatering description still lured me in. ODE is made with creamy cheesecake layered with OREO cookies, topped with OREO cookie mousse and chocolate icing. If that's not enough to get you excited there's also a giant OREO wafer decorating it. This behemoth was a chocolate and sugar overload, but I mean that in a good way. My favorite parts were the creamy OREO mousse and the crunchy chocolate pieces decorating the posterior portion of the slice. The only potential negative is there's just so much going on with this piece that the chocolate flavors overpower the cookies and cream concept in my opinion. It's a close call, but I think ODE just misses my top cheesecake slices. Easily Doughboy Approved! My top Cheesecake Factory picks: 1.Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple (The peanut butter lovers cheesecake) 2.Salted Caramel Cheesecake (The caramel lovers cheesecake) 3.Cinnabon Swirl Cheesecake (The cinnamon lovers cheesecake) 4. 30th Anniversary Cheesecake (The chocolate fudge cake lovers cheesecake) Doughboy_Food_Reviews

The burnt bottom of the meatloaf
    McKinzie N.

Very disappointed with my food. Meatloaf was burnt on the bottom. Long wait time for an order that as placed online. The restaurant wasn't very crowded. It's was very clean inside. The staff wasn't very friendly. Not sure if my husband and I will return.

It's a Cheesecake Factory as another reviewer stated. I was in town visiting my goddaughter with her mother and this was her suggestion. It was pretty packed for a Friday early evening but we were able to get seated within 20minutes. The adults ordered drinks, and I opted for the Georgia Peach. It was a pretty sweet and I couldn't taste any alcohol so I only made it halfway through the drink. We ordered the chicken samosas for our starters, but unfortunately they never came out. When our entrees made it to the table I cancelled the starter, and our waitress sounded genuinely surprised as she insisted she put in the order. Obviously some miscommunication going on somewhere. I had steak with mushrooms, which tasted okay but the sauce it was to come with was very light and my meat was a bit overdone. I subbed spinach for the mashed potatoes and that tasted good. I didn't order a cheesecake but the rest of my party did and they all liked their selections. Given the name the cheesecake is the draw here, the rest of the food was just okay. Can't really say the same for the drinks and service. Prioritizing dessert would probably have resulted in more stars.

Excellent portion size for the value. Great atmosphere and staff was very friendly and attentive.

Well Yelp had it right again. I was thinking 3 stars before even reading about TCCF. The meatloaf had good flavor but wasn't served hot. The shepards pie wasn't very good. It's a shame because I used to really like their food. This may be one of my last times here.

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in years mainly because there isn't one close enough. We happened to be in Bay Shore town center and had a girls lunch. The menu is huge. I opted for a healthier option with the crusted salmon cooked perfectly. My daughter had the sweet potato enchiladas. The sweet potatoes in one enchilada were underdone but edible. It was something we haven't seen in any menu. Cheesecake was a tiramisu style which she got to go. Lunch and two alcoholic drinks was $90 which is another reason we don't go often! It was our waitresses first day solo and she did great! It's nice to have a daughter old enough to take me to lunch too!

Was in Wisconsin area and decided to have some lunch with coworkers. We came here and it was not that busy, we were seated right away. We have their lunch specials since it was still quite an early day. I try the lunch chicken piccata and a cucumber lemonade and it was good. The waitress seemed overwhelmed since she was the only one running around working. The lemonade took a while to get to the table. The loaded tater tots were great, and made a nice appetizer. Will be back to try the dinner menu.

I came here on a very uncomfortable date, in which I could not wait to leave. But I'll say this, the fish tacos were very good! I was actually quite surprised. Sometimes when you have a menu that's as extensive as Cheesecake Factories, you wonder how good each item can really be. These fish tacos really hit the spot. I've only been here a handful of times in my life. The cheesecake is fine, although It's not my go-to dessert. Maybe if I loved cheesecake overall, I'd love it here too. I got the banana cream and Oreo. They were good but nothing to write home about. I'd definitely return with a better attitude about coming here instead of snubbing the idea!

The walleye and crab cakes were also good. We all tried something different. Between the NOLA Salmon, Ahi Tacos, Shrimp Cobb, Spicy Pasta, and even the cheeseburger sliders. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. They even brought out an Apple Pie for my dad's birthday! The only complaint I had is it was very slow. There was one grape half in my whole sandwich and it was so difficult to eat. The bread is toasted and the sandwich was so dry that I ended up choking on the bread. My husband had the same and felt the same. Except, he said he didn't taste any grapes in his. They need to let people know it is toasted and give them the option. The server was nice but a bit flighty. The app missing was not her fault. She put it in and someone messed up. I am not sure if we will be back.

Still love their chicken, especially their whole wings and leg/thighs. I miss the ginger flakes…read morethey used to have, but it is what it is. Lemon pepper salt works great. This last time, we got the 50 piece whole wings ($58.99) and 34 piece legs and thighs ($47.99). Enough to feed 20 people. With this order, we got 7 little packets of coleslaw. Hubby keeps picking up and forgetting to check, but we really needed more coleslaw. They also forgot bread. But a lot of hot sauce. (and don't get gas here - it's cheaper just down the street)

DOESNT accommodate meatless options. Not vegan/vegetarian friendly.
