I forgot how much I love the bread, too. Staff were nice and attentive. Restaurant and restroom weee clean. Plenty of parking in the lot or on the street in front of the restaurant. First time going to this location, and had a great lunch! Interior was on brand for Cheesecake Factory, and we were seated promptly, which was nice for a noon arrival during a weekday lunch. Fresh bread came out warm and toasty, so delish! My mom ordered the lettuce wrap platter, and I got the lunch portion of a BBQ Chicken Salad. Salad was a HUGE portion, can't even imagine it being any bigger?! Only issue was time from order to food arriving was almost 45 minutes, which felt very long. Our waitress was great and refilled beverages and brought more bread, definitely a kitchen issue. My first trip to Cheesecake Factory! Believe it or not! Even though it's only 1 mile from our home we'd never gone inside. I ordered a Cuban sandwich - one of my favorites! With a side of sweet potato fries! It was actually way better than I expected. The bread was soft and the pork was fatty and juicy - not dry at all. The fries were crispy and had lots of flavor. Now, I didn't think the brown bread was worth the hype. But I did really like the white bread that was also in the basket. I also had a bite of my husband's BBQ burger and it was delicious! I was treated to dinner at this location on Friday, 12-15-23. I'm used to having a wait time at my local TCF. We were seated immediately. The waitress was attentive without being overbearing. My friend and I had a lot of catching up to do. Once she saw I was doing more talking than eating after my entrée came out, she offered to box it for me. My appetizer was the fried zucchini. I enjoyed it. My entrée was the Jamaican black pepper shrimp with brown rice (not pictured). Clearly, it wasn't authentic Jamaican food but everything was filling and delicious. OREO Dream Extreme: The Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes are one of my favorite desserts. I've tried most of the flavors that I intend to, as a few just don't appeal to me (mostly the fruity ones, yuck!). It's a slow process since I like returning to my favorites rather than risk trying a new one every time I go. Plus, they offer over 30 varieties. Being as big of a cookies and cream fan as I am it may seem surprising that I'm just getting to their OREO Cheesecake now (I've been a "Factory" fan since 2014). I actually did have this slice once before, but it was back in 2016 in a time before I wrote reviews. That means I don't have any notes or really recall just what I thought about it. Although the cleverly named OREO Dream Extreme (ODE) is a caloric nightmare (1,600) its mouthwatering description still lured me in. ODE is made with creamy cheesecake layered with OREO cookies, topped with OREO cookie mousse and chocolate icing. If that's not enough to get you excited there's also a giant OREO wafer decorating it. This behemoth was a chocolate and sugar overload, but I mean that in a good way. My favorite parts were the creamy OREO mousse and the crunchy chocolate pieces decorating the posterior portion of the slice. The only potential negative is there's just so much going on with this piece that the chocolate flavors overpower the cookies and cream concept in my opinion. It's a close call, but I think ODE just misses my top cheesecake slices. Easily Doughboy Approved! It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Cheesecake Factory. I've always enjoyed their food, but this type of restaurant usually isn't my slice of pie. Sorry..had to. The truth is, in the past I would come here specifically get a desert. Yesterday I took a pass, but I did enjoy the club sandwich and fries. A neat change they've made is their 'skinny' menu, which offers many choices on their regular menu, but substitutes specific components such as toppings, sauces, or breading, to create a healthier, lower fat meal. It's a Cheesecake Factory as another reviewer stated. I was in town visiting my goddaughter with her mother and this was her suggestion. It was pretty packed for a Friday early evening but we were able to get seated within 20minutes. The adults ordered drinks, and I opted for the Georgia Peach. It was a pretty sweet and I couldn't taste any alcohol so I only made it halfway through the drink. We ordered the chicken samosas for our starters, but unfortunately they never came out. When our entrees made it to the table I cancelled the starter, and our waitress sounded genuinely surprised as she insisted she put in the order. Obviously some miscommunication going on somewhere. I had steak with mushrooms, which tasted okay but the sauce it was to come with was very light and my meat was a bit overdone. I subbed spinach for the mashed potatoes and that tasted good. I didn't order a cheesecake but the rest of my party did and they all liked their selections. Given the name the cheesecake is the draw here, the rest of the food was just okay. Can't really say the same for the drinks and service. Prioritizing dessert would probably have resulted in more stars. read more

We have been coming here for a couple months now, there's a reason why we kept going back. Today, wasn't to good. From the Hostess not even having a smile on her face, to saying FOLLOW ME! had to chuckle at that, she didnt seem to be having a good day or maybe didnt want to be there today. Waited unusually long, 45 mins for our food, I noticed other people being seated after us and got their food fast. We were never offered more water, so little ice that it melted in 5 mins. Steak was warm upon arrival and got cold waiting for her to bring Steak sauce and ketchup, Potatoes were extra salty, croutons were stale, waitress said they are made fresh every morning. We got there at 12pm, i guess if they are sitting, would get stale. Salad didn't have all the ingredients in it, wilted lettuce, not that much on the usually huge salad. I counted the Asparagus (6) and VERY hard. Didn't say Green beans came on the Salad but I got some on it? This cheesecake factory is my favorite in the Milwaukee Area. It has an amazing menu but the staff and location are really good. The parking is pretty good and it seems to be pretty relaxed. I love their cheesecake as well as other items. My favorite is the Godiva Cheesecake but others are also not to be missed. If you want a nice place to just relax with friends or celebrate a special occasion this is a good choice. I opted for a healthier option with the crusted salmon cooked perfectly. My daughter had the sweet potato enchiladas. The sweet potatoes in one enchilada were underdone but edible. It was something we haven't seen in any menu. Cheesecake was a tiramisu style which she got to go. Lunch and two alcoholic drinks was $90 which is another reason we don't go often! Was in Wisconsin area and decided to have some lunch with coworkers. We came here and it was not that busy, we were seated right away. We have their lunch specials since it was still quite an early day. I try the lunch chicken piccata and a cucumber lemonade and it was good. I came here on a very uncomfortable date, in which I could not wait to leave. But I'll say this, the fish tacos were very good! I was actually quite surprised. Sometimes when you have a menu that's as extensive as Cheesecake Factories, you wonder how good each item can really be. These fish tacos really hit the spot. As a special treat for the office of Essential Workers, I offered to pick up lunch from The Cheesecake Factory. Trying to continue supporting local businesses and their workers while staying safe. But why does it seem that the larger the tip, the worse service I get? The website worked decently enough and I made sure to follow the instructions to park in the parking lot across from the restaurant at my assigned time and await further instruction. 10 minutes past the time with no word, I called the restaurant to inquire about my order. I was told that it was ready and then there was a long pause. I then asked, "Did you want me to come in and get it?" I was told no, that it could be brought out to me, which I appreciated. What I didn't appreciate was the lack of acknowledgment that the order was ready, the failure of staff to follow the protocol laid out in the Order Confirmation message, and that the pieces of cheesecake were tiny--easily half the size they normally are. I understand times are tough, but either the price should be reduced with the size or it should be made clear that you're paying $8 for a miniature piece of cheesecake. Also odd was the inclusion of ketchup packets with our tacos and pasta... On the plus side the food was tasty and all of the orders were complete, without any errors or omissions. read more

Also don't like the absence of prices on the drink menu :( Food: starting off with bread is nice. Food was served promptly. The farafalle pasta was very average, not as creamy or flavorful as I had imagined. The chicken bellagio was delicious! Lots of flavor and thin chicken breaded perfectly. Finished off with cheesecake, which you can't really mess up a cheesecake!! All in all pretty expensive for what you get, the portions have decreased in size. I was on the road from Chicago headed to Green Bay when my husband and son decided they not only needed some food, but a bathroom break. This was actually one of the nearest places to stop. Go figure that it's one of our favorites at home and wherever we go! LOL. Parking here was super easy at around 4 PM on a Thursday. We were seated right away and even got to be on the patio! Plus, an insane number of restaurants are closed in Milwaukee and the surrounding burbs on Mondays so this is our "Monday go -to" when we are looking to sit down at a non-pub / bar & grill. If you plan to walk in just for a slice (or three) of cheesecake there is typically a few people in line or a slight wait. The hostess isn't always the most welcoming or attentive but the service has been exceptional on the regular. Our server last Monday (08/23/21) was outstanding. The Cheesecake Factory at Bayshore has been one of our favorite restaurants in Milwaukee for many years to celebrate with family for birthdays and other special occasions. The menu choices are abundant and accommodating for people with special dietary needs. A recent visit left us wondering if management has let things slide on the maintenance of the property. On visiting the men's washroom, I noticed that the grout was missing between many of the floor tiles, and in fact many of the floor tiles were so loose that they were actually moving when you walked on the floor. They accidentally brought us chicken taquitos so we got to try both! The taquitos were stuffed well and had a great spicy sauce along with it.
